The best wedding and venue!
We have been so well looked after by the team, I can honestly say they pulled out all the stops, made us feel like literal celebrities.
Claire and Jade made our wedding one to
remember, making sure every detail was executed to perfection.
Every department and team made sure we and our guests were looked after and felt that they genuinely cared.
I couldn't recommend this venue enough.

The wedding breakfast and the evening do was amazing,the food was outstanding and the service led by the fantastic Laura and her team deserve so much credit for the whole event running smoothly,if anybody is thinking about Malmaison as a venue I would 100% say GO FOR IT!
Perfect Day
The Best Day Ever!!!
Jade was consistent in answering all my questions in the lead up of the big day as well as scheduling meetings for us to have to discuss things further!
She organised us to have a wedding food tester which was lovely and the food was next level! Jade was also so professional in every meeting we had and was able to give us more guidance in our options!
A shout to the staff in Chez Mal as they were so polite and helpful too!
In the lead up to the day, Laura and the events team decorated the rooms lovely and I couldn’t of done it better myself! Nothing was too much of a bother for them and we are forever grateful!
The professionalism and organisation from everyone was the best and I can’t express to anyone enough how great they were!
The wedding breakfast food was amazing so a massive shout out to the chefs!
The waiters were also lovely and very polite!
The bar staff on day were friendly and great with us all!

Everything about the day was faultless. The welcoming staff team, the food, drinks and everything we had asked for was provided without exception. We would highly recommend using this venue.

The staff at SORA were outstanding. From the pre-wedding planning to the big day, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was flawless. The planning process itself was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their friendly approach and support to bring our vision to life.
On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy the celebration. A huge thank you to the manager of SORA and our events planner, Jade, for their incredible planning. You made us feel so comfortable and confident from day one, and we trusted you completely.
The venue itself is breathtaking. The modern interiors were exactly what I was looking for, and the rooftop, with its stunning views, was the perfect spot for our golden hour photos.
The food was delicious and the group tapas menu for our guests went down a treat, especially the sushi which our guests couldn’t stop talking about.
SORA will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we cannot wait to return to dine at the restaurant and stay at the hotel to relive the memories of our perfect day.

Perfect City Venue!
The only negative (and its not a huge thing at all), but the B&B rate for the rooms didn't include a cooked breakfast on room service. Which after the busiest and most perfect day, all we wanted was a bacon sarnie! However on the plus side, the continental brekkie is huge and more than satisfying!
We would definitely recommend the Malmaison as a venue!
