I had such a lovely experience trying on wedding dresses here. As it was my first time ever trying dresses on I was quite nervous, but she was so lovely and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. With over 20 years of experience she was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand what I liked, and also suggested a few styles for me to try which was really helpful. I never felt rushed and the whole experience felt really relaxed and enjoyable. ☺️ The showroom itself is really relaxed and inviting, and there was a great range of dresses as well as accessories to choose from. The prices were also amazing – honestly so much better than I expected! I was also a little worried as our wedding is only a few months away, but she reassured me straight away that it wouldn’t be a problem at all. I’d definitely recommend to any bride looking for a friendly, welcoming and stress-free dress shopping experience.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Debbie! 👰🏼‍♀️

Prior to my appointment I was quite deflated from having a bad experience at another shop, but WOW did my experience at Lily Jacobs really change that. It was the most personable and uplifting appointment that I could have asked for. The staff were so attentive and really took care in the service that is provided from the moment I walked in. I was given time to browse through the dresses but really appreciated the knowledge given to me and loved that I was able to try on so many different dresses in all different styles. I did not feel pressure to ‘find the one’ (even though I did) or that I was being rushed at all and just felt like they truly wanted me to enjoy the experience. All the touches after I found my dress were so extra special and I truly cannot recommend this boutique enough! Thank you so much for making this experience so wonderful for me and I can’t wait to pick up my dress😁

I loved everything about this dress shopping experience A wide variety of beautiful dresses An extremely lovely team Not once did I feel rushed or pressured at all It was perfect from the moment I walked in I ended up buying the first dress I had tried which was pulled by the assistant ! They are so knowledgeable about what may look good on you! Would 100% recommend.

Cath was so welcoming from our first contact! I already had my dress but couldn’t find the right veil, and she was so understanding! She happily made me an appointment and even offered for me to bring my dress with me to try it on with the veils. The space is so lovely and private, with the entire place to yourself and no distractions. Beautiful gowns hung everywhere and such a great choice of veils! Literally little sparkles everywhere you look (even the walls)! I found a veil in no time, and I had the loveliest morning too! Thank you again!

Very helpful and understanding,I tried on 4 dresses and decided on one of them,they have great advice for styling you for the perfect dress. And yes I signed the dress!!! Very professional service, looked after my dress before the wedding and it looked stunning. Would highly recommend their services.

I had the absolute best experience at Carolyn Anne’s, from the first appointment Lea made me feel so welcome and was just so lovely. She helped me find my perfect dress. The fact that you can change any part of the dress including lace and colour to suit your own style is amazing. When I picked up my dress it fit like an absolute dream, with no alterations needed. I honestly couldn’t be happier, everyone commented on how beautiful my dress was on the day! I felt like a princess!
