I honestly can’t recommend this bridal shop enough! From the moment we walked in, Lorraine and Olivia made the entire experience feel so personal and special. There’s no booking fee, and you get the entire shop to yourself, which made it feel really relaxed and exclusive.

I was encouraged to pull and try on as many dresses as I liked, with no pressure, and they were amazing at gently steering me away from anything that was outside my budget — which I really appreciated. What made the biggest difference was how closely they listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. With each one I tried, we got closer and closer to THE ONE.

They were so supportive and body-positive, giving me a real boost of confidence while also acknowledging and helping me work through my body hang-ups. I felt completely comfortable the entire time and ended up with a dress I feel incredible in.

There was no pushy sales pitch — just genuine excitement when I found my dress. Before I said “yes,” they had me try it on again with a veil and shoes to complete the look, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly helped seal the deal. We were offered tea on arrival (which was lovely), but when I found the one, we were treated to some bubbly to celebrate!

The dresses sell themselves, with such elegance and beauty. They offer such a huge range and allow you the time to take it all in and to enjoy the whole experience.

I don't know where to begin but I cannot thank Lorraine and Olivia enough for helping me find the perfect wedding dress. From the moment I walked into their boutique I had the best feeling - their warmth, guidance, patience, and expertise made the whole dress shopping experience so special and they really did both make me feel so at ease after I had a previous bad experience. The shop is beautiful, well laid out and plenty of dresses in different styles. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me regularly updated. I felt beautiful and confident on the day which at one point I never thought I'd feel - thank you from the bottom of my heart! Lorraine and Olivia are the perfect duo to help assist you in finding the perfect wedding dress. This was the first shop I went into and they were so kind, patient and helpful in finding different styles of dresses to try. They came back with so many ideas or different dresses and at the end of the appointment I had a good idea in mind of the style I wanted for my dress!
After trying a few other shops I went back to Olive Blossom to purchase the dress and Lorraine and Olivia helped ensure I got the perfect dress, working with the Freda Bennet team to adapt the dress material and accessories so it was perfect.

This dress shop is everything. They have the most beautiful dresses and a lovely layout to make you feel like the perfect bride during try-ons and fittings. The concept of having an appointment means you get the place to yourself and it feels so luxurious and bridal, genuinely the perfect place. Olivia and Lorraine are so kind, warm and knowledgeable and always so happy to help. I found one I loved the very first time I was there, but came back multiple times with family and bridesmaids as I was anxious about having second thoughts. Every single time Lorraine and Olivia made me feel so welcome and knew how to navigate my doubts, supporting me through all the try-ons. Obviously we ended up back at the original one, with many emotions, especially when I put a veil on.

After purchasing, the communication was excellent, and they were able to hold the dress until my first fitting. I also chose to have my fittings with their recommended seamstress, which meant having each fitting in the shop, which was so lovely. They were also able to order a veil for me last minute, providing advice on lengths and colours for it to match my dress perfectly. One of my bridesmaids, who has since got engaged, has even gone and chosen her dress from there following having such a lovely time with me at an appointment!

Honestly, I absolutely recommend Olive Blossom Bridal to anyone in the area - or even slightly further out, it is worth the journey. Overton has a couple of good spots for lunch or a cuppa/celebratory drink to make the journey worth it, and London Road Car Park is a free car park that's within walking distance of the boutique.

I had such a lovely experience picking my dress at Olive Blossom Bridal. The selection of dresses is big enough to have plenty of choice but also not so massive that you feel overwhelmed. Olivia was so sweet and really helpful in narrowing down my dress preferences and I tried on lots of beautiful gowns. I felt so comfortable in this shop. I can’t wait until my dress arrives!

With just 2 weeks before my wedding and a huge dilemma of my seamstress spilling food on my dress, Lorraine was there to help and support me to find the perfect gown last minute. Her boutique is incredibly stylish, it is everything you would imagine when looking for a wedding dress. Lorraine’s hospitality was fantastic and she paid attention to every detail, I was so looked after. Olive Blossom stocks some of the most exquisite dresses I have ever tried on and there is most certainly something here for every taste. I am so pleased to have found Lorraine at Olive Blossom and I really do wish her all the success, health and happiness this world has to give because she really deserves it.
