Where do I even begin with Claire? From the very first moment I stepped into her boutique, I knew I was in the best hands possible. Claire didn’t just supply me with the most breathtaking wedding dress I could have ever imagined, she became my guide, my cheerleader, and truly one of the most special parts of my entire wedding journey. My dress was everything I dreamed of and more. It sparkled so beautifully in the light that guests couldn’t stop commenting on how magical it looked, and how perfectly “me” it was. That’s Claire’s gift, she doesn’t just help you find a dress, she helps you discover the dress that feels like it was made for you. But what really sets Claire apart is everything else she brings. Over the course of the year, she was always there with advice, recommendations, and the brightest, bubbliest energy that lifted me up every time we spoke. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Claire was my calm and joyful constant, a true professional with the warmest heart. She even recommended other fantastic vendors, and I trusted her judgement completely, she just knows weddings inside and out, and you feel that with every interaction. I honestly cannot fault a single thing. Claire is one of those rare people who turns a service into a lifelong memory, and I will be forever grateful that she was such a big part of my special day. I just wanted to extend my thanks to Diana who was the most helpful, and supportive member of staff that helped me at my very first bridal appointment. It was such a lovely experience and her expertise and knowledge of what dresses would suit my body shape was greatly appreciated. This really helped me narrow down what dress to go for! She was on hand, so friendly, and made me feel calm and excited all at the same time! Dress Dreams were also very flexible. I had originally booked an appointment for 2pm, but I called to see if I could come in a little earlier, and they made that happen. Although I didn’t go for my final dress at Dress Dreams, I just wanted to express my thanks to the service that was given on the day of my first bridal appointment. I would definitely recommend visiting the store to anyone who is looking to buy their wedding dress. They have such a great collection of different style dresses. Beautiful veils and accessories that were also given to me to try on so that I could encapture what the final image will look like on the day! Such a lovely space within Tunbridge Wells which stood out from the rest of the stores visited.

I went to get my dress in June 2025, I had the lovely Jo as my advisor and I can not fault her at all, I am an anxious person & was very nervous on the day. Jo gave me advice and help when needed & was just amazing! She knew I'd found my dress before my brain even realised I had! All the staff are just excellent & really helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this store you will feel relaxed and at ease.

The girls at Chilham bridal are so lovely, I never felt rushed when trying on dresses and they really go out of their way to understand what you are looking for. They made the experience of finding my dress feel personal right from the start and I never felt under pressure or overwhelmed with them. They have an amazing choice of second hand and ex-display dresses which I loved the idea of, I am so glad that I found my dress with them.

I was so nervous about trying on dresses as a plus size girl! Never felt more at ease! Lovely ladies who encouraged me to try on styles I wouldn’t have ever thought I could wear! So excited to get my dress in May!☺️🌸

Great experience, I found the dress almost instantly and left it fairly late but still came though. Staff was great and honest found other stores just wanted the sale. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I cannot recommend Katie and Sophie at Ruby Francis Bridal in Minster enough! From my very first appointment, they were so kind and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease—especially as I came to that first appointment on my own. To my delight, I actually found my dream dress that very day. I later returned with my mum to purchase it, and the whole process was just seamless. Katie and Sophie then kindly stored my dress for me until I was ready to pick it up, which was such a huge help. I also visited a few more times to try the dress on with different accessories, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was always super easy as well, even through Instagram, which made everything stress-free. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, and I’m so grateful to them for making it all so special. 💕

Lovely experience with this lovely lady today 🥰 felt so comfortable and at ease, no pressure to buy anything and yet still walked away with my perfect dress 🥰 Beth’s attitude towards helping people find their dream dress is just great, and allowing everyone the opportunity to have a gorgeous dress without having to worry about a huge price tag is so special 💖

From meeting Mollie at the London Excel Wedding Exhbition to two years of visiting the shop for try ins and fittings, Mollie and her team have been absolutely fantastic! I felt so comfortable and at ease going to the shop and we honestly became friends! She answered all my questions however big and small and was such an amazing support for me getting my dress of dreams!!! She is fantastic and what she does and wow her dresses are just amazing! Can’t recommend my experience with Mollie enough.

I cannot recommend Sandra enough. From start to finish she was amazing! Friendly, professional and really knows her stuff! She altered my wedding dress to perfection and it fit like a glove. Thank you so much Sandra!
