I'm Beverley, I studied Fashion Design and Marketing at University and worked for many years in London designing for high street brands such as Wallis, Top Shop and Giant. It was my dream come true when I saw my collections on sale in Top Shop Oxford Circus as well as being featured in ELLE, Marie Clair & Cosmopolitan. have been selling Bridal wear in my boutique in Hampshire since 2003. I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a designer and would spend hours sketching. I was always encouraged to follow that passion and I remember an assembly at school where my head teacher told us all "if you don’t know what you want to do for a living, ask yourself what do you think about all day and do that!" I discovered my passion for Bridal Wear, when in 2002, I struggled to find my own Wedding Dress. I was a size 16 and to my horror all the sample dresses were too small in the boutiques I visited. My next step came naturally, I opened a Bridal Shop the following year. I filled my boutique with dresses that brides could actually fit into. Those years were frustrating though as I was selling main steam labels that other shops stocked. I found it tough knowing why some of the wedding dresses didn't sell. In 2022 I found the most amazing manufacturer who were happy to make my designs for me. I set to designing my first dress and sampled it in a size 26. This dress sold better than any I had ever had in my boutique before so gradullay over time my shop is now full of my own designs. This gives me so much flexibilty allowing me to adjust desgns for brides often changing necklines or adding different sleeves. My Brides are the greatest source of inspiration and every drees is named after the first bride who chose it. I certainly do think about bridal wear all day long so I think I can safely say I have found my calling.
