Tanya and Emma were amazing from the very outset! They really put me at ease when trying on the dresses as they knew I was very much out of my comfort zone. I absolutely loved my dress, it was stunning. They really knew what they were talking about and did not feel like you were pushed into anything. The whole experience was seamless! Abi was fab at the alterations! Thank you again!

I tried on a huge selection of dresses and some even twice. There was some really lovely finishing touches that just topped off the day when I said yes to the dress. Being a curvier body shape, I was nervous about what my experience would be like, especially as I had heard bad stories about other places. As soon as we arrived however, Tanya was friendly, down to earth and put me at ease. She worked with me on styles and budget. The whole experience has been so positive and I was over the moon to find my gorgeous dress. It needed a lot of alterations which is where the fabulous Abi came to the rescue! Calm, empathetic, patient and so talented - she made it into the perfect fit for me. Can't recommend Lily Jacobs enough, thank you so much xx
