How far in advance should I contact you?
We advise starting your wedding dress search 12 to 18 months before your wedding. Some designers have up to 6 months delivery and we like 3 months for all alterations and longer for customisations

How do you work?
We run by appointment only, all wedding dress appointments are for an hour and a half. Bridesmaid appointments vary depending on the size of the party

What are the forms of payment?
We accept all major credit card, cash or bank transfer.
the 3% must be used at time of purchase and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer and can only be used on a full priced dress

I can’t thank you enough for your amazing service. From start to finish, you were so kind, friendly and helpful. Even after I moved across the country after buying my dress, you made sure I could still make my appointments.
The dress itself was everything I could have wished for. I felt so comfortable and confident on the day and the quality was incredible. I was really worried after my first fitting because the dress didn’t fit as expected, but the seamstress truly worked her magic. By the time of the wedding, it fit perfectly.
The whole experience was so smooth and easy, which made such a difference during wedding planning. A huge thank you to the entire team - I couldn’t recommend you more highly!

What a little gem!
Victoria's bridal boutique was the perfect place to get my wedding dress. It was recommend to me by my friend who got her wedding dress there and they didn't disappoint. From the moment I stepped into the shop I was greeted with such warmth and care. The dresses are phenomenal and everyone that works there is so kind and they go out of their way to make the experience special. The shop is so clean and well looked after too. Thank you especially to Faye who was just amazing and helped me find my perfect dress! I felt like a true princess in it! Just amazing!

Got me out of a veil-pickle!
Highly recommended. Vicky and her team provided my bridesmaid's dresses and my wedding veil.
I was expecting there to be a mass difference in opinion in which bridesmaid dresses the girls would want, but they all pointed at the same one and we had so much fun choosing them.
I hadn't expected to get my veil from Vicky but after a bad experience with the place I got my dress from regarding veils, I reached out to Vicky to see what she could do. Unlike the other supplier, they had a much larger range of options (including capes!) and the ability to have a bespoke option made incorporating different aspects that I liked from the veils I tried on. They even managed to have it made quicker than the usual turnaround time so that I could have it for my first dress fitting.
The dresses turned out beautifully, the colour especially in the photos, and the veil magically survived the day unscathed. A big thank you :)

Victoria’s Bridal Boutique was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire experience was truly magical.
Faye, my personal bridal assistant, was incredible. She completely understood my vision and helped me find the perfect dress. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her support, patience, and expertise made the whole process so special and enjoyable.
The in-house seamstress was equally amazing — so skilled, calm, and relaxed, which made fittings feel effortless and stress-free. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism.

A wonderful experience
I cannot recommend Victoria’sBridalBoutique enough. The whole journey from start to finish was made so enjoyable and stress free by the lovely Vicky and her wonderful team. I brought my 4 daughters and mum to help me choose a dress. I had no idea what I wanted and Vicky was so helpful in providing me with a variety of dresses (12 to be exact) to try on until I came to ‘the one’ which made me emotional especially when I found out Vicky had pulled it out because she saw my mum looking at it. The two dress fittings were done and with Vicky there to help with a bit of tweaking I felt so comfortable. When it came to picking up the dress I’d managed to pull a muscle in my back and Vicky went above and beyond carrying the dress to the car for me. The whole journey was such an amazing experience which I didn’t want to end but of course it had to when I finally said ‘I do’ xx

The most amazing experience
I had the most amazing experience at Victoria’s Bridal Boutique. From the moment I stepped into the shop everything felt magical. The team were amazing at every appointment making sure my dress was perfect.
I didn’t feel rushed into my decision even though I fell in love with first dress I tried. The ladies are all so lovely, I thoroughly recommend VBB!

Don’t go anywhere else!
This place is the best!!! One of my bridesmaids and I had visited a lot of shops before we went to Victoria’s. I was starting to lose hope that the vision I had for the bridesmaids dresses was not going to become reality and I didn’t even dare to think about my flower girls.
However, from the moment I walked in and met Vicky I knew how outstanding the service going to be and finally I felt I was in the right place to make my vision a reality. The selection of dresses, options for colours and optional changes (adding sleeves) was huge in comparison to everywhere else.
Vicky helped with the bridesmaids dresses, flower girls dresses and their colour coordinated bows, as well as colour matching, with another company, for the page boys bow ties. After the wedding I didn’t trust anyone else to clean and box my dress and this was done beautifully too.
Honestly the whole process was totally stress free and I couldn’t have wished for more. Whilst I already had my wedding dress by the time I discovered this shop, I would recommend you go to Victorias for your wedding dress, bridesmaids, accessories. You will not get better service anywhere else!

Victorias bridal boutique
Vicky and the team were absolutely fabulous in helping me find my dream dress and at all the fitting appointments. I felt calmed and reassured from the get go, I was 13 weeks pregnant when choosing a dress that I would be wearing 7 months post partum so I was a bit anxious but those little chats in the changing room helped so much and made me feel excited about the process again. I really felt like they gave their honest thoughts and gently helped me realise what I was happiest with despite what the family and friends with you may be saying. It’s your day and your dress.
Shout out to Faye who was just brilliant and so friendly. I had been to Victorias with two friends previously to choose their dresses, together with those experiences and my own I couldn’t recommend Victoria’s bridal boutique more.

The best bridal Shop and Team
I had a booking on a Friday afternoon with my mum and sister and we couldn’t have been made to feel more at ease and welcomed. From the moment I booked the appointment they were responsive and knowledgable. They answered all of my questions in the lead up and absolutely took my budget and initial dress inspiration (taken from their wonderful website) and tailored the day to meet these. Brilliant understanding of things I did and didn’t like of dresses and suggested dresses to help me find the perfect dress, which I did. Their enthusiasm and kindness when I was in my dress was overwhelming and I’m so glad I had that experience . Also did my alterations through them as were very reasonably priced and that experience was brilliant too! Cannot recommend this bridal shop and bridal team more!
