Wedding Frox was the first dress shop I went to and I was blown away with how welcoming and friendly the staff were. I went by myself so it was a bit daunting especially for someone who isn't keen on shopping! However I was quickly put at ease by Eve and the other staff in the shop!

It made my first wedding dress shopping experience a really positive one and I am glad I went there before I explored other options in different dress shops. I especially feel grateful to have gone to Wedding Frox first as unfortunately some of the other dress shops I tried I ended up not having good experiences due to the staffing and shops not being inclusive of dress sizes, leaving me feeling quite disheartened.

So I returned back to Wedding Frox which was a breath of fresh air to have such a positive dress shopping experience! What felt great about this shop is they stock dresses in a variety of sizes that felt inclusive so I didn’t feel like I had to squeeze into any of the dresses (as I had to do in several other shops!).

When I returned I had some previous dresses in mind to try out again and luckily they also had stock of new dresses which I hadn’t tried on before too!

When trying on the dresses the staff made me very comfortable with being able to suggest and explore different ways of altering the dresses with how they thought the seamstresses may be able to adjust them. Being able to see what one of the new dresses looked like strapless (instead of an off the shoulder dress) is what led me to find my wedding dress!

I felt that the staff were incredibly patient as I felt able to visit a couple of times by myself and when I found my wedding dress I was able to come back to the shop with some close friends to show and confirm this with them!

Wedding Frox had several seamstresses they recommended me to choose from which was helpful for me to figure out the next steps.

Throughout the whole experience I found they were friendly, professional, patient and extremely helpful and supportive!

I contacted the wedding frox team with a bit of an urgent request - for various reasons, we'd decided to get married within 3 months and trying to find a dress was causing a lot of anxiety. The minute I stepped into the boutique, I knew it was going to be ok. The stylist we worked with (I'm so sorry, I can't remember her name!) was amazing. So so kind but super dedicated to make sure I got THE DRESS, which I did. I absolutely loved my dress and felt amazing on the day!

I was a little nervous, going to look at wedding dresses but at Wedding Frox they made it such a magical experience. Janet was great, very experienced and gave me lots of good tips on what would work well with my figure. After I purchased the dress the contact and service was still really good. Happy I went with them!

I needed a last min dress due to a change of plans and these lovely ladies were amazing and supportive. They helped me get a dress within a month and it was so gorgeous, they helped me find a seamstress to help as well and made my wedding day amazing !

Wedding Frox has a beautiful range of dresses in a lovely shop and I found the perfect one for me from San Patrick. The team were all wonderful from my first appointment through to fittings and helped me choose the perfect veil to pair with the dress. Would definitely recommend Wedding Frox Bridal.

Great value for money, the ladies were all so friendly and helpful. I left undecided between two dresses, and as soon as I got home I knew which one I wanted. I recently had an appointment at Wedding Frox to find my dress for my December 2025 wedding, after visiting several other boutiques where nothing felt right and my confidence was at an all-time low.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Eve—the loveliest, kindest person, who instantly put me at ease. She genuinely felt like a close friend, and my whole bridal party agreed that she was incredible: warm, supportive, and so knowledgeable.

Before going to Wedding Frox, I’d had quite a negative experience of wedding dress shopping but I was blown away by the service and support I received when I visited Wedding Frox.

Janet was amazing, and helped me to find “the one”. She was so patient, supportive and guided me through the different dresses, adjustments that might be needed and gave some very helpful generic wedding advice too! Once I had decided that my dress was “the one” the team were great at communicating with me and booking further appointments. The lovely Julie guided me through the purchasing appointment, and Janet again when I collected.

Throughout the whole experience, I felt so comfortable and at ease, I really can’t thank Wedding Frox enough for helping me find my gorgeous wedding dress.

Lovely, friendly staff with high professionalism. Josie, (I hope that’s the right name) was amazing she found my perfect dress from getting to know me & my style. They had sale dresses too so I got an absolute bargain! My appointment was free as it was a weekday and the bridal shop itself is lovely & pristine! Parking on site too. Josie, even went out her way to self deliver my veil I ordered online & delivered to the shop, to the seamstress in cranleigh town (Helen, who I also highly recommend). The whole experience was outstanding! The only thing to let others know is it is best to call the shop to book rather to do it online as it doesn’t work but I promise you it’s worth making that phone call!

Charlene and the team at wedding frox bridal were amazing from start to finish from helping me pick dress as I don’t have to clear an idea on what I wanted to re arranging a second appointment to fit around my MIL being in town so she could see the final few choices. Always so kind and patient making the process so fun and enjoyable!!
