Great value for money, the ladies were all so friendly and helpful. I left undecided between two dresses, and as soon as I got home I knew which one I wanted. I rang back and they let me come back and try it on later that same day on a Saturday which was very kind a patient of them! No complaints, a lovely experience! Thank you xxx

I recently had an appointment at Wedding Frox to find my dress for my December 2025 wedding, after visiting several other boutiques where nothing felt right and my confidence was at an all-time low.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Eve—the loveliest, kindest person, who instantly put me at ease. She genuinely felt like a close friend, and my whole bridal party agreed that she was incredible: warm, supportive, and so knowledgeable.

Eve suggested I try on Estelle by Justin Alexander, and I fell in love with it the moment I put it on. It was the best decision I could have made; no other dress came close.

The entire Wedding Frox team made me feel special at every appointment. It’s so clear that they truly love what they do and are passionate about helping women feel amazing on their wedding day. I had gone into dress shopping full of anxiety and low self-esteem, but Eve made me feel beautiful for the most important day of my life.

Before going to Wedding Frox, I’d had quite a negative experience of wedding dress shopping but I was blown away by the service and support I received when I visited Wedding Frox.

Janet was amazing, and helped me to find “the one”. She was so patient, supportive and guided me through the different dresses, adjustments that might be needed and gave some very helpful generic wedding advice too! Once I had decided that my dress was “the one” the team were great at communicating with me and booking further appointments. The lovely Julie guided me through the purchasing appointment, and Janet again when I collected.

Throughout the whole experience, I felt so comfortable and at ease, I really can’t thank Wedding Frox enough for helping me find my gorgeous wedding dress.

Lovely, friendly staff with high professionalism. Josie, (I hope that’s the right name) was amazing she found my perfect dress from getting to know me & my style. They had sale dresses too so I got an absolute bargain! My appointment was free as it was a weekday and the bridal shop itself is lovely & pristine! Parking on site too. Josie, even went out her way to self deliver my veil I ordered online & delivered to the shop, to the seamstress in cranleigh town (Helen, who I also highly recommend). The whole experience was outstanding! The only thing to let others know is it is best to call the shop to book rather to do it online as it doesn’t work but I promise you it’s worth making that phone call!

Charlene and the team at wedding frox bridal were amazing from start to finish from helping me pick dress as I don’t have to clear an idea on what I wanted to re arranging a second appointment to fit around my MIL being in town so she could see the final few choices. Always so kind and patient making the process so fun and enjoyable!!

From the moment my sisters and I went into Wedding Frox, the experience was magical. Hosted by the lovely Eve and served complimentary mimosas, the dresses were beautiful. I actually found my dress at a different shop and called Eve to see if they had my Justin Alexander dress - and they did! And my sparkly veil was stunning.

Professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. They knew exactly what would look good on me and in fact found my perfect wedding dress on the first try. They also let me experiment with other styles and come back whenever to be 100% sure it was exactly what I wanted.

I visited wedding frox 3 times in total to try dresses and for a final fitting appointment- each appointment was relaxed, extremely enjoyable and I was made to feel so special. Janet was absolutely brilliant- extremely knowledgeable and professional and could see what I was liking before I completely knew myself. As a curvy bride I was worried about how I would find wedding dress shopping and I have never been made to feel so beautiful, wedding frox have a fantastic range and sizes of dresses so every bride can have their moment. I chose Madi Lane 'Satine' in the end and she was just perfection. I had not seen this dress elsewhere in Surrey and I really loved that. I could not reccommend Wedding Frox more to bride to he's it is truly a fantastic wedding dress shop with a huge range of dresses and an even more beautiful team of people behind them.
