I come to banbury bridal full of nerves. As soon as I walked in they were automatically gone. The ladies here made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time and I left with my dream dress. The price was brilliant. Very very affordable. Banbury bridal was the first shop I went to and I didn't need to look any further. I travelled an hour each way for my dress and didn't regret it. The girls were so funny but so professional at the same time. They made me feel so confident and are absolutely brilliant at their job ❤️

The whole experience of buying from you was relaxed, friendly and professional - I felt really comfortable and mum and I will definitely remember our special morning together trying lots on with you! I had a great experience with the Bridal Box. The shop is beautiful, they give you a lovely comfortable experience while shopping. They listened to my ideas and offered me dresses that suited me and that were in my budget, and I found the one! The alteration process was really positive - Dushanka was upfront with me about my options which I really appreciated, especially as I chose to make some personal changes. A few days before my wedding we struggled with doing up the zip which as you can imagine caused us enormous panic, but they offered us an urgent appointment to help get it sorted - it wasn't broken, just needed a certain technique to get it done. My dress was so beautiful, it was "me", and I just feel so joyful and grateful looking at photos of it and knowing it is there. Thank you all so much for helping me with this very important part of my wedding day.

From the start the whole experience was amazing! Easy to book an appointment and Aileen during the appointment was amazing and suggesting similar other styles. Such a beautiful experience walking round the corner and showing the dress to family in a well-lit, clean and spacious boutique. After completing the purchase it was easy for the seamstress to collect/return the dress to the store for storage until collection a few days before the big day. Dress was perfectly steamed ready for collection. Thank you so much for being a part of my special day. I also love that you were so local to me.
