What does the wedding package include?

Filming from Ceremony to first dance. Including 30 second trailer - Delivered within 3 days 6 to 7 minute highlight video - Edited and returned within 6 weeks. 25 to 40+ minute Full length film

How far in advance should I contact you?

I can be contacted from anything up to 2 weeks before the wedding to 2 years before please check for availability

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, essex, Kent and the South East areas. We will travel further but may incur Travel and lodging expense depending on location

What is the charge for travelling?

No charge for traveling within the South East but any further will incur the cost of travel and maybe lodgings if applicable

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

Coconut Pier loves to film in as natural and candid way as possible, telling the story of the day and capturing all of the love and emotion in a cinematic and beautiful way using 4k definition

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use the latest Sony camera equipment shooting on 2 cameras. Rhode Go 2 Audio equipment and a DJI Mavic Mini Drone. For steady smooth footage we also use Zhyian Weebill S Gimbal

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

The time is set with the Client on package so extra time would be rare! On this occasion a Charge of £100ph would apply

We work very hard to make the perfect video for our clients. Mostly candid so you may not know Im even there sometimes. We have a good sense of humour and love to built relationships with our clients

He Gets the Shots Without You Even Knowing

Honestly, I don’t know how he does it. One minute he’s chatting with us and putting us completely at ease, and the next minute he’s somehow captured the most unreal moments without us even realising he was filming.

We’re not the most camera–confident couple, but he made the whole thing feel natural, relaxed, and actually fun. He wasn’t in our faces, he wasn’t staging anything — he just blended into the day and caught everything exactly as it happened.

When we watched the video back, we were genuinely blown away. He picked up moments we didn’t even see ourselves, and the way he put it all together… it felt like reliving the day but even more magical.

If you want someone who makes you feel comfortable and delivers a video that hits you right in the emotions, this is your guy. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Best videographer ever

We booked with coconut pier for our wedding after attending one he was at. From the moment of booking we felt like we were his priority and he responded quickly to all questions. On the day Dave was absolutely amazing and done a brilliant job of the teaser video, we cannot wait to get our full one, from the teaser we know it will be amazing.
We wouldn’t recommend anybody else but Dave as he is the best in the business.

Wouldn't recommend anyone else! Captured every moment so perfectly!

We first met Dave at the wedding venue's wedding fayre, and we instantly clicked with him. Right from that moment, we knew he was the perfect videographer to capture our special day. From start to finish, Dave was incredibly helpful and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Amazing would defo recommend!

Dave was such a professional and fun person to work with. He honestly made our wedding feel so special, captured every moment we wanted and more! Dave is very professional to approach and listened to our ideas of what we wanted and also had input too and gave so many wonderful amazing ideas which was really helpful . Dave responds really fast to emails and answers all questions and is very very helpful I would 100% recommend.

Made our day so much fun!

Dave was brilliant on our day, really made us feel at ease and had a laugh with us. He worked really well with our photographer and we had a really fun day.
He's very prompt with communication before and after the wedding and made really great videos for us! Happy to have him at our day.

The most special video

If you’re on the fence about booking a videographer for your wedding - just do it! Booking David was the best thing we did, it has been truly amazing to watch the day back especially as it went by so quickly. It is also so lovely to be able to see parts of the day that the other had missed.
We loved David - he slotted right in and most of the time we didn’t even notice him there with his camera! From booking, to on the day and to the delivery of the videos (3 of them!) everything was perfect.
Thank you again David for the most special video we will treasure forever x

Would recommend

We hired Dave and Adrian for our photographer and videography and we would definitely recommend them. Their energy and personality were great and they received compliments from my guests on the day about how they work. They delivered everything as promised within the timelines provided and the photos and videos were great :)

A day to remember forever thanks to you 😊

Words cannot describe how glad we are that we contacted Dave to capture our big day.

He was so friendly, professional and approachable. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and actually just blended in… this made our footage even more natural and really captured the emotions of the day.

We honestly have no regrets at all booking Dave, I’d do it all again… not that I have to as the content he captured and the talent he has is worth every penny and we have this to treasure forever. We highly recommend coconut pier as it’s a day that we can relive over and over and see parts that we would have missed otherwise. Thank you so much Dave we love coconut pier!!!

Simply the best!

Coconut pier review

After plenty of umming and ahing during our wedding planning, it’s safe to say we made our decision to hire a videographer last minute in the world of weddings. I spent lots of time in December 2023 looking at reviews on hitched before finally reaching out to Dave at Coconut Pier to see if he had availability for our wedding 2nd May 2024! Luckily he did and we made the decision to go ahead and book him.

Best decision ever, I can honestly say from the moment we had our first call with Dave we knew we’d made the right decision.

Dave was such a pleasure and made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day, we’d say we’re a pretty relaxed couple and we were very happy for Dave to go ahead with what he thinks will be best - he’s the professional after all, and we weren’t wrong. Everyone at our wedding also commented to us on how friendly and approachable our videographer was.

Dave was more like a friend, we shared lots of laughter, lots and smiles and of course lots of tears (happy ones). We had the most amazing wedding day with the most incredible and beautiful footage that we will forever treasure.

So if you’re looking for a videographer please book Dave! 🌟

Perfect is an understatement!

My husband was adamant he wanted a videographer at our wedding and I’m so glad he was! After the wedding you realise how quickly it went and want to relive every moment again, and David’s videos have been perfect in letting us do that! I must have watched his short overview video about 700 times as it was done so well and it made us so happy to see our day over and over. Thankyou for everything, you were so down to earth and made us feel at ease with everything you did! Would 100% recommend 🤍🤍🤍
