From the very first moment we stepped into Maidens Barn, we knew we had found something truly special. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful — the barn itself is warm, romantic, and utterly gorgeous, creating the most magical and unforgettable setting for our wedding day.

Our first visit is a memory we will treasure forever. Elliot showed us around and provided our initial quote, and we can still remember the butterflies we felt as he walked us through the venue. He was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring, especially towards my disabled mum. The warmth, respect, and understanding he showed her meant more to us than we can ever put into words — it was one of the first moments where we knew this venue truly cared about people, not just weddings.

Elliot’s support didn’t stop there. Having him present and helping on the day itself meant so much to us. Seeing a familiar, friendly face who had been part of our journey from the very beginning was incredibly reassuring, and his continued care and attention helped everything run effortlessly.

A very special mention must also go to Alex and Natalia, who looked after us throughout the day. Their calm, caring presence and exceptional management made the entire day feel completely seamless. Everything flowed perfectly, and we never once felt stressed or rushed. They anticipated every detail, guided us gently through each moment, and allowed us to fully relax and be present — something we will always be grateful for.

The level of care and inclusivity shown by Maidens Barn is something we will cherish forever. We had visited several venues that claimed to be wheelchair accessible, but none of them compared. We had prepared ourselves for the possibility that my wheelchair-bound mum might miss parts of the day or be unable to fully take part — but Maidens Barn made absolutely sure that never happened. She didn’t miss a single moment and was even able to stay overnight comfortably. The facilities provided for her were genuinely better than what she has at home, which gave us an overwhelming sense of relief, gratitude, and joy.

From start to finish, every member of staff was accommodating, thoughtful, and deeply caring. Maidens Barn didn’t just host our wedding — they embraced our family, our needs, and our story. They gave us a day that was not only stunning, but inclusive, stress-free, and filled with love.

We will always hold Maidens Barn close to our hearts. They gave us memories we will treasure for a lifetime, and we cannot recommend this venue highly enough to any couple looking for somewhere truly extraordinary.

Recently had my wedding here and cannot write a single fault. Their responses to emails were impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. The whole day went without a single issue (as far as we are aware!).

We had Natalia and Alex on the day of our wedding and they were fantastic. Elliott and Joshua were there for the evening and were also just as fantastic.

Firstly, the venue is perfect. I loved that we had the option to either get married inside or outside (not all venues have a licence to marry outside). The main dining area is beautiful and spacious and there is a separate dance-floor area. We also loved the rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in, and there was plenty of accommodation on-site for our guests.

Maidens Barn offered the opportunity to come in for a food and wining tasing. Many of our guests commented on how good the food was.

Throughout the process I really appreciated just how helpful the staff were. They were always very quick to answer any questions I had and ensured that the day ran smoothly so that we could fully enjoy ourselves.

Sam, Alex, Mercedes, Elliott and the rest of the Maidens Barn team are just phenomenal!! Absolutely no stone was left unturned when helping us to plan our big day. Communication from everyone on the team is outstanding, and this made things 10x easier for us in terms of booking things. Without Team Maidens we would not have had the day we wanted! They were even moving chairs and mopping floors 5 minutes before the ceremony after the heavens opened on us! Thank you all for helping to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. Our wedding at Maidens Barn was truly a dream come true. From the very beginning, everyone we interacted with was extremely accommodating and helpful. Everything was run and organised impeccably, and we didn't have to worry about a thing throughout the whole day. We had a number of additional things we wanted included (I am from Ukraine, and we wanted some traditions observed), and everyone was very flexible about accommodating those. Huge thanks to Sam, Alex, Elliot and the rest of the team for being so wonderful and for helping us to have the time of our lives!

From the very start when we were looking at venues, Maidens Barn immediately took our hearts. After we booked them for our wedding, the staff were so helpful and answered any questions we had with very quick responses. Where do I start. Maidens barn is the most incredible venue, our guests absolutely loved it they were all amazed at how stunning the barn really is. It has character, style, it’s sophisticated, it has stunning grounds and fantastic outdoor spaces and most of all the perfect staff. When we first had our viewing in November 2024, we met Mercedes (who really did have a big impact on us deciding to go with Maidens barn, she’s amazing) and from then on we have had the most fantastic experience planning a wedding. Mercedes, Sam, Elliot, Natalia and the rest of the Maidens barn team all made the process so incredibly seamless, I had so many questions and emails, nothing was a hassle and they all responded within an hour or at least got back to me the same day. I felt at ease all through the process from day one to our wedding day. On the day Mercedes, Sam and Elliot all made us feel comfortable and at home, the guests have raved so much about the friendly staff since the day. So thank you once again. The venue speaks for itself, again our guests have all said what a stunning venue it was. The most special moment for me was when our car drove into the courtyard of Maidens barn with our guests all waiting there for our arrival from the Church, Sam handed us a drink and we were so ready to celebrate at such a wonderful venue. We’ve had so many people comment on how incredible the food was, the canapés, wedding breakfast and the evening pizza were all 5*. A special thank you to all at Maidens Barn, what a wonderful venue and team you have, we are biased however I know in my head it’s by far the best venue for a wedding and I cannot describe just how much of a special day we had, we can’t stop talking about it and our guests too! We looked at several wedding venues but nothing quite compared to Maidens Barn.
The venue is so beautiful and we had so many compliments from guests on the day about how it was one of the most stunning venues they had been to.
We had an outdoor ceremony and the courtyard was the perfect setting as all the flowers were out and it just looked so pretty.
We had Mercedes, Sam, Elliot and Alex on the day and they were all amazing. Nothing was too much to ask and everything went so smoothly. Their upbeat personalities made us all feel at ease and enjoy the day!
The food was incredible, from the canapés, wedding breakfast and pizza in the evening. None of the guests went hungry and there was plenty of food to go around! There were lots of canapés and receptions drinks, it didn’t ever feel like they were running out! The meal portions were huge at the wedding breakfast so everybody had full stomachs before the party started!
We cannot thank Maidens Barn enough for making our day so special and one we will never forget. We would highly recommend!

Since booking maidens barn 2.5 years ago the team have been absolutely amazing, always amazing communication during the planning to being very attentive on our special day. Alex, Mercedes, Sam and Elliot were absolutely superb along with the rest of team. Maidens barn was the most perfect venue and all our guests said it’s the best wedding venue they have ever been too. The grounds, the honeymoon lodge and the courtyard were stunning. Our special day wouldn’t have been half as perfect without everyone insuring we had everything we needed. Thank you again ❤️

I don't know how they manage to make it feel like we were the only wedding they've ever had and cared about, but we felt so special.

This venue is great for keeping guests together whilst also not feeling cramped, it also doesn't need a huge amount of decoration but if you do decorate it will be seamless and stunning.

This venue also has a brilliant, friendly and very professional team keeping it going wedding after wedding.

Lovely grounds with optional honeymoon cottage for couples. Beautiful seasonal gardens, space for games and golden hour photographs, endless opportunities for personalisation.

The most perfect day we could wish for, staff are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble can contact them with any queries you may have.

We wish we could do it all over again and would not hesitate to use Maidens again!

Maidens barn is the most beautiful and spectacular venue to get married at. The team were perfect from start to finish, no question or query was ever an inconvenience and they could not do enough for my husband and I on the day. We are so glad we chose Maidens barn and had so many wonderful comments from our guests about the stunning venue with lots of space. The accommodation was well kept and it was a lovely experience having breakfast all together the following morning and swapping wonderful stories from the night with our nearest and dearest. I can not recccomend them enough.
