Wedding Catering in Essex

We had Satkeer catering for our wedding day including canapes, drinks in the day and a wedding reception meal. From start to end they were so supportive and did their best to ensure everyone was catered for. They were very responsive and professional with communication and so efficient. The food was fantastic on the day everyone commented on that. I would definitely recommend them!

The office team are super friendly and helpful and helped me with all of my questions. On the day my driver was late, so my whole day was delayed and had to be shifted by 45 minutes. Spitting Pig liaised so well with my coordinator and managed to keep the meat so incredibly moist and delicious. The crackling was the best I have ever had! I have had friends and family contact me specifically to tell me how good the food was. Highly recommend.

Chef Lopez and the team created the most beautiful Italian family-style feast for our wedding. The food was absolutely incredible – full of flavour, generous, and clearly made with so much care. Our guests were blown away, and there was so much food! The tasting was a lovely experience and they were really flexible with the menu, making sure everything felt right for us. We’re so grateful – it was sensational from start to finish.

The ice cream cycle was a huge hit with all of our guests! It added such a fun and relaxed element to the day, especially in the lovely weather. The service was fantastic, and the ice cream and sorbet was delicious. It was something a bit different that everyone really enjoyed—would definitely recommend! You will not regret booking and it adds that extra which all guests have been raving about all week since! Jess and Team were amazing wit communication and service and I would definitely book again!

Wow, wow, wow. I was lucky enough to have Sizzling Thyme cater my 40th birthday party at our house. They were beyond sensational. From the moment we began dealing with Julien and Kirsty we knew they were pros and the right people to go with - friendly but hyper efficient and flexible. We love Caribbean food but were conscious that we had kids and people who it might not be their thing and they helped us create an offering with the best of both. Everything went perfectly and I could not recommend them highly enough. We only with they'd come and cook for us every week.

Very good wedding catering with tasty food and friendly staff. Everything arrived on time, and the service was smooth throughout the event. A great experience overall, with just a few minor details that could be improved.

I had a vision and it was executed well. I wanted a Nigerian caterer who was professional and could cater to a mix crowd, my husbands side of the family don't eat spice at all and even for alot of our friends they had never tried Nigerian food but everyone from the African side to the Eastern European side tried everything and loved it. My father in law said the jerk chicken was spicy but is tasted so good so he kept on eating. Rest assured they execute your vision, we did our wedding in our garden at home and had 60 guests and such a varied menu but they still executed well and consulted us throughout the process so that we were aligned and as a bride all I saw was food Flowing and there were no issues. Considering they didn't have the most ideal conditions like a commercial kitchen, I can only imagine how well they would execute in a normal venue. I went for quite a lot of food, 4 canapés , mains , sides and also after dinner bites. All of them were executed well and I loved that they had lots of nice veggie options so none of our guests felt left out. Don't hesitate just book, and their prawns are amazing !

Tapu, from the beginning were very efficient at responding to questions and queries we had. From when we found them through research, to our tasting menu they created to all the organising and to the event they were always friendly and helpful. We had a couple of changes to the tasting menu we wanted and they were very accommodating. They created a varied menu for us. On the day the food they served was delicious! All our guests told us how tasty their food was, how much they enjoyed it and went back for more! We highly recommend them.

We hired BASH somewhat last minute to do pizza for our guests as our late night bite. They were very communicative, professional, and well priced. My husband and I didn't get to try the pizza and it is our biggest regret, as our gusests said that it was absolutely incredible, especially after hours of dancing. I highyl recommend BASH Events.

Perfect day provided a brilliant service, the menu all looked amazing and choosing our meals was difficult, Lydia and Beverley responded well to any queries and clearly knew what they needed to do for a large marquee wedding in the middle of a field! On the day the food was perfect and we had many compliments from our guests. I would definitely recommend the trio of desserts - to have 3 of their tasty desserts was a real treat!
