We are delighted that we chose grove house for our wedding in May 2026! The house and the gardens are so beautiful and allow for an effortless flow to the day, so you and your guests can really enjoy every moment. Lily, was so helpful in the months before the wedding and the days before and day of and you can tell she really loves weddings and cares so much! I am so grateful for Lily and Ellie in how they made the adjustments I requested so I could enjoy the day, they are flexible, adaptable and full of enthusiasm which is infectious! We had a few guests with limited mobility and would really recommend the venue- and the accommodation on site for this too! Lily and Ellie went above and beyond to listen and make sure the little details we requested were pulled together perfectly and made sure that the day flowed and was executed perfectly- if anything went wrong they made sure to shield the bride and groom from it completely! The venue is dry hire and it’s important to go in knowing how much you need to provide for guest comfort (all drinking water, all fans) - particularly in hot weather. Overall a wonderful venue and caring team, would highly recommend!

We could not recommend The Bedford more as an evening wedding venue and honeymoon suite stay! From start the finish they were reliable, professional and exceeded all of our expectations. We got in touch with them pretty last minute as we needed an evening venue for our wedding (from 8pm onwards), and we were so relieved by Anne's quick responses and the incredible Ballroom upstairs. It was just what we needed for our 120 guests to dance to a live band, and help themselves to pizza (which was absolutely delicious!) There was plenty of space for everyone, and the team at The Bedford had put so much thought into table layout / decorations. There was also aircon (essential during a heatwave) and disco lighting already set up. We were amazed by how much pizza kept coming out - we didn't need to be worried about people having enough evening food at all. And it was all organised so seamlessly, with Anne and the team on hand throughout. It was such a bonus to know we could also stay at The Bedford - it was dreamy not having to get a taxi anywhere! They gave us early access to our room which logistically helped out a lot, and it meant we could store a lot of wedding stuff there. The bath in the room was so fun and we had the best stay. Overall, this is a fantastic London wedding venue - it's incredible value for money and so reassuring working with a venue that clearly know what they're doing and are wedding experts! Big thank you to The Bedford for making our 'boogie in the ballroom' dreams come true!
