We held our wedding reception in the Boston Room at The George. It was a great venue, we had a BBQ buffet which was delicious. Mel the events manager was brilliant, she gave us plenty of advice and even sourced a particular food request. The room was perfect for a relaxed informal wedding which is just what we had hoped for. I was initially concerned about sharing the courtyard with the pub but this really didn't matter at all on the day, which was perfect. I really rate The George and Mel!

We recently held our wedding reception at the Drayton Court Hotel, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The catering was outstanding, with delicious food that all of our guests raved about. The staff were truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. We were especially impressed with how the team transformed the room from a beautiful, intimate dining setting into a lively space for dancing. It was seamless, and really kept the energy of the evening going strong. They even brought out our cake at just the right moment, which was such a special touch. The music system and lighting setup were excellent and created the perfect party atmosphere, it was also nice to have a private outdoor section. Everyone had an amazing time, we’ve had so many messages from guests saying what a fun and memorable night it was. Nearly all of our guests stayed at the hotel and all commented on what a lovely hotel it was to stay at, great breakfast, and well located for sightseeing. We took the Honeymoon Suite and it was incredible, rose petals on the bed, the works. Just amazing! Thank you to everyone at Drayton Court Hotel for making our special day even more magical. We’d highly recommend it to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue!

We used Trailfinders for our wedding in August and cannot recommend the team enough! They took care of all the details, responding to countless emails and meeting us many times in the lead up. All our guests were complimentary of their organisation and their friendly nature on the day. The modern layout allowed all our guests to find a comfortable spot during the evening, be it in the main hall or outside or even relax in the quieter lobby by the bar. They took care of all the details like leaving a tea and coffee station open all evening out of the way allowing our guests to have that option as well as the bar

The events manager was helpful and supportive. She helped us throughout the process. I was a disappointed on the discount for guest stay and the bridal room. Overall it was a beautiful day and guests loved the venue, and felt relaxed.

We were very specific with the food & drinks and they delivered beyond our expectations. Service was smooth and they DJ they provided us with was so flexible and catered to everyones types. Couldn't ask for a better host!

All the guests were impressed with the contemporary style of the hotel, coupled with the friendly but unobtrusive approach of all the staff. Huge thanks and congratulations must also go to Wayne Dixon and his team in the kitchen. It can sometimes be a bit hit-and-miss when catering for so many people at the same time, but every course was truly delicious
