A House with History and Heart
Inside RSA House, elegant interiors and original period features create a warm and memorable backdrop for your day. The grandeur of the The Great Room, once the setting for Alexander Graham Bell’s first telephone demonstration, is ideal for ceremonies or candlelit dinners beneath striking 18th-century paintings. For receptions, the Benjamin Franklin Room is bright and sophisticated, with views over the Strand and a dramatic Troika chandelier.
For something unexpected, the subterranean Vaults offer an atmospheric space beneath the house, with exposed brick, arched ceilings and a natural party energy that lends itself perfectly to dancing and late-night celebrations.

Weddings at RSA House now include the added experience of Muse, RSA House's stylish new cocktail bar. We could not be more pleased for how the day played out, Darren and the kitchen Team, the guys and girls serving our guests with food and beverage, the front of house and events Team, in fact all who played a part in the day were truly superb.
However, our biggest thank you goes to you Steven, our day ran so smoothly, and your grace and poise helped Sam and me relax, which enabled us to thoroughly enjoy the day, you were personally brilliant … thank you.

The best wedding venue in London!
Absolute dream wedding venue
Sarah has been phenomenal from day 1, super organised and detailed and welcoming and has been tremendous help to me the whole process. On the day she was super involved and had everything in order, so we had nothing to worry about! She goes above and beyond the scope of the usual venue coordinator, and we felt so at ease knowing she is there for us. I can tell that she genuinely enjoyed what she does and loves wedding and is having a great time, and such a positive bubble of energy to be around - I adore her!
The venue is stunning, and the food is amazing. All our guests were happy and well fed, which was my absolute number 1 priority. There is more space than you can actually use, and they let us utilise the spare rooms for storage, for a kids room, and even room for kids to sleep. We had our ceremony in Benjamin Franklin room, wedding breakfast in Great room and party in the Vault, and each room has such a unique vibe that is hard to tell we were in the same venue!
Overall we had an absolute blast, and would like to 100% recommend the RSA, and will forever look back with fond memories.

Amanda was a hero and we loved working with her. Would 1000000% reccommend being married here!!
Style, class, history - the perfect venue
But most importantly, Amanda and the team were fantastic. Through the planning process Amanda was so helpful, answering every tiny question and always taking the time to talk through ideas we had. Every interaction was pleasant, easy and she remained a calm, kind voice throughout. It truly felt like she was passionate about us having the wedding we hoped for, and every request we had was met with positivity.
The whole team were amazing on the day, every member of staff was friendly and lovely, and the service during the breakfast was second to none. Clockwork. We also received so many comments on how delicious the food was, and it truly was.
After the wedding, we had countless comments on the venue, and all our photos look striking.
The Royal Society for Arts will always be a very special place to us in the heart of an incredible city.

Brilliant wedding venue
Beautiful venue, fantastic staff, dream wedding!
The only thing to watch out for is that the linens provided as standard are quite creased - and there was no option to upgrade them, we had to pay to get different ones. Hopefully RSA change this in the future because it makes such a wonderful room (The Great Room) look a bit sloppy!
Secondly, I have to say the RSA House employees were amazing throughout. Unfortunately we don’t know most of their names but a name we do know is Amanda - who spent months helping us organise our wedding day and was there on the day itself to make sure everything ran smoothly - which it did! Everything ran to time, with minor hiccups being dealt with without fuss and the day really wasn’t stressful for us.
The catering staff on the day were brilliant, and we had multiple comments from guests (including the grouchy ones - sorry Dad) about how good the service was, how friendly and personal the servers were and we noticed this as a couple too - they weren’t remotely put out by us loitering by guests tables when they were trying to wait on them. Someone also appeared in front of us with a tray of canapés as soon as we arrived to the reception after taking photos, which was much appreciated.
When Natasha went to pick up some of our items on the following Monday morning, she was greeted by a flurry of compliments about the day, and even hugs! It’s clear that everyone involved really cares about providing a great experience in a way that you don’t see at many locations or events.
Thirdly and finally, a shout out to the chef, Darren, and his team because the food was excellent and again we had loads of compliments about it from our guests.
The only thing I would say is that the wine offered as standard in our wedding package was not very nice (in our opinion) and so we had to upgrade it, so I’d recommend that you bear that in mind when budgeting.
Overall, we couldn’t recommend RSA House any more as a beautiful venue for your special day that will wow your guests.
