Our wedding at the Hyatt Regency London was amazing. We used our own caterers so on the day it was our vendors who managed the day but all the way through the planning process Aureline was very helpful and accommodating to our requests and advising us on the best use of the spaces. As expected with weddings there were some unexpected changes that had to be made as we got closer to the day but they always helped us navigate it and the outcome was better than we initially imagined!

We chose No.4 Hamilton Place for our wedding venue, it was perfect for the 1920s style party we wanted. The team there were amazing and helped make everything very easy to arrange. The amazing reaction we received, and are still receiving, from everyone was what made the day so joyous, our focus was on giving everyone and ourselves a truly great day.

On behalf of the amazing couple, we would just like to say a massive, massive, heart felt Thank you for making their wedding day so special. You were all a great pleasure to work with and it really did feel like a great team effort with every vendor going above and beyond for the beautiful couple. The couple are now on their honeymoon, enjoying the beautiful sun and will be in contact upon their return.

Fiona and chef Simon were absolutely incredible in giving us such a bespoke and special service for me and my husband’s wedding day. The attention to detail was fantastic and my 9 month old niece was even looked after as my sister and the rest of the party enjoyed one of the courses. An unforgettable day!

I do not have the words to describe how wonderful Heist Bank were from start to finish in hosting our wedding. Cara was our events organiser and nothing ever felt like too much, she’s was responsive, efficient and lovely in equal measure! She always made us feel like everything was in hand. Heist Bank use a shared excel to make the planning easy, and was a great framework for us to build on. On the day, Harry looked after us and made the place look perfect. Our decoration plan was followed to the letter and he was so adaptable and reassuring throughout. Every single member of staff was fantastic, so friendly and happy to help with anything! We had our 11 week old daughter with us at the wedding, and Cara on the lead up and staff on the day went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need to look after her. Thank you Heist Bank, you helped make our wedding perfect.

We highly recommend San Pietro restaurant. Kind, caring professional support throughout the process. Wonderful food. Cosy, relaxed atmosphere. We had reception drinks downstairs and a dinner later. Fantastic ratio for food quality/location/price. All our guests were very happy with our wedding venue, food, caring staff.
