We celebrated our wedding at St. Ermin’s Hotel on the 25th of October and WOW - what an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with two beautiful event spaces full of character, charm and timeless elegance. It truly felt like the most magical setting for our day. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely eager to help. There wasn’t a single person who didn’t go out of their way to make our experience - and our guests’ experience -seamless, enjoyable and memorable. A very special mention has to go to Claret Fernandez, the Events Manager. From our first visit, through countless emails, planning meetings and site walk-throughs, she supported us every step of the way. Her organisation, attention to detail, calm reassurance and kindness made the whole process stress-free. On the day itself, she went above and beyond and truly made us feel cared for. We felt incredibly lucky to have her by our side. We also want to thank the wider team who worked tirelessly on the day - from setting up the rooms beautifully, to looking after our guests and ensuring every moment ran perfectly. Their professionalism, warmth and hard work did not go unnoticed. We couldn’t recommend St. Ermin’s more highly for anyone looking for a wedding venue. Choosing to celebrate our wedding here was the best decision we made - our day was magical, and one we will treasure forever.

Shade and the team were wonderful and helped create our wedding in less then 6 weeks due to personal reasons at having one at short notice. Food was lovely, hotel beautiful and staff were impeccable. Thank you so much Chloe and Craig. x

We had our wedding at Richmond Hill Hotel and it was honestly the best day – the whole team were fantastic, and Pooja in particular was such a great support, incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process and on the day itself, which made everything feel stress-free. The food was excellent and many of our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it, and the setting is beautiful with perfect spots for photos. Overall, though, the whole experience was fantastic, and we truly loved every moment – we couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Richmond Hill Hotel to anyone planning their special day.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Richmond Harbour Hotel for our wedding in July 2022. From start to finish the whole team there were so accommodating, professional and personable. The suite was a great size and we managed to get ready there with bride, 3 bridesmaids, mother of bride, photographer, videographer, hair stylist and makeup artist all fit very comfortably in the room. The hotel is modern yet classic, clean and the spa is fabulous. Just be sure to book in advance if you’d like any treatments.

We had our wedding here in October and I cannot emphasise how amazing the entire day was. Being able to have our family and friends stay the hotel as well as having access to the in house catering made everything so much easier to organise, and Amanda and the events team went above and beyond to help make our vision a reality. The additional benefit of a hotel wedding just meant that food, drinks and also serving staff are managed by the hotel which reduced the number of vendors we had to deal with. In addition, the hotel can accomodate both the ceremony, evening reception and cocktail hour on premises so it meant that guests did not have to move around during the day, useful for larger events. We also had a number of guests comment on how delicious the food was - something which we loved during the tasting! Finally, the hotel itself is beautiful - with lots of places to take pictures/couples photos and hopefully the pictures do it justice! The bridal suite and rooms are gorgeous and already looking to see how we can stay there again! I highly reccomend this venue and wish we could do it all again!

If you are thinking of coming here to get married, you only have to see for yourself. The venue is gorgeous inside and out, from the elegant upscale interior to the spacious and well kept garden area overlooking the river. Lots of quaint boats passing by and many good spots in and around the venue for aesthetic photos. Staff are really warm and provide great service which is the cherry on top.

Absolute fairy-tale wedding with Sofitel. The service was phenomenal. The venue was dreamlike. The food was delicious. They are absolutely faultless. For a 5 star hotel and wedding venue, the packages are fantastic value for money. Thank you so much for your part in our special day. I will treasure the memories forever.

After another venue was constantly letting us down, we went to the Bedford in June in a panic. We were unsure if they could help us on such short notice and, not only did they did, they absolutely blew us away! Imagine sensational pie & mash for the wedding breakfast, a wonderful team who went above and beyond on everything, and the perfect cosy vibe for an incredible reception. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us - they really made us feel special and well looked after. I had to be dragged to bed at the end of the night because all I wanted to do was drunkenly hug them and say thank you. CANNOT. RECOMMEND. ENOUGH.

I've never attended a wedding at St James but I have been to a couple of corporate functions there. What an amazing place. It typifies everything London stands for with its lavish halls and suites and 'proper' staff. For inlaw to be reasons I am marrying in Hertfordshire however if we were marrying in London this would be without a doubt my firct choice venue.
