We had our 20 year vow renewal at the Double Tree by Hilton Nottingham on 2nd May, right from the beginning of inquiring to book Fiorella has been fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and made it happen. She kept in touch with me at all times and made the whole experience a good one. Kris was the man in charge of our day and the night before he allowed us to set the room up how I wanted it and was so lovely. On the day he came to fetch me from my room and made me feel at ease. He handled the whole day professionally. The room looked amazing. I’m so glad we had our celebrations here as we’d had our wedding here 20 years ago. Everything was organised and the staff was brilliant. I was sad after it was over as they all made it so special. All the guests said how great it all was. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone considering booking for their wedding.

The Doubletree by Hilton Nottingham Gateway gave us the best wedding day we could have asked for. Rosalyn and Fiorella, Chris and Tara, and all the staff, were so supportive, so organised and genuinely amazing. Our day was beautiful and exactly how we wanted it. It genuinely could not have gone better.

The decor was beautiful, the food was stunning, venue was stunning, the staff were amazing and the day went exactly to plan. They worked with us throughout so that we could have it exactly how we wanted and even was so organised that they highlighted aspects to discuss that we hadn’t even thought about.

Since the transition from our original venue, as it closed two months before the wedding, they made everything so easy and we’re so grateful. Our day was everything we dreamed of and more - neither of us felt stressed beforehand or on the day. They always ensured myself as the bride and my husband, the groom, felt relaxed and were enjoying the process and the day itself.

Thank you so so much. Incredible day, incredible people, incredible memories and an incredible venue with incredible staff. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

After months of preparation, it was a pleasure to see our day come together exactly as planned. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout. Particular recognition goes to Fiorella, our dedicated wedding coordinator; Tara and Rosalyn, who ensured our rooms were beautifully presented; and Chris, the duty manager, whose coordination made the event run seamlessly. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the service and hospitality team — the waiters and waitresses who worked tirelessly with such warmth and professionalism to look after our guests. Special thanks also go to Troy of TGS Entertainment for providing outstanding DJ services, additional décor, and the magic mirror photo booth, which added so much to the celebration. The hotel is a true credit to its team.

I dident think the wedding planner was teally professional i had to ring her all the time email her most of the tome But on the day tara was fantastic nothing was to much she went above and beyond

My daughter had her wedding reception here January 2020. What a brilliant day it was and we cant thank the events and hotel team enough. The venue itself is beautiful and with the extra touches from the events team it was an amazing back drop for so many beautiful photos and memories. Their planning and delivery was meticulous and the food was good too. A specific thank you to Rosalyn who helped with so much of the planning and to Tara who ensured everything went smooth on the day & of course to the rest of the team who helped make it happen in such a professional friendly manner.

We wanted a big wedding but without all of the stress of having to book and keep in touch with several different suppliers. This is where the Doubletree and Stephanie were perfect. We booked the all inclusive package which meant that pretty much everything was done for us hassle free, leaving us to enjoy the build up to the big day.

Nothing was too much to ask and on the evening before our wedding my sister and I were treated to a gorgeous three course meal and a beautiful room, making the build up and preparation even more special and exciting. The addition of an all you can eat breakfast delivered to our room the next day was brilliant and meant we could stay in our room to prepare for the day.

The day itself went without a hitch and we were well looked after by both Stephanie and Nicola, the master of ceremonies. The ceremony was beautiful and emotional and a lot of hard work had been put into making the area look stunning. The guests were very complimentary of the wedding breakfast and all of the staff were accommodating to a variety of dietary needs. Extra food and ice cream was even brought out free of charge to some of our bigger eaters!

When the evening guests started to arrive, they were in awe of the beautiful set up of the orchard suite. Staff were on hand all night to ask if there was anything we needed and to talk us through the plan of the evening. Nicola was fantastic at helping to organise the extra special event of our baby gender reveal after the first dance. Overall, an absolutely amazing day and night and we’re so grateful to the Doubletree for making our day perfect!

July the 6th 2019 i married my best friend and soul mate and its all thanks to the double tree Nottingham family when we say the whole day revolves around you and your partner it dose . My wife slept the night before and she had amazing meal and night before then wedding. The day of the wedding couldn't of run smother and you haven't got to worry a thing its all in hand . You kept up too date of everything form the moment you book to the moment you say i do incredible service

We got married on Saturday 23rd March 2019 and wow what a day it was! Everything went so smoothly and the staff couldn’t do enough for you before the wedding and on the day! Big thank you to Stefanie, Nicola and Jordan who made our day special! The venue is very modern and clean and the garden suite (ceremony room) and orchard suit (wedding breakfast and reception) was dressed beautifully thanks to Stefanie and lush occasion :). There was nothing we could fault with this venue and had so many comments about how perfect the day was and how lovely the food was too.

We had our wedding day yesterday and what a amazing day it was.. we first met Steph many months ago and she is a amazing lady, reassured us that every thing will be great and so it was, she made it perfect for us and helped us plan the whole lot, on the day she came up to my room with Nicola who was our coordinator for the day and they both greeted me and my family who I was with and I was very nervous, they both had a amazing attitude and kept reassuring me that I would be OK, I was very nervous, I can’t thank Steph enough for what she has done for us, moving on to our evening meal the chefs where amazing, the food was amazing, we where offered lots to drinks, they made sure every one was OK and nothing was to much for them, Nicola and Jordan looked after us for the evening and Jordan is very professional and amazing, nothing is to much for him and he clearly takes pride in his work, he made sure every thing was just perfect and it really was perfect! Such a great team, every thing was amazing from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier, but a huge thanks to Steph, Nicola and Jordan, you have such a great team and we are a happy bride and groom! Wow what can I say!.. we are on cloud 9 and havn’t come down yet.
A week has passed since our magical day and we want to do it over and over again!
From our first meet right until the day Steff and the team were second to non. Nothing was to much trouble, if we had a question we had a quick response the team were always on hand.
Nicola our master of ceremonies was amazing on the day. She made sure everything was perfect for us.
The whole day was above and beyond our expectation. Troy and Tony the DJ were amazing I even got behind the decks!!
Our day was absolutely perfect from start to finish and we just want to thank everyone at the Doubletree by Hilton.

We cannot praise this venue enough and have no complaints whatsoever.
It was our special day but was made even more so because of the all the staff, the rooms, the food, the cake, the decorations, the organisation, the personal touches, the whole package was just perfect.
The whole event from the booking to the actual day went so smoothly and was efficiently dealt with by the friendly and professional staff.

What can I say about my wedding. From booking the venue to our big day, Stefanie made the whole process easy and straight forward, and made sure everything was perfect. The Reception staff were helpful and supportive, Nicola our host was there for us every step of the way, making our special day perfect!

I really can’t thank everyone at the Doubletree enough for their professional service and smiles, and I highly recommend the Doubletree by Hilton to all those who want a dream wedding day, because that’s what you will get!
