Barn & Farm Wedding Venues in Gloucestershire

My partner and I were married at Hyde House on the 14th of April '25, and we had the most incredible day here. The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the day, coordinating the day and making sure everyone was catered for and happy. The venue is truly beautiful, and we had so many wonderful comments about it throughout the day. The planning elements were wonderfully planned by the team and they helped us create our dream wedding. My wife especially is thankful for them helping her with her nerves throughout the day by being so personable. We could not recommend this place enough, it's a truly magical venue.

We fell in love with Ivy Lodge on our very first visit and that was looking around it in high vis jackets and hard hats when still being renovated. But we could see the vision and felt very at ease when being shown around by Clayton. We knew this was the venue for our day and we were right as we had the most incredible day. Our wedding was back in July and thanks to the amazing staff the day went smoothly and no one was left hungry. We had many guests in awe of the venue asking how we found it and complimenting the food as the best wedding food they have ever had. If you are considering Ivy Lodge for your wedding. We can not recommend them enough. Clayton and the team are amazing helping with all your queries, the venue is absolutely stunning with a fabulous atmosphere and the food is incredible. It was truly the best day of our lives and wish we could re-live it all over again!

When we got engaged, Over Barn was always at the top of our list for wedding venues. With the personal connection of working there when I was younger, we knew it was the venue for us. The beautiful rustic and relaxed vibe of the barn was definitely what we were after. In the lead up to our big day the team, but especially Jordan, made sure our vision was met as well as keeping us calm. The day itself was magical and ran so smoothly. My wife had one special request, of being photographed with on of the venues tractors. The venue made this happen and the photographs of this are incredible. We would like to give a special shout out to Jordan, Josh, Vick and Danielle for honestly giving us the best day of our lives. Thank you to everyone at Over Barn who helped run our day, it was perfect. We would definitely recommend Over Barn for any couples looking for a venue to host the most special day!

We love working at Stanway House! The grounds are lovely and the famous water fountain is the perfect setting for a drinks reception.

We had the most incredible wedding day at Old Gore - and I know every couple says that, but we truly mean it! From start to finish, everything ran seamlessly, and we have to give a huge shout out to Alex. Her organisation and calm presence meant we didn't have t worry about a think and could just enjoy every moment. In the lead up to the day, all the staff were so helpful, patient and quick to responmd to our (sometimes weird and wonderful!) questions. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and it really made the planning process feel stress-free. The food was plentiful and absolutely amazing - we've had so many compliments from our guests. And of course, the venue itself is stunning; the perfect backdrop for the best day of our lives. We couldn't recommend this venue more. It exceeded every expectation and gave us a day we'll cherish forever.

We booked The Barn at Upcote blindly from Thailand for our wedding venue and we are incredibly glad we trusted our guts on this! From start to finish, the team were so lovely and couldn't help enough theough the planning process. They executed our vision flawlessly and made sure that even though we didn't have a wedding planner, nothing went wrong! We worked with them to have a plan A and B depending on the weather and when Storm Amy whipped around us on our wedding day, it wasn't even an issue. We were sad to miss out on experiencing the full offerings of the stunning grounds, but honestly this didn't take away from our wedding day and the experience we had. The venue was perfect for our day party of around 75 guests and evening of around 90 guests. The venue was intimate and felt like more than enough space for our guests, whilst also looking amazingly full and busy when we were all raving away on the dancefloor. A special shout out to the lady behind the bar who sheltered a newborn baby and her Mother from the intense noise from the Dhol players! But the whole team were honestly amazing and made the whole experience stress-free. We would highly recommend The Barn at Upcote to anybody thinking of holding their event here!

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding than Owlpen Manor. The grounds and barns are absolutely stunning – every corner feels magical, and our guests were blown away. We filled all the cottages with our guests, who loved staying for a couple of nights to really enjoy the venue. The team were professional and friendly, making everything feel completely stress-free. We felt completely supported and looked after, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful to Owlpen Manor for helping make our day so special, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a venue that’s beautiful, welcoming,

Stone Barn was the best venue we could have chosen for our wedding. From the first viewing to the big day, we couldn’t have had a more smoother process. Sophia and Sharon who were there on the day could not have done more for us and the staff were incredible and so friendly. The venue was just breathtaking. All our guests told us how it was one of the best wedding venues they have ever been to. It was dressed up perfectly and the rustic setting was ideal for the time of year. The lights and candles around the venue made it look like a fairytale and the food was truly exceptional We couldn’t recommend Stone Barn enough.

From the moment we viewed the barn (our first and only choice!) it was stunning. The attentive staff created a cosy intimate atmosphere, instantly winning us over. Their communication throughout the process was impeccable, especially our coordinator Ashleigh. She was fantastic and incredibly grateful for her help before and on the day. No question was ever too much for them! They’ve thought of everything from their online wedding planner section and supplier days to accommodation. I highly recommend this venue and the team. Our day itself was simply perfect from beginning to end!

We recently had our wedding at Cripps and everything was beyond incredible! From the initial tour, to the booking process, the ongoing support, the tasting night and of course - our actual wedding day! Every thing was smooth from start to finish, they were always helpful and efficient when we had any questions and our wedding day was more than we could have ever dreamed of! Absolutely everything was perfect and all our guests had the most magical time. Zoe and Emily were incredible in making sure everything was perfect for us, and all the staff were just fab. Guests even commented on how lovely it was to see that the staff enjoyed their jobs and how friendly every waiter was during our meal. The food was delicious and everything we pictured was brought to life and was made to look even better than we could have imagined! We want to say the biggest thank you to all that helped make our wedding what it was, we wish we could do it all over again!
