The venue itself is stunning and romantic. But beyond the aesthetics, the way the team run this venue is amazing! It’s a slick operation with wedding coordinators to help you with the planning and making the day run so smoothly! Georgie and Katie helped us so much.

The food is also 10/10 with ALL our guest complimenting the steak which was perfectly cooked.

Honestly what an incredible day and we can’t thank Stone Barn and the Cripps team enough for making it happen. The number of people who mentioned how fab the team were was amazing.

It was so smooth from booking to the day. The team were always on hand and no task was too big or too small.

The team were beyond helpful from our first visit through to our wedding day. They were willing to accommodate our unusual requests, help us find compromises for anything that wasn’t possible and helped ensure every aspect of our day ran smoothly - there wasn’t a THING to stress about on the day and I cannot recommend this team and venue enough. All our guests loved how beautiful the venue was and even though we had great weather, it’s also perfect if you have a wet weather day!

From the moment we first stepped into Stone Barn in January 2024, we knew it was the one. Its simple elegance was absolutely captivating, and on our wedding day, March 7th, 2025, it became even more magical. The rustic yet modern charm of the venue was everything we dreamed of, and the countless compliments from our guests confirmed just how special Stone Barn truly is. It felt perfectly intimate for our total guest wedding/evening, never cramped nor too spacious, creating the ideal atmosphere for us to mingle and share precious moments with our loved ones.

The coordinators were nothing short of extraordinary, both in the lead-up and on the day itself. As someone who tends to worry, I had a lot of questions, but their patience and professionalism immediately put me at ease. They went above and beyond, not just setting up the tables, but stepping into roles we never anticipated. Jasmine, who became our part-time florist, was particularly lovely. Her dedication was so touching, though I do hope her finger is healing after a little accident with the foliage. On the day, they struck the perfect balance of keeping me in the loop without overwhelming me, allowing me to relax and truly enjoy every moment.

The day unfolded seamlessly thanks to their meticulous planning. Our guests have raved about how smooth and lively the flow of the day was, with no lulls, just joy from start to finish. From organizing the confetti toss right after the ceremony to serving canapés almost instantly, every detail was handled flawlessly. And the food? We’re still hearing about those duck fat roast potatoes. Several guests told us it was the best wedding meal they've ever had, from the divine canapés to the generous mains, all the way to the evening Baz & Fred pizzas. Not a single slice remained.

The coordinators’ kindness extended beyond logistics. When I felt a little unwell from all the excitement, they reassured me it was my day and even guided me to take a quiet moment in the side room, something I’ll always be grateful for. They also surprised us by repositioning the aisle candles and chair ends to elevate the top table’s look, a thoughtful touch we hadn’t even requested but which made the photos extra stunning.

The following morning, their incredible service continued as they packed everything down, making it so easy for us to collect our belongings without any stress. From start to finish, their care, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what they do were evident.

Stone Barn is not just a venue. It’s an experience. Yes, it’s not the cheapest option, but the quality of the venue, food, and staff made it worth every single penny, and then some. Her commitment to helping us went above and beyond, even becoming our honorary florist and adding personal touches that made everything look like a dream. I’ll never forget her bravery when she cut her finger sorting the foliage. I do hope it’s healing up well! Her care, along with the rest of the team, made us feel so supported and loved.

When the day finally arrived, they struck the perfect balance. They were there when we needed them but also gave us space to simply enjoy every precious moment. I had total confidence in them, and it meant I could let go of all the stress and just be fully present. They were so on top of everything, from organizing the confetti toss right after the ceremony to getting the canapés out at lightning speed. Not a single thing was out of place. Guests kept telling us there wasn’t a single lull in the day, which is so rare for weddings. And the food… wow. Those duck fat roast potatoes will forever live in our memories. People are still talking about how incredible the food was, from the canapés to the mains, and of course the Baz & Fred pizzas in the evening. Not a crumb was left behind!

A special mention must go to the way they supported me during a moment where I felt unwell from all the excitement and adrenaline. They gave me so much reassurance, found me a quiet space to recover, and reminded me that it was our day and everything was running ahead of schedule. It was such a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, but it spoke volumes about how much they truly cared. They even moved our aisle candles to decorate our top table, which we hadn’t even thought of, but it ended up being one of my favourite details in the photos.

We looked at four different Wedding venues in the Cotswolds and for our February wedding Stone Barn was absolutely perfect for us! We were prepped for rain so loved all the inside space, however were fortunate for amazing sun all day long so our guests were able to enjoy the outside space too. We purchased the outdoor fire package and brought marshmallows and sparklers which were a real hit!

Georgie was fantastic in the lead up and ensured our Wedding Day ran smoothly, checking in with us at certain points and making sure we always had all the food/drink/support we needed. She helped our MC with his role, ensured everything was set up perfectly and we had the perfect Wedding Day - thank you Georgie and the Stone Barn team!

One thing that really drew us to the Cripps & Co was the food. We were fortunate to attend two feast nights (I'd recommend attending at least one in the lead up to your Wedding) so had a very good idea of what to expect on the day itself. But we were blown away by the quality of the food on the day itself. Our guests are still raving about how good the food was and how much there was! Everyone certainly loved the canapes and the pizza!

We couldn’t recommend Stone Barn enough if we tried. From the very first email to the final planning meeting, the whole process was seamless. Excellent communication, the team (Katie, Jasmine, Georgie & Angie and everyone else) were outstanding and the venue just simply gorgeous. On the day, we didn’t think about anything, Katie and the team had everything planned to perfect and the ran day so seamlessly and effortlessly. The food was a major talking point with people telling us it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had and we couldn’t agree more! I wish we could do it all over again!

Stone Barn is honestly a dream. We got married on 1st Nov '24 and I couldn't have asked for a better setting, or support from the team. Georgie was incredibly helpful from start to finish, making sure our day went as smoothly as possible. If anyone is looking for a private venue, situated in the country side, look no further. It literally took my breath away. The food was incredible, the lighting is fantastic, and I would strongly recommend getting the outdoor package & disco balls.

We booked Stone Barn without viewing the venue since we live overseas. Best. Decision. Ever. The venue is absolutely stunning, especially when the sun sets and you can see the fairy lights in all their glory. The staff are amazing and so professional (even when guests have had perhaps one too many drinks). Their online system for communication is so easy to use, and their staff made sure that the day ran without a hitch. The food was incredible - many of our guests are foodies and have eaten at Michelin star restaurants, yet they were raving about the food for days. Truthfully, there are not enough superlatives to describe how great Stone Barn is; it is worth every penny. Thank you for making our day truly memorable.

The venue is spectacular. The staff are truly awesome - from the planning team for the 18 months running up to the day, to the wait staff and bar staff on the day. Pretty much every guest commented that they’d had the best food they’ve ever had at any wedding. The supplier recommendations couldn’t have been better. Absolutely faultless.

Everyone was responsive and helpful every step of the way with the wedding planning, but also on the day everybody was so accommodating and super professional. We got married at Stone Barn last week.
The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Pre wedding the team were always on hand with any help/advice and always replied in a very timely manner. I always felt like they had everything in hand.
On the day we have Angie and Katie, they were incredible and so friendly. They made everything run so smoothly taking away any stresses on the day itself, meaning you could fully relax and take in the day.
The venue is beautiful, no matter the weather, and creates an amazing atmosphere throughout the entire day. The food was great, and recieved so many compliment's.
