We had our wedding in Stone Barn at the end of November’25 and the whole experience was amazing.

Throughout the year, leading up to the day, the multiple team members we interacted were incredibly helpful, their experience was invaluable in helping us decide important details that we were unsure about and advising us every step.

Having done one of the food tasting evenings in the lead up we knew it was good but a lot of guests said it was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding (we would agree).

As for the wedding day, Stephanie was fantastic in making sure the whole day ran smoothly organising the various suppliers and order for the day.

Couldn’t have been a better experience

The whole team made our wedding day so special. The impeccable organisation from start to finish undoubtedly contributed to the fantastic party atmosphere in the evening (which took us by surprise – everyone was having so much fun!). The feast menu was incredible, and every guest has since told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Overall, we wouldn’t change a thing about the day and wholeheartedly recommend Stone Barn and the Cripps team!

Gosh, where do we even begin? From the moment we first stepped into Stone Barn it was like walking into a fairytale. The venue is beautiful in every aspect, you just couldn’t ask for a more perfect space - the best part is that it gets more and more wonderful as the day goes on, as the fairy light ceiling looks absolutely divine as the sun sets and night time draws in. The food and drinks are absolutely incredible - we had the garden feast and had so many guests telling us how delicious everything was - and the service is just top notch. Special shoutouts to Georgie, who first showed us round the barn and then held our planning meeting (my parents and I adore her), and lovely Stephanie who welcomed us in with the most reassuring smile on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing we asked for was too much, and all our dreams came true. Stone Barn is hands down the most magical venue in the Cotswolds. We wish we could do it all over again!

We booked Stone Barn for our wedding in September. From our first visit to the wedding day we could not pick a fault. Our first initial visits, the venue just blew us away, it's such a stunning venue and super friendly staff. We attended one of the venues Feast Nights to pick our menu for the day, could not fault the food - absolutely incredible! They even catered for our dietary needs. Our planning meetings and subsequent meetings/contact with venue up to the day of the wedding, Stone Barn team were so helpful, friendly and just couldn't do enough for us! We were lucky that there was no wedding the day before ours so we were able to setup, again staff were happy to help but also left us to it to do it our way. Our wedding day ran SO smoothly and that was a huge credit to the team that worked our wedding day, everything was as we wanted/planned, our guests even commented on how lovely the staff were and how beautiful the venue was. Special thanks to Stephanie & Sharon for being our point of contact on the day. Even to the next day, they had cleared everything away and put back into our boxes to take away.
If we could do our wedding day over and over we would always choose Stone Barn, such a beautiful venue and great staff just made the whole experience unforgettable.

We had our wedding this August (2025) at stone barn and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning and the food was incredible. The staff were extremely supportive throughout the planning process and always quickly responsive. They helped us plan our day to the last detail and made the process as stress free as it could have been. The day it self ran super smoothly thanks to an amazing team on the day, that not only helped with the seamless running of the day but also helped make us feel relaxed, made our guests feel welcome and supported our vendors throughout. Seeing the chefs cook in the open kitchen added something special to our day and as already mentioned, the food was a real hit. Thank you to the whole team for a truly perfect wedding day that we will never forget. I cannot recommend them enough.

Where do we even begin? From the very first visit, Georgie and the whole team at Stone Barn have been nothing but incredible. We knew this was the venue for us as soon as we saw it on a cold day in January, even then, with our wedding planned for the summer, we knew that Stone Barn was perfect!

The venue itself is seriously beautiful. Secluded from the main road you wouldn’t know it was there, it feels entirely yours. What we absolutely loved about the venue immediately was the peace it brought us, it is so tranquil inside and out, and whether you are planning to decorate minimally or elaborately, the venue lends itself to either, being beautiful on its own! Although there are several “separate” areas to the venue, it feels beautifully connected and flows wonderfully from room to room and to outside, where the views are stunning.

The second huge tug for us was the food - my goodness the food! Cooked on open fires the feast theme of the food was seriously attractive to us and it did not disappoint on the day! The comments we had on the food were nothing other than positive and everyone loved the canapés, main meal and evening food! Insane value for money here!

The day itself our team were faultless - a big shout to Stephanie and Zach who made everything run according to plan and just looked after everyone so well, including us as a couple. Super professional but also friendly and so so lovely! This was unsurprising given the communication and attention to detail from the very beginning all the way through the planning and to the day itself was superb, the team were always on hand.

I cannot thank Stone Barn enough for providing the space and the service for what was truly the best day of our lives! I wish we could go back and relive it all again! We will most definitely be back for a feast night and Stone Barn will always hold a special place in our hearts!

Picking Stone Barn to get married at was the best possibly decision we could have ever made. With the faultless lead up to the wedding, emails, in person meeting, zoom catch up, unbelievable Feast Night and all the other communication with Georgie and the team, we knew that the actual wedding day would be exceptional. Georgie and Sharon ran the day to perfection and were on hand to deal with every little thing, right down to making sure some stranded guests got home at the end of the night! The food was absolutely incredible, the atmosphere created there is amazing and the day was everything we could have imagined and more. From the first enquiry to the end of our wedding day, Georgie, Sharon and the team at Stone Barn were absolutely wonderful. We felt so at ease knowing we were in such good hands and the whole wedding planning process was a breeze! The venue itself is stunning and the list of recommended suppliers made choosing florist, photographer etc. super easy knowing we were choosing suppliers who were not only familiar with the venue but recommended by experienced staff. All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside - the patio and garden are perfect for a summer wedding (but would be lovely any time of year!)

The food needs it's own special section - every single thing was absolutely delicious. A few of our family members are coeliac and from the offset we felt reassured that they would be looked after, and they were! The kitchen team were fantastic (and definitely make the best roast potatoes).

We had the most phenomenal wedding day ar Stone Barn. From first choosing it as the venue to the actual day itself we were looked after amazingly well. Georgie, Stephanie and the team did a fabulous job in making everything just as we wanted on the day. Their expertise and their understanding of our needs was second to none. The venue is so picturesque and the way it looked on the day was jaw-dropping. The food was the best we have had at any wedding as well. Stone Barn itself is absolutely stunning, we knew that it was our wedding venue the moment we stepped inside 18 months ago. It's just breathtaking! The ambience of the open fire kitchens, the fairy lights across the ceiling and the open plan of the dinning and bar area, all accumulated in making it an amazing venue!

We got married at Stone Barn on 10 May 2025. We both had such an amazing day and this was all down to the team. They were very responsive, flexible and friendly. They answered all of our questions and were such a joy to work with in the lead up to our wedding. We had Stephanie who dealt with everything on the wedding day who was so calm and organised. Everything went smoothly and the day was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful venue to other couples.

We must admit, we were a little apprehensive before booking our wedding at Stone Barn, our biggest concern being that we were just another couple and there would be little care and consideration to our personal needs. This couldn’t be further from the truth!
We had numerous in-person meetings with the Team at the venue, and Georgie in particular remembered little details about our wedding day each time we saw her. It really made us feel special and that they were also excited about our big day.
We attended the Feast Night a year before our wedding day and we would highly recommend this to all prospective couples – what a night! The food is absolutely divine and it’s a great opportunity to visualise your day and try out some of their recommended suppliers.
Stephanie and Sam were both fantastic on the day itself! They made the day run smoothly in the background whilst also checking in with us periodically. They were super adaptable when we were delayed by the weather – and when we realised we forgot the cake!

My wife and I held our wedding at Stone Barn last week, and we truly cannot recommend it highly enough. The venue itself is stunning - an architecturally beautiful space nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside. The surroundings are breathtaking, and the barn’s rustic elegance creates a magical atmosphere.

The food was absolutely outstanding. Preparing dishes of that caliber for so many guests is no small feat, yet every plate was exceptional. The open-plan kitchen is a fantastic feature, allowing guests a glimpse into the culinary process, and the chefs were not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and professional.

The front-of-house team was phenomenal. Words honestly fall short when it comes to describing Georgie, our wedding coordinator. Her calm, confident presence in the lead-up and throughout the day made everything feel effortless. One moment in particular speaks volumes - when it began to rain during our ceremony, Georgie ran out to cover our convertible (with the roof still down!), so that when the rain cleared, we could still enjoy our planned getaway. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail was deeply touching; she felt more like a friend than a vendor.

Stephanie, who led the team during the evening, was equally amazing. Every element of the schedule ran smoothly, and her warm, approachable manner made the evening feel seamless. The entire staff takes their roles seriously, yet remains personable and kind - removing any trace of stress from the day. We felt completely looked after from start to finish.

If you're considering getting married in the Cotswolds, Stone Barn is an absolute must-visit. We recommend attending one of their feast nights for a taste of what’s to come, though even that won’t fully prepare you for just how incredible your big day will be. Nearly a week later, we’re still reliving every moment with awe and gratitude.
