Hyde House combines the charm of traditional Cotswold architecture with contemporary, refined interiors, creating an ideal setting for a timeless celebration. The original Victorian building, surrounded by quaint Cotswold villages, brings elegance to the quiet, open countryside views. This private country house offers a welcoming lounge, library, and a bridal loft, making it easy for guests to move naturally through each part of the day.
Ceremonies at Hyde House can be held in The Grange, a modern barn designed to seat up to 150 guests. This versatile space features a courtyard with views across the Cotswold countryside, ideal for post-ceremony drinks. Couples may also choose the scenic outdoor gardens, exchanging vows beneath an oak arbour with the rolling hills as their backdrop.
Following the ceremony, guests are welcomed into Hyde Barn for the wedding breakfast. The dining hall, with its vaulted oak beams, offers a blank canvas that can be tailored to suit each couple’s vision. In addition to the dining area, there is a comfortable lounge bar and a spacious get-ready suite. Outside, guests can enjoy beautifully kept gardens with panoramic countryside views.
Hyde House’s team offers a high standard of personalised service, from planning and preparation to catering and coordination on the day itself. The team provides advice, guidance, and support while ensuring couples have the freedom to design a day that reflects their own style.
The House provides 20 individually designed rooms scattered throughout the House and grounds, each with its own bathroom. Some rooms offer unique touches like four-poster beds, freestanding bathtubs, and cosy seating areas. In the morning, guests can gather in the breakfast room, where a variety of delicious breakfast options are served in a relaxed setting.
Hyde House believes that delicious food and drink elevate a celebration. Each dish is created with fresh, vibrant flavours and presented with a focus on detail, adding a refined touch to the dining experience. From welcoming cocktails to beautifully plated meals, Hyde’s menu brings joy to both guests’ eyes and palates.

The venue it's self was stunning and truly beautiful in autumn ! We were blessed with a sunny day and even enjoyed Hyde houses breath taking sunset!
Food was delicious and none of our guests had anything to moan about from Hyde house all positive and glowing comments!

Wedding of our Dreams
The day was perfect and so well organised I didn’t feel an ounce of stress. My anxiety was through the roof but they made sure everything was sorted. We had a very large group of guests which didn’t seem a problem either. Everyone had a drink in their hand and any questions were answered.
The food was delicious and we had so many people comment on it after the wedding! The Burrata went down like a house on fire as did the canapés too! We had a tab behind the bar and Steph very kindly kept us in the loop with the amount it was so we didn’t end up bankrupt too. 😊

Simply Amazing!
From the start Hyde House staff have been amazing. They’ve been quick to respond and accommodate any requests, host a great menu tasting evening, and on your special day they were on hand to help you the whole day. Every aspect is considered, and the final planning meeting is incredibly helpful.
Their attention to detail is second to none, the rooms are incredible and the food is award winning quality - our guests could not compliment it enough, even the breakfast the following morning is amazing. The bottomless Prosecco reception drinks is a very good feature to ease everyone into the celebrations. One of the key takeaways for us (bride and groom) was how helpful the staff were on the day, they make what can be a very stressful day a far more calm and enjoyed process, allowing you to fully emerge yourself in your day.
Plenty of parking for guests, stunning views throughout, and a reasonably priced bar. We could not have asked for a more suitable venue for our wedding.
