We knew from our first visit to Matara that we had found our wedding venue! The feeling of calm that came over both of us was incredible, as was the obvious care and love that all the staff have for the place. We hired the venue and accommodation, which worked out really well as we were able to have lots of our friends and family stay on site with us, and come together with us the night before the main day. Matara is totally unique - a word that's really over-used, but truly there is nowhere quite like it. There are so many different, equally photogenic areas to explore, which gives so many options for personalising your day. As nature lovers, we were enthralled by all the greenery, beautiful flowers, and special environments that surrounded us. Abbie was our coordinator, and she was brilliant. She thought of every little detail, and on the day itself I didn't have to worry about a thing - she had everything under control. The day flowed perfectly, and Abbie also checked in with us to make sure our timeline was going as planned. Throughout the planning process, Abbie was always responsive to all our questions, and the wider team was able to support too when needed. Our entire wedding was vegan, which didn't faze the Matara team in the slightest, which was so reassuring! The food was absolutely incredible. Chef Luke created an afternoon tea menu for us which was perfect, and all our guests' dietary requirements (including 3 coeliacs) were very well catered for. We had a delightful tasting earlier in the year too, which was such a treat! So many of our guests commented on how amazing Matara was, even guests who are local and never knew it existed before! We are so glad we found Matara, it truly was out perfect wedding venue, and we'd recommend everyone to discover it for themselves.

Ingleside House is a beautiful setting for a wedding. The food was outstanding and the level of service second to none. All of our requests were accommodated and we highly recommend this venue for a small or a larger wedding.

We chose Pauntley Court for our cozy winter micro-wedding in November 2025, and from the moment Melissa showed us around, we knew it was somewhere truly special. We were hosting only immediate family, with half travelling from overseas, so it was important to find a venue that felt intimate and genuinely welcoming while still feeling like a once-in-a-lifetime place. Pauntley exceeded every expectation. From the thoughtful details that made our whole weekend feel luxurious, to Alex, our wonderful wedding planner, who took care of every detail, everything felt effortless and personal. Our ceremony in the Panel Room was beautiful and perfectly suited to a winter celebration. After chatting with Melissa, we chose to host our wedding breakfast in the Flower Room, and it couldn’t have been more perfect — warm, cosy and ideal for our family meal. The entire weekend felt so special, it’s a place we'll always remember.

I was hoping that you could kindly pass on my utmost gratitude for the outstanding service I received while dining in your restaurant during my recent stay. Both the waitress Joycee as well as the kitchen staff went out of there way to provide me with a meal I could fully enjoy. I myself am allergic to dairy products and not only did your amazing staff change items on your menu to fit my dietary needs they also made me a wonderful fruit salad for desert which was not on the menu. These people are truly a credit to your Hotel and fully epitomises what a 5 star service is all about. We had the most amazing, amazing day at Egypt Mill, Lauren, Stacey, Ben & the rest of the team went way above and beyond for us and made sure our day went smoothly. Lauren especially, has been incredibly helpful from day one, her organisation skill and the effort she puts in is second to none, nothing was too much trouble, even the last minute table changes ! A group of us also had a meal in the restaurant the night before the wedding and there was a fantastic musician on as well, which made the night even more special. We had so many guest comment on how beautiful the venue was and compliments on how great all of the food and rooms were. Massive thanks to Lauren, Stacey, Ben and the team for an absolutely exceptional wedding day - we wish we could do it all over again !

I hosted my wedding at Beachley House in October 2022 and had the most magical day. The grounds are beautiful and intimate. I held my celebrant ceremony under a gazebo at one end of the gardens and hired a tipi for the evening reception. I was able to have a bunch of my guests stay at the house with me. Highly recommend

Myself and my husband Matt got married at Naas Court in May this year. Well, what can we say, the day was nothing short of perfect and that wouldn’t have happened without the amazing work of Joanne, Heather & the Naas Court Team. From the moment we booked they made us feel completely relaxed and that everything was in good hands and my god did they deliver on their promises. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and beautifully well kept. Matt made a specific mention of the grass and the grounds, as someone who struggles with their own lawn the grounds were pristine all year round! The actual wedding day ran so smoothly and it still blows my mind how Joanne & Heather get everything so perfect right down to the minor details! We are forever grateful for the most perfect wedding day and would highly highly recommend Naas Court Farm to anyone who is looking to get married in a Barn type setting. Naas court won’t disappoint!

Will and Alex were professional throughout the whole experience. From visiting the venue at the beginning, hosting the tasting menu meals, to helping clear up after the wedding day (and finding my earring!). They were quick with their responses and easy to call and discuss any issues. Our wedding day ran smoothly, with the team taking control of the schedule so we could fully enjoy every moment. Would highly recommend - thank you!
