Singing Waiters UK is a passionate team of professional, dedicated, multi-talented wedding performers scattered all over the UK (with Head Waiter, Eddie, based in Harlow, Essex). Together they share a wealth of professional performance experience, comprising West End shows, luxury cruise liners, TV talent shows, and international tours. United by a deep love for music, they strive to bring uplifting energy to the wedding atmosphere, setting the tone for the evening to come.
Services Offered
The Singing Waiters UK team love fun, and they work tirelessly to bring it in spades on your special occasion. They aim to help you create life-long memories with their signature, inclusive approach, making them a wonderful ice-breaker for all demographics and age groups. The company can also provide DJs, vocalists, musicians, bands, speciality acts, and more. Singing Waiters UK can cater for any size of wedding party. We offer either one, two, three or four singing waiters. For weddings of over 150 guests, you can avail of three talented singing waiters as well as options for additional evening sets. Simply Incredible!
Wow! What more can we say than a massive thank you! We smile at the thought of our waiters. They did such an amazing surprise for all our guests (including my husband) and the vocals were incredible for every song choice! Everyone has said it was such a highlight of our day and can’t stop talking about it. Eddie & Joe had all our guests up, singing, dancing for the whole set. From the start, Eddie was brilliant - helping me with the surprise, the song choices, work with the venue... He made it so easy and fun. We can’t wait to see the reveal photos. Thank you again for the memories. If you’re thinking of booking Singing Waiters, you won’t regret it, can’t recommend enough!

Wow wow wow!
I don’t even know where to start! Eddie was the absolute highlight of our wedding day. All people keep talking about is the singing waiter. You exceeded our expectations and got everyone on their feet. A true vibe from start to finish and a difficult secret to keep but so so worth it. We can’t stop watching the videos, they bring us so much joy to see everybody coming together and having such a good time. Eddie was at our wedding hours before his set serving drinks and talking to guests to blend in with the other waiters, even I was fooled and didn’t realise he was the singing waiter until he came up to me just before! You made our wedding day so fun and the energy you brought was just spectacular! Thank you so much for playing a huge part in our day. We will never stop singing your praises and we hope to see you again one day. If you’re thinking of having Singing Waiters UK at your next event then DO IT! You won’t regret it! Can’t recommend this company enough.

The best wedding entertainment
I booked singing waiters for our wedding and it definitely was the highlight of the day.
Eddie and as phenomenal! He arrived early and blended in and worked with the catering team to serve the wedding breakfast before performing.
The performance was incredible, he had everyone on their feet singing and dancing. Everyone single person in the room joined in and throughly enjoyed themselves. All of our guests loved it and are still talking about Eddie a month later.

Fantastic absolutely made both events that we had ! Would definitely highly recommend
We cannot recommend this company enough! We had Eddie and Lauren for my daughter’s wedding and they were simply fabulous!
They kept the energy going for the evening entertainment and truly made the occasion!

Blown Away!
The singing waiters performed at our wedding at Northbrook Park in April this year and we were absolutely blown away! Throughout the booking process, Eddie was incredibly accommodating and talked us through all available options with the set list and what would work best.
We opted for 3 “waiters” for 100 guests and they smashed it. Kit, Grace & Ryan blending in with the caterer’s they took all of our guests by surprise. We even got a acapella video using the wedding venue’s acoustics before they surprised everyone! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting something to get the party started early at their wedding!

Professional and enthusiastic throughout
Our experience with Singing Waiters UK was great from beginning to end. There are many similar companies to choose from but none of the we others that we enquired with took the time to call me and discuss what would work best for us. Grace was so enthusiastic from the outset, then Eddie took over the planning for our big day and he was great too. We discussed the details of the songs and agreed how the big reveal would work best on the day.
When it came to the performance on the day we had two waiters, Chris and Justin, who blended in perfectly with the venue staff. The reveal happened at the end of my speech and worked perfectly! The guys were fabulous and the whole room was instantly singing along and dancing. Their performance played a big part in making our day perfect and we can’t thank them enough, we have some fabulous memories!!
Don’t hesitate to book these guys if you’re thinking about it, they are fabulous!!

Amazing experience we are glad we didn’t cut out!
We had Ella and Sam as our waiters - what a formidable pair. The famous “cutlery drop” was seamless and pretty much reduced everyone to silence! They have a great presence, great talent and their energies were infectious! So, so friendly whilst also being very professional. We cannot thank you enough and were so sad when it was over!

The best entertainment
We had Nick as our singing waiter last weekend. Nick was beyond amazing!
Everybody including my husband genuinely believed he was a waiter, he fitted in so well. The big reveal of him falling over was just epic. Nick had every single guest involved during his performance. This was the part of our wedding that guests were still raving about the next day.
Nick was such a lovely guy with an insane voice. Brides & grooms you will not be disappointed, this is the best entertainment you need for your wedding!
A shout out also to Eddie, his communication leading up to our big day was amazing. Eddie was always quick to reply to any questions I had.

You will not regret having them at your wedding
From the moment I enquired to the day of the event, Eddie was a constant ball of positive energy. When I made an enquiry and Eddie called me on the phone, I knew that we had to have them at our wedding - he was so excited for our big day.
In the lead up to the event Eddie was always available and flexible with us, even with us providing our first dance song just a couple of days before the event.
Their performances on the day were spectacular, they (Eddie & Joe) are both incredible singers and performers, I was blown away.
We also had Joe as the DJ for the wedding and he did a brilliant job at that too, having taken into account a playlist of 100+ songs we had sent beforehand.

The best experience!!
What an amazing job James and Justin did at our wedding this weekend, we kept it as a surprise for our guests and seeing their faces when they burst into song made it for us. Their energy was contagious and everyone was up dancing and having a good time thanks to the singing waiters. I would 100% recommend anyone thinking about hiring them, they bring so much fun and enjoyment and everyone was talking about how much they loved it. Thank you so much for making our wedding that extra special 🤍

The best singing waiters!🤩
Having Singing Waiters UK at our wedding definitely was a highlight and got everybody buzzing for the evening. We couldn’t recommend this entertainment highly enough to anyone wanting a fun wedding. Our guests absolutely LOVED it as did my husband and I. Right from the beginning when we made an enquiry Eddie was absolutely fantastic and his communication and kindness was the best. We had two waiters (Eddie being one of them) and they honestly made our wedding and we had the best day ever. The waiters blended in so well none of our guests clocked on and when the act started the reactions were impeccable - it was absolutely hilarious. Thank you so much Singing Waiters UK - you guys are AMAZING and you well and truly made our day!! 🤩
