Based in Essex, England, Kirstybowks Bespokes Live Drawing is an illustrator providing real-time entertainment at weddings and other special events. Owner Kirsty strives to create unique keepsakes that will forever capture the magic of each couple's special day.
Services Offered
This talented artist sketches live during the wedding celebrations, documenting the big emotions as well as the day's quiet, intimate moments. These beautiful illustrations add something unique and lovely to the record of each client's milestone day. Kirstybowks Bespokes has three illustration packages that feature between 2 and a half hours and 8 hours of coverage. Kirsty usually draws during the drinks reception, capturing some of the fun and spark of the day in her trademark playful style. Once the celebrations have come to a close, newlyweds can send Kirsty a copy of their favourite wedding photo. The artist will transform the snapshot into a beautiful illustration of their love.

What is included in the wedding package?

How far in advance should I contact you?
I get booked up well in advance so the earlier you book the better chance of availability (especially weekend weddings). Secure your booking today for a small deposit of £50
What other services to you provide?
Other (Additional hours added to base package priced at £100 per hour.
Will travel further than Essex but travel surcharges apply and will be quoted at time of booking)
Are you able to travel?
Yes, i cover all of Essex without a travel charge. Other areas are subject to a travel surcharge
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, the charge depends on the distance and will be included in your personal quotation at time of booking
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
No
How long is the act?
Intimate Package is 2.5hrs of live drawing.
Wedding Bell Package is 4hrs of live drawing.
Additional hours can be added at £100 per extra hour
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
Set up consists of introductions to your guests to take photos so that I can create the illustrations while your guests continue enjoying the event (they don't have to sit and pose)

A wedding hit!
Kirsty did an amazing job illustrating our wedding day. She was so proactive taking photos of the guests so she could illustrate pretty much everybody! She is so bubbly and chatty so made us feel completely at ease before the big day and during. All of our guests loved their illustrations. I would 100% recommend Kirsty for any wedding or event!

Don't hesitate to book!
Kirsty came to our October wedding and she was an absolute hit.
Communication with Kirsty in the lead up to the wedding was easy. I upgraded to a bigger package quite late in the day (100% worth the money), Kirsty accommodated this straight away.
We kept hiring Kirsty a surprise to our guests, and they were over the moon with their keepsakes!
I can't get over the talent that Kirsty has. The likeness and attention to detail in all of her drawings are just amazing!

Amazing!
Kirsty was absolutely amazing throughout! She met with us beforehand online and discussed our vision for the day. She was very responsive to our emails and everybody LOVED their pictures. People kept coming up and showing us them throughout the day. Excellent work, very professional and I would recommend to anyone looking for something special for their guests

A highlight of the event

60th Birthday Celebration!
We booked Kirsty for my 60th Birthday celebration. Her professionalism and communication both prior to and after the party was second to none. She was very friendly and her art work was amazing. Everyone adored their bespoke artwork to take home. Would not hesitate one bit in recommending Kirsty. 💕

Kirsty was amazing from beginning to end! Cannot fault Kirsty, her skills and her craft are fab and her style with her drawings are nothing like we’d seen before! Our guests all said how fun it was to have done and loved that they could take them away with them! Do not hesitate to book Kirsty she’s so friendly and kind and felt at so grateful she was providing such bespoke tokens for our guests! Cannot wait for our detailed wedding picture!

Absolutely would recommend Kirsty. She was so friendly and professional. Her work is stunning and it was a highlight of the wedding day! Guests have their drawings up in their home which has been so special for us to see. Responded quickly, and honestly couldn’t rate her higher if I tried! You won’t regret booking!

Best addition to our day!
We hired Kirsty as we wanted something different for our wedding. We didn’t want traditional table favours, so we opted for drawings of our guests. Kirsty had the exact vibe that we were after and she did not disappoint.

From the initial booking to the day of the wedding, Kirsty was so lovely and the whole process was seamless!
We had a meeting a couple of weeks before the wedding to finalise details. On the day of the wedding, Kirsty was so great and the guests absolutely loved their drawings!! They were honestly so beautiful! I would book again and again if I could!!

If you’re looking for an illustrator then Kirsty is the one! 🤩

Kirsty herself is lovely, super approachable and easy to communicate with.
