Wedding Catering in Oxfordshire

Vanessa and her whole team went above and beyond to make our wedding catering absolutely perfect. The menu was amazing, so seasonal and fresh, and the tasting we did beforehand made me so excited for the big day (and stocked our fridge for a good while!) Our venue was dry hire, and Vanessa was amazing at coordinating all the logistics around the hired items we'd need which completely took the pressure off us while still giving us the chance to decide how we wanted our tables to look. I have never been to such a well-catered wedding, and all our guests said the same. I'm vegetarian and I wanted a caterer where you didn't feel like the veggie options were just an afterthought, and Vanessa puts so much care into all her dishes. It is the perfect balance of relaxed, beautiful, absolutely delicious food. There was so much choice, and Vanessa was amazing at making sure there was something for everyone, including guests with allergies and intolerances. She was so warm, relaxed and helpful on the day, and the whole Foodtopia team were lovely - nothing felt like too much. The feast tables were staged absolutely beautifully and it was really in-keeping with the venue, and though I had been a bit worried about how it would work bringing each table up at a time it was absolutely seamless and not a problem at all. I wish we could do it all over again, can't recommend enough!

I have heard nothing but amazing feedback from all our guests on the food which Nyama provided. We had the mixed grill, steak, chicken and lamb chops and it was incredible. We are so happy we decided to go with Nyama who were the more expensive of our original options but absolutely worth it. We had 50 guests for canapés and 120 for BBQ buffet and the service was quick. The staff were all really friendly and flexible, I would highly recommend if you want a wedding breakfast which is full of flavour and has lots of variety.

We hired Ross & Ross to cater our wedding, they exceeded all expectations and were just exceptional. They delivered a five star service all around; the food was excellent, the cocktails were excellent and the staff were incredibly professional with great initiative. We had canapés, cocktails, mulled wine, mini mince pies to die for and a 4 course meal complete with dessert cocktails, and we (nor any of our guests) could fault one thing. The presentation was crisp, the food was sensational and we, and all of our guests, just felt really looked after by the staff. Ross & Ross are incredibly impressive and we genuinely could not recommend them highly enough. We can’t wait to hire them for our next big occasion!

Sear were the perfect fit for our wedding. We wanted our guests to be able to choose what they had and the menu from Sear allowed us to do just that. The food was delicious and served a table at a time allowing guests to eat together on a table. Serving in the centre created such a social atmosphere. Ryan was responsive to our (many) questions in the run up and reviewed our menus before we printed. The tasting session prior to the day was also excellent and made us very excited to have the food again. Would absolutely recommend!

Kearney's attention to detail and professionalism, from initial meeting through to the last bit of the evening food being ready, was second to none. As soon as we had the taster day we knew we had chosen well. So many of our guests said this was the best wedding breakfast they have ever had, and there's no way we could possibly disagree. And we were hugely grateful for how easily and willingly Kearney's handled the various dietary requirements, particularly for our niece's son and our daughter-in-law's mother. Thank you, David, Garry, Nicola, and the team - everyone was so 'on it' on the day, and so friendly and helpful, from the moment we met the team through to the last bit of pizza 9 hours later. Thank you so, so much.

Simon and his team exceeded our expectations! We had canapés, a wedding breakfast and hog roast at our reception yesterday and we honestly cannot recommend Simon enough! The food was exceptional, everyone commented how tasty it was and the service was amazing. Thank you so much to Simon, Charlie and the team for your efforts, you really helped to make our day so wonderful!

The team at Greens are absolutely fantastic! The food for our wedding was delicious and we had so many guests tell us how brilliant it was. We were after something a little bit different from the set menus and Tessa and the chefs were able to create the perfect menu for us! Tessa was an absolute dream from the very beginning of the process. She let us bombard her with questions, tweaks and changes and always responded with great energy and a smile. Tessa is the perfect event manager, she had every tiny detail covered and I trusted her absolutely, I even feel like the she knew what I was thinking before I said it! If I could have her in charge of my daily life, I would! Choosing the catering for a wedding felt very daunting at the beginning but with Greens my worries melted away. They are the perfect caterers and with Tessa running the day, I don’t know how anything could be better!

We are so glad we had Kalm Kitchen for our wedding, they did a fab job. The whole team are friendly and helpful and the whole process was smooth. We especially enjoyed our tasting session, and on our wedding day the food was amazing. There were so many compliments on the food! Many thanks to our chef Andrea and the whole service team, they were so kind. Highly recommend!
