Wedding Catering in Berkshire

Amazing wedding food! Our guests all raved about how this was the best wedding food they’ve had and several mentioned being interested in hiring these guys for future events. Timmy and Sam were so friendly and made the whole process very easy and straightforward. We loved that everyone could sample from the selection of tasty dishes rather than being limited to just one choice. We had a few guests with allergies / dietary requirements and this was also extremely well handled. Would highly recommend!

Little Reds provided our evening food at our September 2024 wedding and I really mean it when I say that people still talk about how amazing that pizza was! The set up was professional, staff were lovely and the food was impeccable (so much so that it was breakfast the morning after the wedding too). Thanks so much for bringing us the BEST food for our wedding!

My fiancé and I wanted to throw a surprise “birthday” party … which turned to be our surprise engagement party! We both love pizzas and PS Catering came up as an option. They even sent samples which were delicious! They were open in regards to the menu, which helped with our celiac and vegan friends ! Thankfully our garden has a back entrance and their lovely Italian tuk tuk was a perfect match in heaven! Good price for what they offered and we had a relaxed time as they took care of the food for all guests. Highly recommended! Thank you so much !

We booked Dublicious Food as the caters for our wedding reception. All the BBQ food was amazing and guests loved it. Chris was amazing throughout the whole process and we also really appreciated him being so accommodating to people's dietary needs/kids meals. Thanks again Chris!

I remember coming across Avila Instagram page and I contacted her immediately, she was so helpful and worked within my budget. I was meant to go food tasting but being busy with wedding prep I said to her I trust you. On the wedding day she did not disappoint. she was punctual and clean, her staff was lovely to my guest, they offered amazing hospitality,the food was mind blowing everyone was so impress Everything tasted amazing. Well presented menu and quality of the food was excellent and value for money.Really appreciate all your efforts and your professionalism, Avila is very passionate about what she does.All my guest could talk about is how good the food was and the best wedding food they have ever tasted.Thank you soo much for making my wedding one to remember. Total Hospitality provided fantastic food & service on our wedding day. The canapés were a huge hit and we still get compliments about them now. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, and the team were friendly and professional throughout. The only small criticism was that the gravy with the roast wasn’t quite to our taste, but that certainly didn’t take away from what was otherwise an excellent dining experience. We’d happily recommend Total Hospitality to anyone planning their wedding.

Victoria’s Ice Cream Cart was exceptional at our wedding! Our guests are still raving about how delicious the ice cream was, and it was such a fantastic addition to the day. The lawn games were an absolute must-have too, especially for keeping the kids entertained during the canapé hour. They were a huge hit with both children and adults! We can’t thank the team enough—they absolutely smashed it out of the park and helped make our day even more special. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved having Florence the ice cream van at our wedding in Shropshire. It was the perfect transition after the wedding breakfast as our evening guests were arriving. A fun activity, a lovely treat, and a brilliant conversation starter all in one. Guests of all ages were smiling, chatting in the queue, and comparing flavours, which created such a relaxed, happy atmosphere. The communication from Sally and Mark before the day was excellent. They helped us choose our flavours and were really thorough in discussing guests’ allergens. When we asked about gluten‑free options, they suggested offering tubs only so we could be confident there’d be no cross‑contamination, which was really reassuring and much appreciated by our guests with dietary requirements. On the day, Mark was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made everyone feel comfortable, chatted with guests, and was patient with the indecisive ones! One of our favourite touches was being invited into the van ourselves. We even got to have a go at scooping and serving ice cream to our friends and family! The photo of us in Florence is now my laptop screensaver at work, because it captures one of the most special and joyful moments of our day. We’d highly recommend Florence, and Sally and Mark, to any couple looking to add something fun, delicious, and memorable to their wedding.

My husband and I had our wedding at The Tudor Barn towards the end of July. We opted for the casual dining BBQ menu for our wedding breakfast and we feel that was one of our best decisions for our wedding day. We were invited to our venue for a tasting session, in which we tried the mains and sides that we thought we would like from the menus. Lee was fantastic at explaining how it worked and being flexible about our needs/desires. I (the bride) have a severe nut allergy, and straight away, I felt so assured and safe with the catering team. We had a selection of canapes: soy and lime pork belly bites, chicken tikka skewers and marinated tomato with basil & balsamic pearl bruschetta. They were all delicious and there was plenty to go around. We then had the mains and sides which were served buffet style: chicken souvlaki (with flatbread and a cucumber and tomato salad), lamb koftas (with tzatziki) and halloumi skewers alongside potato salad, caprese salad and grilled Mediterranean vegetables with tahini dressing & pomegranate. Every item was delicious. Our guests even raved about the selection of breads served with the BBQ foods. We also had three mini desserts: double chocolate brownie, white chocolate and baileys cheesecake and mini muscovado meringue with berries. Again, each of the desserts were spectacular! Overall, the food was fantastic and the service was great. We cannot thank Anthony, Lee and the rest of the team enough for the service on our wedding day.

Absolute 5* service! Heat & Soul really delivered for our wedding. We had a tasting session with them and knew right away they were the caterer for us. The food was so tasty and they were able to cater for all dietary requirements. 1 year on, we still have wedding guests saying how good the food was. They were so patient with our numerous changes along the way. Thank you so much for a great experience!
