Wedding Catering in Berkshire

We can’t thank Tim and his team enough for his catering at our wedding. We had loads of guests come to us on the day saying that it’s the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Every component they made for us was absolutely delicious! Tim was really easy to deal with on the day, really knowledgeable and took time out to talk about the cook. His team were really warm and friendly, and waitresses went above and beyond with helping out with the drinks reception. So glad we went with charcoal grill company, made for a really memorable wedding!!

On the day of the wedding, there was nothing to fault. The service and the food were both excellent and the team on-site for the day were really, really great. It was a really warm day and they all worked so hard - nothing was too much of an ask and they were all amazing. Claire was our Event Manager on the day and she was perfect.

I remember coming across Avila Instagram page and I contacted her immediately, she was so helpful and worked within my budget. I was meant to go food tasting but being busy with wedding prep I said to her I trust you. On the wedding day she did not disappoint. she was punctual and clean, her staff was lovely to my guest, they offered amazing hospitality,the food was mind blowing everyone was so impress Everything tasted amazing. Well presented menu and quality of the food was excellent and value for money.Really appreciate all your efforts and your professionalism, Avila is very passionate about what she does.All my guest could talk about is how good the food was and the best wedding food they have ever tasted.Thank you soo much for making my wedding one to remember. Jeremy and the team were amazing on our big day. From setting up the tables to serving drinks, nothing was ever too much to ask for and they treated us so well. We had soooooo many compliments on the food! I’ve lost count of the amount of people who told us how amazing the chicken wings were 😂. They accommodated our last minute changes with a smile. All in all, a great experience - thank you to a top team!

Mark and I attended a tasting evening and we were absolutely sold! The food tasted amazing and the range of choice was fantastic. The real selling point of us was Chef François. I have a lot of intolerances that typically result in an eye roll at most restaurants we visit. François totally gets it and was so good. He made alterations to everything we ate so that I was able to enjoy and not miss out. He made the alterations gladly and made me feel very comfortable- including doing last minute checks before serving our food. All our guests loved our food choices as did our suppliers who we also ordered meals for. We ordered: Starter- grazing board Main- Smoked drunken chicken, Peruvian beef, Pulled pork, Rainbow slaw, Creamy coleslaw, Salmon pasta and Roast potatoes Dessert- Brownie Tower and Malva pudding Teas and Coffees Evening reception: Pizza buffet. Everything tasted great!

Little Reds provided our evening food at our September 2024 wedding and I really mean it when I say that people still talk about how amazing that pizza was! The set up was professional, staff were lovely and the food was impeccable (so much so that it was breakfast the morning after the wedding too). Thanks so much for bringing us the BEST food for our wedding!

We had the pleasure of using Victoria's ice cream cart for our wedding drinks reception, and it was an absolute hit! Our guests were thrilled with the wide variety of delicious flavors, and we loved them too! The sunny weather made it the perfect addition to our celebration, and everyone thought it was such a fun and unique touch. Victoria was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She kept in regular contact leading up to the event, helping us select the perfect range of flavors and ensuring everything was well-coordinated with our venue. Her attention to detail was second to none, and we felt confident everything would run smoothly. Additionally, Victoria offers garden games, which is a wonderful idea for summer events! We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a special touch at their event. Thank you, Victoria, for making our day even more memorable!

Anthony and the team made our day so perfect. Everyone complimented the food and had plenty to eat! He was so helpful with our guests dietary needs and made helpful suggestions to make the menu perfect. The service was friendly and efficient. I couldn’t fault a single thing! Thank you so much!

Absolute 5* service! Heat & Soul really delivered for our wedding. We had a tasting session with them and knew right away they were the caterer for us. The food was so tasty and they were able to cater for all dietary requirements. 1 year on, we still have wedding guests saying how good the food was. They were so patient with our numerous changes along the way. Thank you so much for a great experience!
