Tyrone and his team were excellent a true professional who made sure to look after us an our guests on the day. Our wedding venue Shuttleworth was stunning, the sun was shining and the atmosphere was perfect.

The food was amazing exactly as we had at our tasting which in itself was memorable.

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic including the planning process which was handled by one of the owners Shane.

We would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

We hired Brothers for our wedding but unfortunately they did a very poor job. They hired some very inexperienced agency staff who were not up to the job and couldn’t perform basic tasks like opening beer bottles. For most of the event neither of the brothers were present to supervise and the event was left in the hands of managers who evidently weren’t up to the job. The service during dinner was a shambles and our groomsmen had to help coordinate proceedings. During the reception on one of the hottest days of the year they did not serve a significant amount of the drinks we had provided for our guests and did not even serve guests water when this was requested. We had paid for meals for our other caterers but brothers did not provide the meals we had paid for and only fed the band at all because we happened to notice late into the evening that the band had not received any food yet. As we were leaving we could hear one of the managers shouting down the phone about the quality of the staff that had been provided. When we raised this with Shane after the event he made no attempt to make amends for the mess his company had made, despite accepting the quality of service was not satisfactory, and responded to our complaints with a series of entirely disingenuous responses, including suggesting that some of the errors his team made could have been avoided if we (my wife and I) had picked them up ourselves.

We had The Brothers Supper cater our wedding in June 2024, held in a large marquee in the middle of a field—and they absolutely nailed it.

From the very first canapés at the welcome reception to the stunning three-course sharing platters served at our wedding breakfast, the food was nothing short of extraordinary. The quality, flavour, and presentation were out of this world—every single guest commented on how exceptional the food was, and many said it was the best they'd ever had at a wedding.

But what really set them apart was the service and organisation. Seamless, professional, and completely stress-free, they ran everything with warmth, precision, and style. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day—they had it all under control.

We wholeheartedly recommend Shane and Aaron, these guys are next level. Creative, flexible, easy to communicate with, reliable.. and their knowledge and experience covers a variety of different cuisines. Their organisation on our wedding day was fantastic and they are totally unflappable! We’ve dined at their Shoulder of Mutton pub in Calverton several times during the wedding planning for tastings, and we now regularly return for their roasts and Supperclubs as the food is always exceptional. For our wedding, we served canapés, guest choice of 3 different starters, family style mains/sides, trio of dressets and bao buns for evening food - all our guests raved around the food and generous portions. They also do cocktails!

Brothers' Supper were the caterer at our wedding in September this year. We had a drinks reception, a sit down 3 course meal and a hog roast.
The food was delicious and our guests had nothing but high praise for Brothers' Supper.
The service on the day was brilliant and high quality. The staff were responsive, professional and attentive.
A special mention has to go to co-owner Shane who was really helpful and patient in the runup to the day and for whom no request was too big.
Brother's Supper are 5 star on all fronts and at a price that won't break the bank!

OK we don't do reviews generally, and was somewhat nervous to have this new caterer booked through a wedding planner to service our venue this weekend. All the staff, top to bottom were great. Amazing attention to detail even the bits most guests would miss - Presentation was flawless, and they were so willing to listen and do what was needed to make the day special whether it made their lives easy or not. At the end of the day a very happy bride and groom and a very happy venue. Only point of discussion was the level of mustard in the pies, we think they nailed it! But the trouble with catering not everyone has the same tastes and the degree of flavouring +/- was tiny, no complaints only compliments and the overheard discussions were all very good. As a venue, the state they left the kitchens in was as good as it has ever been including the delivery areas. Never seen a chef on his hands and knees cleaning before.
