Since 2017, founder and head chef Tim has been bringing people together through bold, globally inspired smoked and grilled food that tastes amazing and looks incredible on your event spread. From boerewors and pulled pork to Moroccan lamb burgers and whole lamb asado showstoppers, our menus celebrate rich, smoky flavour with style.

A brilliant service and fantastic food - thank you!!
Best BBQ food around!! Tim catered for our wedding and the food was AMAZING.
During the lead up, we found Tim to be really supportive and flexible - something we struggled to find with other BBQ companies. The set-up on the day was awesome and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on the quantity and quality of food! The service was great too and everything went smoothly. It was a massive hit and we absolutely loved it. It was a lovely relaxed vibe and exactly what we hoped for.

Grilled to perfection
Tim and his team from Charcoal Grill were superb from start to finish.
We had multiple calls with Tim prior to our wedding day, he was professional and reassuring throughout. He gave some great advice regarding food choices.
We went for the it’s a braii menu with canapés and multiple sides. The food was spectacular, all the guests at our wedding were very impressed.
Tim took the stress and pressure away from us with his well trained staff and simple cooking methods using open fire. The bar staff and servers that were provided through Tim were incredible and helped make the day a great success. Big shout out to Clare who helped set up the evening food.
We would highly recommend these guys for any event or wedding.

BBQ at the office
Tim at the Charcoal Grill Company has catered for our annual BBQ for the last three years. The food is always beautifully cooked and the salads and veggie side dishes are really fresh and well presented. It's always ready on time and he has cooked for around 60 guests at each event.
The whole set up is very professional and well organised. I would definitely recommend Tim for any event that you may be planning or hosting.

We recently had the pleasure of working with The Charcoal Grill Company for our wedding this past Saturday, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The food was absolutely phenomenal—delicious, beautifully presented, and exactly what we hoped for. The team was equally impressive, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food and service for the rest of the day. Thank you so much for making our special day even more memorable!

Excellent, Friendly and Tasty
The Charcoal Grill Company were fantastic to work with, from the initial call all the way through to after the event. The menu was great and we were able to tailor our 'braai' to make it exactly as we wanted.
On the evening, the team were already there and set up and cooking away, creating a delicious feast for our guests. Our only regret is we didn't get to eat more of it as we were chatting to everyone! But Tim recognized that and made us a special platter so we did get to taste everything, thank you!
Overall, we had a fantastic time and The Charcoal Grill was integral to that, so thank you!
