Led by head chef and owner Olly Wooster — who brings over 30 years of experience from award-winning restaurants, pubs and large-scale event catering — ORW specialises in showstopping hog roasts, BBQ spreads, elegant grazing boards and bespoke menus tailored to every couple's taste.

Our signature 12-hour slow roasted hog is the centrepiece of countless wedding receptions, served carvery style on china plates with all the trimmings. Whether you're planning an intimate garden ceremony for 30 or a marquee celebration for 300, we work with you to create a menu your guests will be talking about for years.

We come to your venue — barn, marquee, country estate, village hall or private home — and handle everything from setup to service to clear-down, so you can focus entirely on your day.
