I cannot recommend these guys enough. Mark was super friendly and easy to chat to on our first zoom call. As an expert in this field, he made suggestions for is to consider that would make our lives easier and ensure we could have the best time. We took it all on board and he was so right! He was so responsive on email about anything we asked. Nothing was too much trouble.
The team on the day, headed by Chris were superb. They delivered all the food on time and even cut our cake for us. They had thoughts on where abouts to set up their kit on the day. It was even better than where we thought originally. They really know their stuff.
The food, let's be fair, the most important part, was simply sensational. Everyone was raving about the food. One of our guests enquired about travelling to them for his 40th birthday next year. He is deadly serious about that as well!
We had approximately 135 guests that day and they put on a lunch with big Pan's and sides, cut the cake a little time after and then put on a BBQ in the evening. All with ease, or at least it seemed like it to us.
They not only helped with food but we wanted a fridge trailer for drinks after seeing this another party. Man With A Pan were able to supply this also. That took something off our minds.
All this was done at a very reasonable price indeed! We had quotes that were far more. But those companies did far less, I.e were unable to supply the fridge trailer or did not have staff to clear up and hand out drinks. The staff made so much difference!
I could go on for ages about how epic they were. Thankyou so so much.

The attention to detail was immaculate. From first enquiry the communication was second to none and very clear.

Claire organised all the front of house and the whole team were so helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, which meant we could concentrate on enjoying our wedding day without having to worry about the logistics.

The cost was very comparable with other companies we looked at, but the standard was amazing. The BBQ and salads were fantastic, and the different pastas were absolutely delicious. So many of our guests commented on how good the food was.

The team even ran our Hugo Spritz bar, cleaned everything up afterwards, packed everything away and even took care of all the rubbish. It really was a completely stress-free service from start to finish.

There are a lot of catering companies out there, but Man with a Pan really do stand out from the rest. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding catering. Fantastic food, fantastic service and a fantastic team.

Carla and Mark did so much to help make our day as unique and special as it was and also run seamlessly. The food was faultless and hit the exacts vibe we wanted of casual yet delicious! Everyone said they loved it

Then Carla was excellent in the preparation stage and on the day ensure things were running to time and going smoothly. Even after picking up an injury that meant she had to get stitches she still showed up the next day to check everything thing had gone to plan.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with the Man with a Pan team. We had so many people rave about how good the food was at our wedding which was a beautiful fresh and delicious bbq style with yummy canapés before and cute desserts in killer jars. We had a number of veggies too who were really happy with the food. We also booked Carla as our on the day coordinator as an add-on and we both agree we couldn’t have done our wedding without her. She was amazing, went the extra mile and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. She managed suppliers and logistics and finished off jobs we couldn’t squeeze in like finishing off our favours and place settings complete with napkin folding and personal ironing a Mr & Mrs table runner I’d bought but forgot to iron the night before! Carla even left the venue to drive my bridesmaids to the church in the morning when we had a transport issue. She managed the catering staff and took so much stress off us so we could focus on having the best day and we did. 10/10 experience thank you!

We booked Man With a Pan for our garden wedding and they were fantastic. The planning with the team was really easy and they were very flexible with dietaries and other requests. On the day, all the guests commented on how great the food was and there was plenty of it which was super important to us! The staff were all absolutely lovely and kept the vibes of the bar up well into the evening. Highly recommend!

The food was incredible, all of it from the canapés all the way to the desserts!! All through the process they were super responsive and made working with them so easy. All our guests raved about both the food and the staff. The managers ensured my wife and I were looked after, finding us with drinks and canapés as we dealt with all the madness that comes with getting married. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We had Mark and his crew cater for our wedding reception. We went for canapés and BBQ and the food was outstanding. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, were extremely attentive and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my new wife and I managed to get some food in during the busy day.

Mark and Carla helped us out with food (canapés, mains, desserts), tableware/drinkware, furniture and FOH staffing - they did an amazing job with every aspect and we couldn't have asked for more. Everyone was very friendly during planning and on the day. Place settings were done beautifully, food was delicious and the FOH staff were superb. Highly recommend!

We used Man With a Pan for our catering and they truly went above and beyond. We could not recommend them more. The food was fantastic, super tasty and catered to a variety of dietaries requirements. Every commented on how great the food and service was. We were so pleased.

Both Man with a Pan and Carla, who we hired as our wedding coordinator, were absolutely fantastic to work with. We wanted a vegetarian wedding and MWAP we're straight onto it with a range of menu suggestions. They were super easy to deal with when planning and on the day, the food was delicious and went down so well with our guests. The staff were so polite and attentive, too.

And we cannot rate Carla highly enough! She has dealt with our wide range of suppliers and helped us plan every inch of our day with her meticulous eye for detail. On the day, she was superb, always keeping an eye on us and jumping in to help out. Just fantastic!!

Such a professional team, who supported us with what we wanted to achieve on the day. We had delicious canapés, BBQ wedding breakfast, dessert and Evening food of fish and chips and mac&cheese with bbq pulled pork. My guest are still talking about the delicious food, and alot of photos are of the food which just goes to show how outstanding the catering was.
Mark, Carla and team went above and beyond to make the day special - nothing was too much trouble and Carla always made sure my husband and i were very well looked after with canapés brought to us during the photos so we did not miss out, and that we always had a drink.
