Our overall experience of Brown’s has been distinguished by the beautiful spaces the hotel contains, but even more by the thoughtful, generous and considerate service throughout. The food and drinks were incredible, the atmosphere absolutely immaculate.

Everything we had wanted for at the Mandarin turned out better than I expected.We had a mini crisis regarding the menu cards on the day of the event yet it was quickly resolved by the events manager Viki and her team. Bravo to them!The food turned out far better than was expected. Lots of compliments came our way. The starter too was delicious. Massive compliments to the Chef.The whole team at the Mandarin on the event night were outstanding. A special mention has to be said of Patrick who took care of us at the Top table. He was most impressive.Many of our guests were extremely impressed by the service and attention to detail at our event. We had 109 guests altogether. Everyone was taken care of and the service was brilliant. Not something you notice in most events elsewhere. Viki the Events manager rose to the challenge during the short period of time that we got to know her, after the previous manager Jack left the Mandarin.She made us feel calm and confident in the continuity of the process.As head of the team Viki delegated the best possible execution of the event on to her team and they carried it out to near perfection for us. Thank you so much. I would certainly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park for weddings.Luck was on our side too we had a beautiful sunny day to usher in the couple through the Royal entrance on to the terrace. All in all an unforgettable night.

Kate We can’t say enough about how amazing Barbara and her team at the Grange are! They were attentive and available during the planning process and helped make it a fun and exciting experience. On the day itself everything was absolutely perfect; the food was extraordinary, the pub and summer house were beautiful, and the service was outstanding. Everything went smoothly and exactly to plan and ourselves and our guests had a perfect evening. I’ve received many compliments from guests about the pub and Barbara in particular! She went out of her way to make sure everything was exactly as we envisioned it, and she was a joy to work with. We’re looking forward to many great meals at the Grange in the future!

We had the best day of our lives on the 8th of September and we would like to thank Katya so much for all her help and efforts in making our wedding day so amazing. Katya, Lisa and Henrik were excellent and it was brillant to have everything run so smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole day knowing that you all had everything so well organised. Everyone has commented on the venue, paticularly the food and the gorgeous set up of the George V Hall. The reception was fantastic and everyone had a really great time. Many thanks again for all your hard work.

We recently held our wedding reception at the Drayton Court Hotel, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The catering was outstanding, with delicious food that all of our guests raved about. The staff were truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. We were especially impressed with how the team transformed the room from a beautiful, intimate dining setting into a lively space for dancing. It was seamless, and really kept the energy of the evening going strong. They even brought out our cake at just the right moment, which was such a special touch. The music system and lighting setup were excellent and created the perfect party atmosphere, it was also nice to have a private outdoor section. Everyone had an amazing time, we’ve had so many messages from guests saying what a fun and memorable night it was. Nearly all of our guests stayed at the hotel and all commented on what a lovely hotel it was to stay at, great breakfast, and well located for sightseeing. We took the Honeymoon Suite and it was incredible, rose petals on the bed, the works. Just amazing! Thank you to everyone at Drayton Court Hotel for making our special day even more magical. We’d highly recommend it to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue!

We recently celebrated our wedding at Fulham Palace in March, and it was nothing short of magical. The venue itself is stunning, blending historic charm with picturesque gardens, creating the perfect backdrop for our special day. A huge part of our wonderful experience was due to the incredible team led by Adam Varney. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, Adam and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our day. The catering by Bovingtons was exceptional. They provided a delectable three-course meal that our guests are still raving about. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious, adding to the overall elegance and enjoyment of the evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, and we are so grateful to Fulham Palace and everyone involved for making our wedding truly unforgettable. We chose No.4 Hamilton Place for our wedding venue, it was perfect for the 1920s style party we wanted. The team there were amazing and helped make everything very easy to arrange. The amazing reaction we received, and are still receiving, from everyone was what made the day so joyous, our focus was on giving everyone and ourselves a truly great day.

Our wedding at the Hyatt Regency London was amazing. We used our own caterers so on the day it was our vendors who managed the day but all the way through the planning process Aureline was very helpful and accommodating to our requests and advising us on the best use of the spaces. As expected with weddings there were some unexpected changes that had to be made as we got closer to the day but they always helped us navigate it and the outcome was better than we initially imagined!

The George IV was a venue I was already aware of, so it was high up on the list when making enquiries. Upon speaking to Caroline for the first time, we knew it would be perfect! Firstly, she was excited for us - very few venues even congratulated us on our engagement. She was enthusiastic about everything we wanted and helped make it all happen. Part way through the planning process Amber joined the team and she was equally enthusiastic and professional. When we were panicking about silly things, they would reassure us. When the Christmas tree was due to be removed before our ceremony, they rescheduled it. When we invited a few too many people, they made it work. Top notch service the whole way along, resulting in the absolute best day ever! Thank you to Caroline, Amber and the whole team!
