Our overall experience of Brown’s has been distinguished by the beautiful spaces the hotel contains, but even more by the thoughtful, generous and considerate service throughout. The food and drinks were incredible, the atmosphere absolutely immaculate.

Everything we had wanted for at the Mandarin turned out better than I expected.We had a mini crisis regarding the menu cards on the day of the event yet it was quickly resolved by the events manager Viki and her team. Bravo to them!The food turned out far better than was expected. Lots of compliments came our way. The starter too was delicious. Massive compliments to the Chef.The whole team at the Mandarin on the event night were outstanding. A special mention has to be said of Patrick who took care of us at the Top table. He was most impressive.Many of our guests were extremely impressed by the service and attention to detail at our event. We had 109 guests altogether. Everyone was taken care of and the service was brilliant. Not something you notice in most events elsewhere. Viki the Events manager rose to the challenge during the short period of time that we got to know her, after the previous manager Jack left the Mandarin.She made us feel calm and confident in the continuity of the process.As head of the team Viki delegated the best possible execution of the event on to her team and they carried it out to near perfection for us. Thank you so much. I would certainly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park for weddings.Luck was on our side too we had a beautiful sunny day to usher in the couple through the Royal entrance on to the terrace. All in all an unforgettable night.

We recently held our wedding reception at the Drayton Court Hotel, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The catering was outstanding, with delicious food that all of our guests raved about. The staff were truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. We were especially impressed with how the team transformed the room from a beautiful, intimate dining setting into a lively space for dancing. It was seamless, and really kept the energy of the evening going strong. They even brought out our cake at just the right moment, which was such a special touch. The music system and lighting setup were excellent and created the perfect party atmosphere, it was also nice to have a private outdoor section. Everyone had an amazing time, we’ve had so many messages from guests saying what a fun and memorable night it was. Nearly all of our guests stayed at the hotel and all commented on what a lovely hotel it was to stay at, great breakfast, and well located for sightseeing. We took the Honeymoon Suite and it was incredible, rose petals on the bed, the works. Just amazing! Thank you to everyone at Drayton Court Hotel for making our special day even more magical. We’d highly recommend it to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue!

I can't imagine a more beautiful place to get married and enjoy a celebration than The Landsdowne. Berenika and her team did everything they could to ensure our 'special day' was super special and that everything ran smoothly without a hitch from start to finish. Berenika is a wedding super hero- she has a sixth sense for things that you should/could be doing and is full of great tips as well as practical common sense. We really wanted a unique and quirky wedding and Berenika did everything she could to ensure our dreams became a reality. We had a truly magical wedding.

Last minute change of plans, we had to re plan our wedding 1 month before the event the venue were extremely helpful. helped the bride get food and drinks as she was getting ready in the bridal room, the venue staff were honestly beyond helpful, from the event managers, sales managers, set up team, reception. can not thank them enough for the wonderful memories

The events manager was helpful and supportive. She helped us throughout the process. I was a disappointed on the discount for guest stay and the bridal room. Overall it was a beautiful day and guests loved the venue, and felt relaxed.

We had simply the most wonderful evening on Saturday at The Chesterfield for our silver wedding anniversary dinner. None of our guests had visited the hotel before & they were blown away with the whole atmosphere, staff, decor & of course the absolutely stunning -looking Royal Suite. This room, with the beautiful candelabra all lit & the chandeliers was perfect for our occasion. The staff were superb, very friendly, efficient & discreet. The food was delicious - every bit as good as it had been when we came for the food tasting (& the french fries were a hit!) Everything that we had discussed in advance - the room to change into, the chair covers, the availability of the i pod dock, the overhead projector & microphone, were provided exactly as we had requested. Thank you to all your team for making this a truly wonderful & memorable evening for us & all our guests.

All the guests were impressed with the contemporary style of the hotel, coupled with the friendly but unobtrusive approach of all the staff. Huge thanks and congratulations must also go to Wayne Dixon and his team in the kitchen. It can sometimes be a bit hit-and-miss when catering for so many people at the same time, but every course was truly delicious

We just had our wedding at the AMBA Hotel Charing Cross. The preparation and organisation of the wedding were second to none! Just beautiful! The staff were fantastic. Always helpful! The food, the rooms were just the best, clean and tidy. We commend the front desk team! Starts!
