Ceremony & Reception Spaces

A standout feature of the hotel, the Garden Pavilion sits adjacent to the Main House and offers an enchanting setting for exchanging vows. With capacity for 40 to 160 seated guests and access to a private lawn, it’s a versatile space with neutral tones and warm wood panelling provides a seamless transition from ceremony to reception, indoors or outdoors depending on the season.

Couples seeking a more intimate celebration can opt for the beautifully stylish Private Dining Room. Located inside the Main House and with its own outdoor terrace, the space is ideal for a ceremony and reception for up 24 guests. The atmospheric Main House provides a beautiful space for dining, receptions, relaxed evening gatherings.

Exclsuive use of Hurley House includes private access to the Garden Pavilion, outdoor terraces, restaurant, bar, private dining room, and all ten bedrooms, with the full team dedicated solely to your event. The flexible layout allows couples to design their day exactly as they imagine it, from elegant, seated receptions to lively evening festivities. In the summer months, the terrace invites guests outdoors for champagne receptions beneath the stars, complete with heaters and cosy furnishings for comfort long into the night.

Pricing & Packages

As an indication, based on 100 guests the price per person would be:
£187 - Low Season (January, February, March & November)
£192 - Mid-Season (April, May & October)
£202 - High Season (June, July, August, September & December)

The prices above include:

* Pavilion hire charge from 09:00-23:00
* 10 en-suite double bedrooms (up to 20 guests)
* Starter catering package including canape selection and 3 course plated meal (Premium package add £20 per person).
* Starter drinks package (Premium package add £12 per person).
