My wedding was an unforgettable experience from the moment I enquired with Guillaume, to tours with Dickson, virtual and in person function sheet meetings with Lucia, and on the day co-ordination with their amazing team front of house and back of house. I got married in April and it took me a while to give a review as I needed it to be one that is feedback for the venue but also a true insight as to how they can make your dream wedding come true too. Flawless Coordination and Genuine Care at Kingswood Arts! As someone who works in events myself, I approached planning my own wedding with a fair share of high expectations and, truthfully, a few reservations. I know how much can go wrong behind the scenes—and how crucial it is to have a reliable, detail-oriented team guiding the day. From the very first meeting the team at Kingswood put all my concerns at ease by being responsive and accommodating. In the lead-up to the wedding, their communication was clear, professional, and always reassuring. Every question I had—no matter how small—was met with patience and expertise. It became quickly apparent that our coordinator not only understood the logistics of a well-run event but also genuinely cared about making our day personal, meaningful, and stress-free. On the day itself, I can honestly say I was able to be fully present—something I didn’t think would be possible. I wasn’t worrying about timing, suppliers, or last-minute details. I knew everything was in capable hands. Our coordinators Lucia, Dickson and all supporting staff was calm, composed, and always one step ahead—handling things quietly and efficiently in the background so that everything appeared seamless to us and our guests. The wider team at Kingswood were equally impressive. Every single member we interacted with was warm, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience. From the beautifully set-up ceremony space to the flawless transitions throughout the day, it was all executed with care and precision. One example of something that may seem small but was very significant to me was that I had numerous cakes and a staff member was able to cut it all and help with distributing it without hesitation. Our wedding day was, in a word, perfect—and that’s not something I say lightly. So much of that is due to the effort, attention to detail, and genuine passion of the Kingswood team, especially our coordinator. I’ve rarely seen such a high level of service matched with such kindness and dedication. To anyone considering Kingswood for your special day: you are in exceptionally good hands. I would trust them again in a heartbeat, and I say that both as a bride and as someone who works in the industry. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Kingswood is incredibly lucky to have Lucia and Dickson, and we feel lucky to have had you with us on the most important day of our lives!

Beautiful grounds. Staff was lovely to work with and ensured details sorted as we did most of the planning ourselves. The only mild inconvenience is the location of loos. There is a set on the top floor only accessible by stairs, and one handicapped accessible on the ground floor. Guests did not mind and the only drawback — everything else was wonderful as a dry hire venue.

We chose Christ Church because of its special meaning to us as a couple who go there each Sunday - but also because of its gorgeous decor and rich history. It looked beyond fantastic on the day, from the striking façade, to the wood-paneled nave, to the recently renovated crypt (read: dance space). Natasha was fantastic throughout, and no request was too much for her. We knew we were in good hands and could just settle back and enjoy the day. Can’t recommend enough!

We fell in love with this space the second we walked in and are so glad we got married there. It was beautiful, historic, modern, breath-taking. Raph was so brilliant with getting us set up for the day and everything went perfectly. I would have done nothing differently!

After searching across the south of England for almost 3 years - this venue had the wow factor in ever way. The guests were amazed & photos were stunning due to the grand experience provided my stuff & venue

We got married at Gray’s on Easter Saturday 2026 and could not recommend them more. The venue is absolutely beautiful and looked stunning in the Spring sunshine, and is steeped in so much history. From the start the Gray’s team, especially Livia, were super helpful and worked with us to create the perfect day. Livia went above and beyond, creating signs in our design and getting in touch with all the suppliers beforehand and we felt confident and relaxed that the day would run smoothly (and it did!). On the day the staff were absolute professionals and everything went so well, the service was great and the food was delicious. We had couples photos in the beautiful gardens which was amazing to have in the middle of central London! We truly had the best day of our lives and could not have had such an incredible day without the Gray’a team. Thank you!!!

Me and my wife had our Wedding ceremony at Hackney Town Hall and it was perfect!! Everyone knows what a beautiful building it is from the outside, but the inside is definitely on par too. We got married in the North Atrium which was light, spacious and modern. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made the occasion memorable too.

Clissold House was the most beautiful setting for our wedding ceremony, and we honestly couldn’t fault the venue. The house itself is stunning, full of character and provided the perfect backdrop for such a special moment in our lives. Geeta was wonderful throughout—so flexible, accommodating and reassuring, particularly when our morning timings didn’t go quite to plan. Everything was handled calmly and professionally, allowing us to simply enjoy our ceremony without any added stress. Clissold Park has always held a special place in our family’s hearts, which made marrying at Clissold House even more meaningful. It was everything we had hoped for, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable London wedding venue.

Our wedding at Ham Polo Club was incredible, made even better by the staff at Vanilla Bean the venue's caterers. Their communication, attention to detail and support where second to none. The venue were flexible in meeting our needs, we didn't hear the word 'no' once and the day ended up being perfect. The space, the food, the staff were all just brilliant. Throughout the day guests commented on how lovely the venue was and it was perfect for a wedding. Having worked with many wedding venues myself over the years I am able to confidently say these guys know what they're doing and I can't imagine having had our day anywhere else. I would not hesitate to recommend!
