My wedding was an unforgettable experience from the moment I enquired with Guillaume, to tours with Dickson, virtual and in person function sheet meetings with Lucia, and on the day co-ordination with their amazing team front of house and back of house. I got married in April and it took me a while to give a review as I needed it to be one that is feedback for the venue but also a true insight as to how they can make your dream wedding come true too. Flawless Coordination and Genuine Care at Kingswood Arts! As someone who works in events myself, I approached planning my own wedding with a fair share of high expectations and, truthfully, a few reservations. I know how much can go wrong behind the scenes—and how crucial it is to have a reliable, detail-oriented team guiding the day. From the very first meeting the team at Kingswood put all my concerns at ease by being responsive and accommodating. In the lead-up to the wedding, their communication was clear, professional, and always reassuring. Every question I had—no matter how small—was met with patience and expertise. It became quickly apparent that our coordinator not only understood the logistics of a well-run event but also genuinely cared about making our day personal, meaningful, and stress-free. On the day itself, I can honestly say I was able to be fully present—something I didn’t think would be possible. I wasn’t worrying about timing, suppliers, or last-minute details. I knew everything was in capable hands. Our coordinators Lucia, Dickson and all supporting staff was calm, composed, and always one step ahead—handling things quietly and efficiently in the background so that everything appeared seamless to us and our guests. The wider team at Kingswood were equally impressive. Every single member we interacted with was warm, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience. From the beautifully set-up ceremony space to the flawless transitions throughout the day, it was all executed with care and precision. One example of something that may seem small but was very significant to me was that I had numerous cakes and a staff member was able to cut it all and help with distributing it without hesitation. Our wedding day was, in a word, perfect—and that’s not something I say lightly. So much of that is due to the effort, attention to detail, and genuine passion of the Kingswood team, especially our coordinator. I’ve rarely seen such a high level of service matched with such kindness and dedication. To anyone considering Kingswood for your special day: you are in exceptionally good hands. I would trust them again in a heartbeat, and I say that both as a bride and as someone who works in the industry. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Kingswood is incredibly lucky to have Lucia and Dickson, and we feel lucky to have had you with us on the most important day of our lives!

Wedding was perfect so many compliments on the venue. Staff were.brilliant and organised, food was really good 👍

Beautiful grounds. Staff was lovely to work with and ensured details sorted as we did most of the planning ourselves. The only mild inconvenience is the location of loos. There is a set on the top floor only accessible by stairs, and one handicapped accessible on the ground floor. Guests did not mind and the only drawback — everything else was wonderful as a dry hire venue.

My partner and I were married at Clissold House and it was such a beautiful venue! We were brilliantly looked after by Geeta and the team and cannot recommend it enough. Also the new cafe is amazing!

You and your team played a massive part in making it such a great and unforgettable day.

After searching across the south of England for almost 3 years - this venue had the wow factor in ever way. The guests were amazed & photos were stunning due to the grand experience provided my stuff & venue

We had an absolutely exceptional day at Grays Inn for our Christmas wedding – everything was perfect from start to finish. From the very beginning of the planning process, Livia was incredible: efficient, responsive, and always so thorough in answering questions. She worked closely with me to ensure that everything I envisioned was possible, and every change or additional request was handled seamlessly and without any issue.   On the day itself, the team were outstanding, particularly Livia, Vee, and Bobby. When I forgot vases and candles, they couldn’t have been more helpful, and they also took such wonderful care of my mum when she was setting up the day before. The team truly made us feel so special and supported throughout.  The hall looked absolutely stunning, and the layout and overall vision I had planned came to life exactly as I had hoped. The food was exceptional, and the feedback from our guests was incredible – we had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We are so pleased that we chose Gray’s Inn and genuinely wouldn’t change a single thing.

We hosted our wedding reception, dinner, and evening party at the Crypt at St Etheldreda’s, and it was nothing short of magical. Andy, the head chef, created a stunning menu that delighted every guest, perfectly paired with the impeccable service provided by the wonderful Benoit and his team. Nobody left hungry, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and the flawless service. The entire evening was beautifully coordinated, everyone going above and beyond to accommodate every request. Whether it was finding a quiet spot for the bride to change into her party dress or arranging a private space for our 4-person band, the team’s pragmatic and helpful attitude truly took the pressure off. A big thanks to Amy for her help and support! We also chose to use the Cloisters, the Crypt’s outdoor courtyard, for our drink’s reception. It was the perfect extension to an already incredible space, where our guests could enjoy champagne and live music in a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The Cloisters also worked seamlessly for transitioning between drinks, dinner, and the evening party. We couldn’t recommend it enough! The Crypt itself captured the mood —a sophisticated, atmospheric, and intimate venue steeped in medieval charm. Weeks later, we’re still receiving compliments from our guests. It was the perfect setting for our celebration, and we’re so grateful to the amazing team for making our day truly unforgettable. Thank you for everything—you created memories we’ll treasure forever!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate everything that you did to make our party such a success last Friday. It was brilliant being outside on such a lovely everning. Everyone was very impressed with the venue.

Our wedding at Ham Polo Club was incredible, made even better by the staff at Vanilla Bean the venue's caterers. Their communication, attention to detail and support where second to none. The venue were flexible in meeting our needs, we didn't hear the word 'no' once and the day ended up being perfect. The space, the food, the staff were all just brilliant. Throughout the day guests commented on how lovely the venue was and it was perfect for a wedding. Having worked with many wedding venues myself over the years I am able to confidently say these guys know what they're doing and I can't imagine having had our day anywhere else. I would not hesitate to recommend!
