We hosted our wedding reception at Fortnum & Mason in September 2025 and had the most special day! From the moment we met with our event coordinator, Justine, we were met with such friendliness and professionalism and she listened to our every need. We booked The Drawing Room on the fourth floor for 54 guests, the location was perfect and the room is stunning. There is lift access to the fourth floor and bathroom facilities located in very close proximity to The Drawing Room. We booked the wedding breakfast package and the food was exceptional! The team were very flexible and were able to scale up or down depending on your budget. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was and the service was impeccable! Small details such as wedding favours for each guest (small bag of Fortnum chocolates) and personalised printed name cards and menus made for such a special experience for our guests. I would highly recommend hosing your event at Fortnum & Mason, we will be forever grateful to them for making our wedding day so special.

We booked with Chelsea registry office and they did not disappoint. The booking and organisation pre wedding was seamless and spot on. What really stood out though was the friendly service on the day. The staff were so great, made us comfortable and really seemed to enjoy and care about our special day. Genuine care and passion in what they do..

We had our wedding reception at Brunswick House last week and we had a brilliant day and night!! We chose the venue for the food (we had eaten at the attached restaurant several times) and it did not dissapoint!! Our secondary reason for choosing the venue was the beautiful building and the wow factor of the decor- the guests loved it! The venue hire price was good value compared to others that we had seen. In addition they have flexible packages where you can choose which rooms you want and pay per room, depending on your needs and size of your party. The downstairs cellars, where we had the night do, feel like a club and mean you can have the day and night part of your wedding in the same venue without having to compromise on it being fun and having a party atmosphere. The planners were also really helpful and made everything a breeze, they had made clear plans for the day and night with us in advance. The only thing I can fault is some of the bar staff on the night did not seem to be aware of these plans, for example, there was some confusion over what was happening with the cake and the drinks. But other than that it was brilliant and we can’t fault it.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than Glaziers Hall. The River Room, with its stunning views over the Thames, provided the most perfect backdrop for our day — especially meaningful to us in a city where we’ve built our lives together. We wanted our guests to see the best of London's incredible skyline. From the moment we first walked into Glaziers Hall to discuss our plans to the time where we collected our belongings the day after, the experience was flawless. Feza and Lydia were amazing in the lead-up, guiding us through every step of the planning with care and attention to detail. On the day itself, Nick, Stuart, and Andy were phenomenal — calm, professional, and genuinely invested in making everything run smoothly. Every single member of staff was exceptional, not just in their delivery but in their warmth. It was clear they were truly happy to be part of our celebration, and that positive energy was felt by all our guests — we had so many people tell us how welcomed and looked after they felt. And the food? Absolutely incredible — a real highlight of the day. We had so many positive comments from our guests on how much they all enjoyed the food throughout! Glaziers Hall exceeded all our expectations. It’s a venue with heart and passion with what they deliver, and we’ll forever be grateful to the whole team for helping us create such a special, unforgettable day.

I can’t help but have a huge smile on my face every time I pass the National Theatre on my commute knowing it’s the place all our loved ones gathered to celebrate our marriage. We were truly looked after by the whole team, especially Isla who made it the most seamless and stress free experience. We still get comments from guests bout the impeccable service, incredible views, and wow factor of the venue.

Our wedding celebration at the Union Club went very smoothly much down to the approach the team took to work with us in advance and on the day. Small hiccups on the day were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The bar staff and waiters were very friendly and all our guests have fed back how much they enjoyed the evening.

Got married here in March and couldn’t have had a better day. The staff were attentive and well organised, food was spectacular and it’s a lovely building. It feels like a real luxury experience and well worth the money. Head and shoulder above other venues we looked at!

We recently had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Fortnum & Mason’s iconic Piccadilly store and we can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we began planning, the experience was seamless. The setting is, of course, stunning and full of charm, but what truly made the day extraordinary was the incredible team behind it. A special mention must go to Justine, our dedicated wedding coordinator, who was exceptional from start to finish. She guided us through the entire process with such professionalism and calm. Her attention to detail, warmth, and care made us feel completely supported and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. On the day itself, we were supported by a dream team: Kasia, Vasi, Elena, Julia, and Surya, who were all so attentive, graceful, and kind. Their presence made everything feel effortless. And the food, wow. The chefs (Sam, Roger, Allistaire, Gonzalo, and Geness) delivered an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about it! We are so grateful to Fortnum & Mason for creating such a remarkable day for us. If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, we can’t recommend it highly enough. Not only is the location iconic, but the team behind it is truly exceptional.

Great venue for a wedding, Sara organised it very well and Jake coordinated the superbly. We were in the Adams Suite which was great and set up nicely and we could add our own touches. The guest rooms are very big and well layed out. Food was excellent along with the bar setup. 10/10

Vesta was meticulous in helping us plan are wedding and nothing was a problem. All our queries were dealt with promptly which gave us great confidence of our plans. We were very lucky to have had Vesta as our event organiser. We would also like to give a special thanks to all the staff who worked on our wedding day. They were kind, friendly, very competent and very attentive. They went absolutely above and beyond what we would have ever expected and our guests had nothing but compliments towards them. We would also like to thank Eliza who oversaw the day from start to finish. She too was amazing, and ensured the event ran as smoothly as possible. We are very grateful to have had our wedding at The Zetter Townhouse. It will be very memorable for a long time.
