If you're lucky enough to manage to get his time, you're in for an absolute treat! Duncan was amazing at our wedding. Not only did he act as my bestie for the best part of the morning, he also catered to my family's every need and entertained all our friends. The photos we received were everything we hoped for. Duncan is such a down to earth lovely man, and I'd love to hire his services again in every life event in the future. What a guy!

professional, we loved that Duncan was looking at things from a different angle, which meant we didn't have the same old, same old pictures. We had some really creative ones.
Listened to us when discussing what pictures we wanted, also understood us as a couple and represented us really well within the pictures.
Also, very good at crowd control and letting the guests know what was needed, while also being invisible when needed (In a good way!)
Loved that we had pictures printed and subtlety given to us during our wedding breakfast to have a sneak peak!

We hired Duncan for our wedding in August, and from the moment we booked him (2 years prior!) we felt so completely at ease. He is such a professional, with so much experience under his belt, it really made us feel comfortable.

Both my husband and I aren’t exactly used to being photographed professionally, and at first we were worried about ‘posing’ for pictures and feeling pressured - but it was the total opposite experience. Duncan works so smoothly and professionally and caught the most beautiful natural moment of our day - capturing it perfectly. Most of the time, you hardly knew he was there! He mingled amongst guests and caught us in our natural moments, which we loved, and which allowed us to catch up with our friends and family fully throughout the day.
He made sure to encapsulate our wedding, exactly the way that we wanted to remember it and I could not recommend him enough. (In fact, he has been hired for my best friends wedding in April, and I’m so excited to work with him, and catch up again).

Duncan was absolutely incredible throughout our whole day and we could not have asked for more. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a lot of comments from our guests saying how amazing he was and how much fun he made the pictures. Duncan has been amazing from our first contact with him through to us getting our edited photos. His communication is great and answered any questions we had on the run up to our wedding. On the day, he was fantastic! All of our guests commented on how friendly he was, as well as being professional and getting some amazing photos that we didn’t even know he was taking! The photos came back to us to review within a month, so much faster than we were expecting and we were blown away. It was so difficult selecting the photos for our album but again Duncan was on hand to make any edits or send the photos in a different format. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Duncan and would book him again in a heart beat!

We found Duncan via the Hitched website and were drawn to his style of work. Then visited his website and were blown away by the unique shots and loved the work he produced so it was such an easy decision to select him as our wedding photographer.
We then met with Duncan for a pre consultation to get to know each other, his great personality and professionalism shone through and made us feel confident he was the perfect choice.
On the big day he was with us from 8am to 9pm, his ability to put everyone at ease, making the effort to know and use our guests’ names made the day run so smoothly.

The amazing variety of photo’s we received is just fantastic with different backdrops, which is a testament to his great organisation, so no time is wasted wandering around. Duncan really cares about bring out the best of everyone on each shot. The quality of his photographs is outstanding.
We got to keep all the photos taken, to download them and enjoy at our leisure. I would 100% recommend Duncan for your wedding photographs as he is just amazing!

I cannot express how amazing Duncan was as the photographer for our wedding in May! Nothing was too much trouble and Duncan went to so much effort, running around all day to get the perfect photos. We don't live local to our venue, and Duncan was really accommodating, he drove out to meet us for a pre consultation to get to know him and for him to take a look at the venue for shot ideas etc, as we aren't local all other communication was via email, and Duncan replied promptly to each on, which really took the stress out of planning/ organising a shot list, he was brilliant.

Duncan was with us all day, he got loads of great shots of the morning/ us getting ready, and he was SO FUN! always cracking jokes and making people laugh, he took the time to learn everyone's name and the vibes were just impeccable.
During the group photos, Duncan has mastered the art of herding cats, even with my guests wandering off we got all the key shots, some fun ones too!
The variety of photos we got is just brilliant, it's isn't just 1000 photos of all the same backdrop, we got some really lovely shots with nice scenery because Duncan took the time to find the locations first, we didn't waste any time wandering around because he was so organised.
Every single magic moment was captured, he didn't miss a thing!

Duncan was with us from 9am-9pm, but he even stayed a little bit longer when I told him I was going to change into my evening dress, just so I could have a few shots of that, which really was so nice of him as he didn't have to do that. In total we got 1300 photos back within a week!!! We got a few prints on the day too! All of them were edited, the best ones had different options (black and white/ colour pop etc) and they all just came out so perfect!

We've had a few photos printed from him and the quality is second to none. We will be ordering more (when I stop being so indecisive!)

I can't recommend Duncan enough. He was just brilliant. Your wedding photos will be in very safe hands, the man is a pure legend and a joy to be around, and he is amazing at what he does.
