Services Offered
Building a rapport with my clients is at the core of my approach. I believe that understanding your vision, preferences, and the story you want to tell is crucial to delivering a personalised and meaningful collection of photographs. Your wedding day is a reflection of your love story, and my aim is to ensure that your photos encapsulate that essence.
As such, I offer a range of packages designed to suit a variety of needs and budgets. My basic package includes approximately four hours of camera time with all high-resolution images presented in a private gallery.
I offer an engagement session with all my packages, which helps us get to know each other and to shake off any camera shyness.

What does the wedding package include?
I hope my packages cover every angle however I am more than happy to discuss tailoring my wedding packages to suit your needs, please do not hesitate to get in touch to talk through your ideas
How far in advance should I contact you?
The longer the better as dates get booked up fast. I am happy to discuss your requirements at anytime but would recommend at least 6 months as a minimum

I capture the true spirit of the occasion and make the images as natural as possible. Occasionally (where possible) I use hidden remote cameras on a time-lapse that can capture some interesting shots

All Canon camera bodies and L lenses, lots of other gadgets and special effects and on occasions toys (bubble machine for example) to keep the kids amused...

A great experience
We are so grateful to have had Duncan as our wedding photographer. From the moment we first spoke with him, he was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in capturing our day perfectly. On the wedding day itself, he put us completely at ease – blending in seamlessly with our guests while still managing to capture every important detail and all the little candid moments in between.
The photos are absolutely stunning and tell the story of our day so beautifully. Duncan has such an incredible eye for natural light and emotion; every picture feels timeless and full of life. We couldn’t believe how quickly we had a sneak peak of our gallery, and the quality is beyond anything we could have hoped for.
So many of our guests commented on how friendly and approachable he was, and it honestly felt like having another friend there with us rather than just a photographer. Choosing Duncan was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

On the day, with over 120 guests, Duncan kept everything running seamlessly while making everyone feel relaxed. He has an incredible eye for photography, finding the perfect locations and guiding us into natural, beautiful shots—even though we're not used to being in front of the camera.
His communication was excellent throughout, always responding promptly and adapting to our plans. He even organised a group photo of over 80 guests effortlessly.

Brilliant photographer!
We reached out to Duncan after seeing his profile online and his services ticking all of our boxes, we soon booked in for a zoom call to have an initial chat to meet and let Duncan know of our wants for our wedding day. From the call we both felt really comfortable with Duncan and knew our families would too which was really important for us. We met with Duncan at our wedding venue a few weeks before the wedding to go through all photos we wanted and also walked around the whole wedding venue which helped with ideas for photos too. On our wedding day Duncan went above and beyond to ensure we got all the photos we wanted. He was great with our families, constantly smiling and putting everyone at the ease making sure he got every shot and more. Duncan even recorded the speeches for us which we’d originally forgot about but Duncan was more than accommodating. After the wedding we had access to every single photo Duncan took uploaded onto our own private website album. Photos were brilliant quality and we were over the moon with how they turned out, everyone was included on multiple photos and he captured every second of our magical day. Would highly recommend - 10/10 service. Thank you Duncan!

The best photographer
Duncan is fantastic! So friendly, puts you at ease and coordinates everyone so well. The day was VERY hot, however Duncan was still amazing throughout. We hired him for the full day so we have some really beautiful photos from getting ready to after the first dance. We received a link to the photos within two weeks, there are the posed photos and many natural photos. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic
We had the best experience with Duncan as our wedding photographer. He was an absolute joy to be around from start to finish, and he made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. Our guests kept complimenting not only his work but also how seamlessly and professionally he moved around the venue. Right after meeting Duncan for our engagement shot we knew we had picked the right person to capture our wedding day! The way he effortlessly captured our love on the photos, with giving us instructions of how to position ourselves amazed us both. His easy going and friendly personality made us feel like we’ve met a friend any time we came together. On the wedding day he was the person that kept us calm and on time as we were separately getting ready for the big moment. He managed to capture all the important moments and more, with a guest number of around 70 people! Looking at all the beautiful pictures shows how much thought and effort he put into getting the light right, the angle, the constellation of people on group shots, a few fun-shots, a lot of intimate ones of us. Duncan, we cannot thank you enough for carrying us through the most spectacular day of our lives and hope we will meet again one day to capture more happy memories.

A perfect day
Duncan is an amazing photographer and an amazing human being, and you need him on your big day too! Our first venue cancelled on us seven months before our booking and in all the panic, Duncan was the rock we needed. Thankfully he was available on the quickly rearranged date and willing to travel to a different venue and we are so glad he did! He was like a ray of sunshine on the day, keeping everyone calm and recording details that even we didn’t notice, and he certainly enjoyed the Great Central Railway locations along with us. There was one shot the bride had said all along she wanted to capture and with that special Duncan twist, it turned out perfectly – if you are undecided, we suggest you book him right now!

Above and beyond

So first of all I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Duncan personally, as you were absolutely fantastic to have around the place, during our special day at Aston Marina, back in March 25. It was of course special for a number of reasons, including the fact that it was also indeed Mother’s Day.
We personally found that Duncan was a pleasure to have around us, as our day started to take shape and as our previous experiences of Duncan, we found him to be charming, charismatic, dedicated and a distinctive keen eye for detail; Couple this with his first-class professionalism and his overall lovely, endearing personality, we’d certainly look to recommend Duncan to anyone to be honest and look to use him again ourselves, to capture life’s big occasions.

Most amazing Photographer!
Duncan was honestly the most amazing photographer!
We chose Duncan after seeing the amazing job he did at me sister in laws wedding 2 years earlier, where I was Bridesmaid.
Pre wedding, he kept us informed of timelines and visited us to discuss what shots we wanted on the big day
We did our engagement shoot with Duncan a year prior to the wedding, we showed him round the property and grounds and he took notes on where to get the perfect shots!
Morning of the Wedding, he made not only myself (the bride) feel at ease, but my mum and all my Bridesmaids too :) he joked with us all, making us laugh, and never stopped the whole morning!
Duncan is both patient and polite and worked well with my Makeup artist, who also said he is one of the best she has had the pleasure of working alongside
Duncan took his time to get the perfect shots but never dragged it out!
Throughout the day he was all over the place, taking pics of us and our guests, and also the beautiful hotel and grounds that we were married in
Once we received our photos we were absolutely made up with the shots he had gotten, so many amazing candid pics where we didn’t even know he had been there to take them, have to mention the most perfect shot of me struggling to get my husband’s ring on lol, it was fab!

Honestly, Duncan was incredible from start to finish. From meeting him for the first time, our pre wedding shoot to our wedding!
Duncan went above and beyond and made us feel so comfortable. The quality of pictures are stunning and such beautiful shots had been taken! We are so pleased with all the moments captured.

Brilliant work!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Duncan as our wedding photographer. From the start, he made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. He even arranged a short introductory photoshoot before the wedding so we could get used to both him and the camera. Having those photos in advance was brilliant - we got to see his editing style and share our favourites with him before the big day.

I bring an incredible blend of experience, artistry, and personality to my photography. With a warm and relaxed style, I focus on capturing authentic moments of joy and emotion, ensuring each couple's story is told naturally and without forced staging. Starting my photographic journey at just 9 years old, my career spans decades, including time in a commercial studio, extensive travel, and nearly 1,000 weddings to date.
I am originally from Northern Ireland, and I have lived and worked across the UK and beyond, now calling the picturesque Cheshire countryside home.
My adventurous spirit, love for the outdoors, and family life—complete with two lively kids and a dog named Ole—add even more heart to the stories I tell through my lens.
