Tom was incredibly professional from start to finish and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. His communication was clear, he was well organised on the day, and everything ran seamlessly. On top of that, his pricing was extremely fair for the level of service and quality we received exceptional value for money. We couldn’t recommend Tom more highly.

My husband and I got married at Colshaw Hall on 29.10.2024 and we booked SMH Photography to capture our special day. Before our wedding, my husband and I had a video call with Sandra and Steve to discuss the photographs we wanted and plan timings to enable all the guests to be ready for the group photos. They were also very quick to reply to any questions or queries we had and went out of their way to accommodate us. On the wedding day, both Sandra and Steve were so professional and warm to work with. Their skill as photographers enabled them to capture our special day perfectly and blend seamlessly into the background to catch those unique moments from our family, friends and children that we would have otherwise missed. From the moment we got in touch Andy was fantastic he came to our house the following evening and we talked about what we were looking for I wanted a mix of posed an candid shots and he absolutely delivered we had a couples shoot with him some months before so knew how good the photos would be but having seen our sneak peek they are above and beyond he has an excellent eye for details and was creative with some excellent ideas that have produced amazing photos when showing one to my boss she said it was the best wedding photo she had ever seen! Cannot recommend highly enough!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Sasha. From the very beginning, she was so professional, responsive and passionate about photography. Sasha made us feel completely at ease on the big day, which helped capture the most genuine and beautiful moments - something we especially appreciated as two very camera-shy people! The sneak peak photos are stunning and we cannot wait to see the rest of the album. The attention to detail, creativity, and editing quality exceeded all our expectations - the photos look like they belong in a wedding magazine! Gareth has been an absolute wonder in capturing our day and making us feel at ease through our whole wedding journey. He was very welcoming and accommodating from our first contact, and once we'd spent some time with him on a complimentary engagement shoot, we knew we'd chosen the right person! It was a joy to have him as part of our day, we were in such capable hands and he ensured our day ran smoothly. He went the extra mile by capturing all picture requests for our guests, getting some shots with his drone and glasses, and stayed right until the end to capture every moment. He has given us such a gift in keeping the beautiful memories of our favourite day so fresh in our minds forever. We would love to find an excuse to ask for his skills and company again! Where do I even start! Lloyd photographed our wedding in October and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to capture our special day. Not only did Lloyd take the most amazing photos, but he also went above and beyond for us, even touching up my wedding dress with the steamer for me 😆 From start to finish we had such a laugh, he was such a joy to be around and everyone including ourselves felt so relaxed to have him around which definitely helped with the nerves! I did mention to Lloyd on the day that we would love to have quite a few black and white edits and he absolutely smashed it, our photos are perfect! So first of all I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Duncan personally, as you were absolutely fantastic to have around the place, during our special day at Aston Marina, back in March 25. It was of course special for a number of reasons, including the fact that it was also indeed Mother’s Day. We personally found that Duncan was a pleasure to have around us, as our day started to take shape and as our previous experiences of Duncan, we found him to be charming, charismatic, dedicated and a distinctive keen eye for detail; Couple this with his first-class professionalism and his overall lovely, endearing personality, we’d certainly look to recommend Duncan to anyone to be honest and look to use him again ourselves, to capture life’s big occasions.
