We booked Lauren rather last minute as we weren’t sure if we needed her. We were wrong! We definitely needed her and having her help in the run up to the wedding and then on the day made everything go perfectly. We had meetings with Lauren prior to the wedding and she constantly kept us updated of anything she had been told or any contact she had received from our suppliers. Everything was organised in a way that meant my partner and I never had to worry. Come the day, Lauren and her team were amazing! Nothing was ever too much to ask, whether that be my partner, me, a family member or guest asking. They were on hand from early morning until well into the evening reception to ensure it all went perfectly. They were always there when needed but never in a way that felt like they were in the way. It also helps that they were all wonderful people who were very easy to be around and made people feel at ease! Since the wedding, our guests have raved about their services. About how calm they kept everyone and about how smoothly every part of the day went. I can honestly say that having Lauren’s help before, and then her and her team on hand on the day, made the day the dream that it was. Hands down, the best decision we made! We could not recommend Lauren’s services highly enough!

We were absolutely delighted with the service provided by Dale and team. Truly fantastic from start to finish. Incredibly professional, always prompt with responses, and brought a much-needed sense of calm to the final month of planning, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the build-up. Dale completely understood what we were looking for and made sure that vision was delivered perfectly on the day. Not only were all the key details covered, but Dale also prompted us to think about things we hadn’t even considered, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend Dale highly enough - an exceptional service that made our day even more special.

Where do I start! Me and my husband decided in a speedy 6 months to get married, we made the best choice to bring Lauren on with just 5 months notice and boy did she excel ! Every step of the way, she made sure every little detail was attended to; and most importantly made OUR wishes become a reality! We hit a few curve balls but she didn’t fail to pull through for us! She had a solution for everything and made sure our day was as stress free and organised as possible, she was also the most joy to be around and we couldn’t have imagined our day without her! She helped with the kids, made sure things were in motion when they had to be; but also made sure we took it at our pace and we were enjoying the day as much as we could. Lauren leaves her special touch on your day and makes the memory even more precious. 10/10! No notes and highly recommend 🤍 Thank you Lauren!

Joella was by far the best investment we made in our wedding. We had her as our day of coordinator but she was there for us from the minute we booked her to help us make decisions, to vent to when things weren't going right, to communicate with vendors for us. I was so calm in the lead up to our wedding because we knew Joella had everything in hand. She was such good fun on the day as well, the whole day went so smoothly and I got the just enjoy the whole thing. Joella made sure we had down time, helped manage the timings, speeches, and even helped us keep an eye on my wife's blood sugar levels (diabetic) so they did not have to have their insulin or phone with them all the time to keep track of it. If you don't have a coordinator yet, you need one! And, if you can, get Joella. xx

Natalie was amazing from the very start! She was super responsive when I initially reached out, and from then on made each step of the planning process much easier. She got in contact with all of our vendors, which took the logistics closer to off our plate, especially given that we were doing a DIY marquee wedding. She also thought of quite a few things we hadn’t considered, and even eased our planning process by being an additional person to talk ideas through with. Her support on the day meant that everything we had planned ran smoothly, and we didn’t have to compromise on our vision for the day. Multiple family members also commented on how helpful she was after the fact, allowing them to enjoy the day fully without having to be additional support. If you haven’t considered getting a wedding coordinator, I’d highly recommend it, and I would recommend Natalie every time! Thank you so much!

Angela and Alan: Angela coordinated and planned our international wedding from our first contact in March of 2022, to our special day in March of 2023. She went above and beyond from the beginning to the end. She (very patiently) helped us find our venue. She then helped us design,print and send out our invitations. She was super flexible and went out of her way to secure vendors who could supply all of our needs. She arranged zoom calls whilst my fiancé and I were apart for nearly a year waiting on visa approval. She arranged the room reservations for our "destination" wedding (all guests came from other towns in England, and/or internationally) She managed to compile, sort, arrange, detail, secure, and confirm all of the bits and bobs remotely, and I did not even get to meet her until 4 months before the day. As happens with weddings there were bumps in the road, none of them directly due to Angela. When anything arose, Angela was wholly apologetic, and provided solutions. She sorted our rings, decor, photographer, videographer, popcorn machine, DJ, cake, Hairdresser, alterations, and more. Aside from what I would consider typical obligations of a wedding planner, Angela became an absolutely amazing friend. You will not find anyone quite as friendly and caring- without hesitation she always said “I’ll sort it!” and, she did! Spent hours at our home helping us decide on our wedding band, She came to our legal wedding, had a drink with our families, allowed us into her lovely home to meet her adorable pups, gave me lifts to the dress alterations shop and elsewhere, treated us to food at the venue during one of our meetings, gave me a lift to the venue the day before, and then don’t get me started on the amazing surprises and gifts she gave us on the day (just from the kindness of her heart!)- all things she absolutely did not have to do! Because she cares. I am a wedding coordinator myself as a profession and would vouch for Angela wholeheartedly as the person who can bring your wedding dreams to fruition. Having someone who cares goes such a long way in alleviating anything that could have been stressful during the process of planning your big day. You might even make a friend for life during the process; We certainly did. Angela and her wonderful husband Alan, are a wonderful team, and it has been an absolute pleasure to have them as a part of our lives and as our friends forever more. Cannot praise them enough! We truly cannot recommend Nicole at the Wedding Hand - Wedding Coordinator highly enough. Nicole came on board just one week before our wedding, and somehow managed to step into what could have been an incredibly stressful situation and turn it into the calmest, most seamless experience we could have hoped for. In such a short space of time, she arranged two detailed meetings with us so she could fully understand our vision for the day, how we wanted everything to look and feel, and any concerns we had. Despite the time pressure, she made us feel completely heard, supported and reassured from the very start. On the day itself, Nicole was nothing short of amazing. She coordinated all of our suppliers, managed the venue (who were, at times, very hard work), made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and handled countless behind-the-scenes details that we probably don’t even know about. Because of her, everything ran so smoothly and we were able to relax and genuinely enjoy every moment. What truly sets Nicole apart is her presence. She is such a calming, steady influence. She made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Not just us as the bride and groom, but our families and bridal party too. Knowing she was there meant we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. A very special mention has to go to her quick thinking when the venue heating broke on our (freezing!) January 3rd wedding day. It was so, so cold and without hesitation, Nicole went out and bought heaters to make sure our guests were comfortable. It was such an above-and-beyond moment, and a perfect example of her dedication, resourcefulness, and commitment to making sure everything was perfect. We genuinely do not know what we would have done without her. If you’re considering Nicole at The Wedding Hand - Wedding Coordinator for your wedding, book her. It’s been over a week since our wedding, and my husband and I still cannot stop talking about Holly. I genuinely don’t know how Holly does what she does — she was our fairy godmother throughout the entire process. She constantly put us first and made adjustments to the day exactly where we needed them most. Nothing ever felt stressful with Holly there. There was no problem she couldn’t handle, and honestly, she was worth her weight in gold. Everyone needs a Holly. I really struggled with wedding planning at times, but booking Holly instantly felt like a weight off my shoulders. She was organised, knowledgeable, supportive, and always focused on what our needs and priorities were. And then the wedding day itself… wow. She was everything and so much more. When my husband and I were feeling stressed, she calmly adjusted the plans to give us breathing space — even changing where people got ready so we could have a moment to ourselves. She talked us through everything so there were no surprises and made me feel like anything was possible. She helped me feel like the best version of myself. From checking my makeup, making sure we had everything we needed, adjusting timelines, and handling problems so smoothly we barely even noticed them — she truly did it all. She even dealt with some very drunk guests who were testing everyone’s patience… and somehow still kept everything under control. To top it all off, she even saved my dress from pizza stains after an unfortunate incident involving said drunk guests! I’m genuinely sad Holly isn’t part of my everyday life anymore because we all need a Holly in our lives. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further. Holly has the patience, expertise, calmness, and banter to help you truly enjoy your day and get the absolute most out of it.
