We were absolutely delighted with the service provided by Dale and team. Truly fantastic from start to finish. Incredibly professional, always prompt with responses, and brought a much-needed sense of calm to the final month of planning, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the build-up. Dale completely understood what we were looking for and made sure that vision was delivered perfectly on the day. Not only were all the key details covered, but Dale also prompted us to think about things we hadn’t even considered, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. We first met Lauren 18 months prior to our wedding as she was the wedding planner for my sister and we just knew instantly after seeing her in action that we needed her for our own day and booked her straight away. From our first meeting, to our own consultation we knew Lauren would be one of our best decisions. We booked Lauren for on the day coordination and from 6 weeks prior to the day. The last few weeks of wedding planning can feel very stressful and overwhelming and Lauren ensured that excitement and relaxation was maintained, she turned what could have been an anxious process into an enjoyable one. We felt so reassured that Lauren was on top of everything and we did not doubt or worry about anything due to her. Lauren has been so friendly and has a warm personality that makes you feel very comfortable. She really gets to know you and your vision and helps to pull that together and bring it to life. Lauren brings brilliant advice and guidance and has a very open and honest approach with this which was greatly appreciated. Lauren’s communication with not only ourselves but also our suppliers and venue was outstanding, this ensured complete professionalism throughout and everyone was on the same page on the day, resulting in a seamless wedding day from start to finish. Lauren became a freind on the day and really has the best interest of the couple at heart. She is there for you and that really shines through. We where able to fully relax and enjoy our day as we where reassured that every detail was being expertly managed by Lauren, everything flowed perfectly and if there where any hiccups we wouldn’t have known about that. We are so grateful to Lauren and could not recommend her enough, we owe a truly seamless process and wedding day to Lauren.

Natalie was incredible from the moment we got in contact with her to enquire about our wedding day. Natalie is down to earth, and very approachable. She went above and beyond for us both before the wedding and on the day. Everything went to plan and that was all thanks to Natalie. I couldn’t reccomend her enough. She made me feel at ease and took the stress away from me. I just want to say thank you very much to Natalie, from both myself and my husband. Where do I even begin? From the very first moment we spoke she was nothing but incredible. She’s kind, patient and so genuinely helpful. No question was ever too small, no detail too much trouble. She just got it. But it was on the day itself Nicole truly shone. She was incredible, making sure everything ran smoothly, handling things quietly in the background before I even realised they needed handling. It felt like having another bridesmaid there, or honestly, a close friend who just happened to know exactly how to run a wedding like a total pro. She brought a lovely, calming energy to the day, and I am so grateful for her being there. I genuinely can’t imagine how it would have gone without her. Thank you so much, Nicole, from the bottom of my heart. You were a dream. ❤️

Corrie is the most incredibly generous and talented wedding stylist we could have ever wished for and we feel so grateful that we found Soiree Studio when planning our wedding. Corrie designed and created all our beautiful wedding stationary and decor and gave us the wedding of our dreams. Her encouragement and attention to detail allowed our ideas to become a reality and her constant support gifted us a stress-free build up to the big day. I had the absolute joy of working with Amy for a truly unforgettable wedding – the very first ever hosted at the stunning Fernside House, knutsford – and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. Amy coordinated every single element of the day with effortless precision and warmth. The setting, a beautiful marquee nestled in Fernside’s gardens, was styled to perfection – elegant, inviting, and thoughtfully laid out. Amy’s choice of suppliers was spot on. The catering was exceptional, from mouth-watering canapés to a beautifully presented wedding meal that delighted every guest. The ice cream truck was a playful touch for the sunny afternoon, and the pizza truck kept everyone dancing into the night. Entertainment flowed seamlessly. The singing waiters were an absolute hit – a brilliant surprise that had everyone on their feet – followed by a DJ who kept the dance floor packed. The vintage photo booth added a fun, nostalgic twist that guests adored. Amy’s impeccable attention to detail, calm professionalism, and creative flair brought the whole day together. She didn’t just coordinate a wedding – she created an experience. If you’re planning a wedding and want someone who will go above and beyond to make it flawless, Amy is the person you want by your side.

Hannah was so helpful with planning our wedding. She was great at communicating and keeping us in the loop with the planning. When our first tipi company fell through, she found a replacement that was able to offer us the exact same set up. Hannah and Lucy came out with us on a site visit with our vendors which was very helpful! When we had a query on the day, Lucy was on hand and sorted it out straightaway. They both took away a lot of stress, would definitely recommend!

Zoe was contracted to co-ordinate events on my daughter's wedding day on 5th September this year. Zoe was excellent and really pulled the day together. From ensuring drinks were available and flowing, announcing the bridal party, and organising the speeches in addition to ensuring the day was a complete success. We were all impressed with Zoe's professionalism and the fact that nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend Zoe and her colleagues. Thank you Zoe.

Angela and Alan: Angela coordinated and planned our international wedding from our first contact in March of 2022, to our special day in March of 2023. She went above and beyond from the beginning to the end. She (very patiently) helped us find our venue. She then helped us design,print and send out our invitations. She was super flexible and went out of her way to secure vendors who could supply all of our needs. She arranged zoom calls whilst my fiancé and I were apart for nearly a year waiting on visa approval. She arranged the room reservations for our "destination" wedding (all guests came from other towns in England, and/or internationally) She managed to compile, sort, arrange, detail, secure, and confirm all of the bits and bobs remotely, and I did not even get to meet her until 4 months before the day. As happens with weddings there were bumps in the road, none of them directly due to Angela. When anything arose, Angela was wholly apologetic, and provided solutions. She sorted our rings, decor, photographer, videographer, popcorn machine, DJ, cake, Hairdresser, alterations, and more. Aside from what I would consider typical obligations of a wedding planner, Angela became an absolutely amazing friend. You will not find anyone quite as friendly and caring- without hesitation she always said “I’ll sort it!” and, she did! Spent hours at our home helping us decide on our wedding band, She came to our legal wedding, had a drink with our families, allowed us into her lovely home to meet her adorable pups, gave me lifts to the dress alterations shop and elsewhere, treated us to food at the venue during one of our meetings, gave me a lift to the venue the day before, and then don’t get me started on the amazing surprises and gifts she gave us on the day (just from the kindness of her heart!)- all things she absolutely did not have to do! Because she cares. I am a wedding coordinator myself as a profession and would vouch for Angela wholeheartedly as the person who can bring your wedding dreams to fruition. Having someone who cares goes such a long way in alleviating anything that could have been stressful during the process of planning your big day. You might even make a friend for life during the process; We certainly did. Angela and her wonderful husband Alan, are a wonderful team, and it has been an absolute pleasure to have them as a part of our lives and as our friends forever more. Cannot praise them enough!
