There are two separate wedding venues to choose from at Wychwood Park, Crewe, making it a versatile choice for couples. The Wychwood Suite is located in the golf club and has its own private balcony where you can savor scenic views of lush greenery and woodlands. The Cheshire Suite is the second option at this estate and is situated inside the main hotel. This spacious ballroom is elegantly appointed with modern accents, a neutral colour scheme, and ambient lighting. Wychwood Park is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, so you can mark your entire wedding journey in one convenient location. Outdoor ceremonies take place in the amphitheatre style patio, complete with a rustic wooden gazebo and elegant ceremony decor. Following your vows, you can explore the expansive grounds with your wedding photographer and make the most of the picturesque backdrop. There is also the option of semi-outdoor receptions. Tipi weddings can be arranged in the parklands for couples seeking a boho-chic, festival-style wedding. Guest capacities range from 40 to 60 day guests and 80 to 100 evening revelers.

The Essentials Package includes bucks fizz on arrival, a three-course wedding breakfast, prosecco for toasts, white tablecloths, Chiavari chairs, and room hire. The Extra package includes an added beverage for the meal and an extra course at dinner time, plus an evening buffet. Both packages offer complimentary menu tastings and a complimentary night's stay for the newlyweds.

Amazing Wedding Venue
Cydnie was fantastic in the lead-up, so organised, supportive, and always on hand to answer questions or calm any worries. She really helped take the stress out of planning and made sure every detail was just right. On the day itself, Phil was brilliant. He was calm, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly so that we could just enjoy the moment without worrying about a thing.
So many of our guests commented on how lovely the venue was and how seamless the day felt. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.
Thank you to everyone at Wychwood Park, and especially to Cydnie and Phil, for helping to create a day we’ll treasure forever.

Wedding 27th August 2022
The day of our wedding was a lovely hot and sunny day with the picturesque Golf course in the background, made photos brilliant.
We used the hotel for the ceremony room and the Wychwood suite for the meal and evening, so that guests could mingle inside and outside.
The food for the wedding breakfast was hot and of a high quality.
We would highly recommend Wychwood Hotel for your special wedding day.

The venue its self was perfect. The ceremony and room after were set up, exactly how we wanted it.
Adam made sure that day ran smoothly during the wedding breakfast and evening.
The food and drinks looked great and tasted it too. There were a couple of issues which were sorted afterwards.
The garden games were a big hit, as was the icecream van.
Myself and my husband, want to thankyou everyone at wychwood that made our day just perfect for us.

Perfect throughout the planning and the wedding day itself
On the day, Eleasha and Matty were reassuring and a professional presence throughout and it allowed it to go smoothly. They were such friendly people to have on my side. The guests also commented on the high quality of their hotel rooms and the indoor and outdoor premises, which also boasts a golf course. It is a really well kept venue. Also, offering quality photos!
The affordable package included well presented and tasty canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet foods which were also complimented by guests.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Wychwood Park venue for its beautiful premises, efficient communication, and the general support from beginning to the end. A huge thanks from Alex and Rachael!
