From start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless. The cake looked stunning — exactly what I had envisioned (and honestly, even better). The design was elegant, timeless, and fit our wedding theme perfectly.

Every layer was moist, rich, and full of flavour. We chose a 3-tier cake with 2 tiers being victoria spoge. and 1 tier being red velvet.

Floriana was professional, kind, and passionate about her craft. She listened carefully to every detail and delivered a masterpiece that exceeded our expectations in every way.

Florence provided us with a stunning 4 tier butter cream cake on the hottest day of the year in a marquee. It was so beautiful with a stucco outer finish with 4 different flavours with the bakewell and double chocolate being particular favourites!
She was very adaptable with the design and said she would try to do buttercream if the weather allowed so I was fully expecting it not to be the case as temperatures were forecast to be 32C and the cake would be outside in a marquee with no air con. However she came up trumps and the cake looked perfect even hours later! It fared much better than I did in the heat.
She is an extremely skilled lady!

Floriana stepped in just 10 days before our wedding and was so friendly and reassuring and lovely in our emails. The cake was as we asked for and delivered in the day to our venue. It looked great (we went for the simple and elegant) and tasted delicious. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 🥰

I cannot begin to express how much I absolutely loved working with Floriana. From the very first phone call, I was completely besotted with her. Even though I had already been in awe of her work through her website—full of stunning images of her incredible creations—speaking to her in person was something else entirely. She’s personable, creative, attentive, and incredibly positive—nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Simply wonderful.

I had a very specific vision for my wedding cake—I wanted something that wasn’t just a cake, but rather a unique sculpture. It needed to be minimalist, yet elegant, unique, and decadent. Not exactly a small ask! But Floriana was up for the challenge. She returned to me with the most beautiful handmade sketch, and I was instantly filled with positivity and inspiration. But even that couldn’t have prepared me for what she brought to life.

When I saw the cake she created, I was completely blown away—it was a true work of art. Rooted in her Italian heritage, the design had all the grace and refinement of a timeless sculpture—something you’d expect to find in a gallery rather than on a dessert table. Embellished with edible pearls, it was detailed yet never busy, original, elegant, and absolutely mesmerizing. Every single guest was in awe of it.

And as if that wasn’t enough, it tasted divine. I almost felt my heart break when we cut into it, it was just that beautiful.

I am so deeply grateful to Floriana for creating this masterpiece for us, delivering it to the venue, and setting it up so seamlessly. She is, without a doubt, an incredibly talented artist, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you, Flo, for making our special day even more unforgettable!

Flo knocked it out of the park with perfect wedding cake for our 80+ guests, including delivering it on the day - so efficiently we didn't even see them! We Luckily we ordered enough that we were able to send some home to those who couldn't make it (as well as having some left ourselves!)
