Highly recommend Sarah, we wanted our 2 fur babies to be part of our big day! Sarah had their best interest at heart with heat and stress etc! And kept them calm, they loved Sarah! And we felt very comfortable with Sarah looking after our precious fur babies! She was lovely to deal with, friendly and informative!

When we started planning our wedding, we knew one aspect that was the most important to us: having our pup Rosa there. Through our venue, we were recommended Here Comes the Hound and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the beginning, they were very responsive, knew which questions to ask and what any pet owner would want to be aware of ahead of the big day. We met up with Claire a few weeks before the wedding to ensure Rosa was familiar with her, which immediately worked so well! Claire and her dog Opie are both lovely and Rosa had the best time staying over for two nights. Rosa had the best time and was very well looked after. Claire also took such great care of Rosa on the day. Rosa is a very active dog but Claire knew exactly how to calm her down which meant Rosa was the perfect ring bearer and star of the show for our wedding pictures!

I booked a session with Teresa at Etch while I was deep in the overwhelm of wedding planning, and it changed everything. She helped me work through the stress, untangle all the worries in my head, and gave me simple strategies that made the whole process feel lighter and so much more manageable. The biggest surprise? How calm and confident I felt on the actual day. I didn’t have a single nerve walking down the aisle… something I never thought I’d say! If you’re planning a wedding and feeling the pressure, I can’t recommend Teresa enough.

Knowing that my desired wedding venue had no facilities to get ready at I was apprehensive about choosing the location (even though we had already fallen in love)! I was overjoyed to find out about The Pretty Prep Studios which was just around the corner and saved the day – a genius idea and perfect for wedding mornings! The studio easy to get to and is situated in a picturesque Oast house which is also surrounded by gorgeous scenery perfect for some pre wedding shots. It is also extremely spacious made up of three areas, an open space with sofas and four dressing tables for hair and make-up, a kitchen space with a dining table and a gorgeous room in the Oast of the building where outfits can be hung up and to get dressed in. Plenty of room to avoid being on top of one another and for dress reveals! Access to the studio can be as early as you like making the morning very relaxing as we had as much time as we wanted to get ready with no time constraints. This also allowed for suppliers to set up and be ready for our arrival. Sam's attention to detail ensures you have everything you could possibly need to make your wedding morning seamless and stress free – a fully equipped kitchen, steamer, emergency items to solve any issues (e.g. sewing kit!) and a generous bottle of fizz! If that wasn’t enough Sam was so lovely that she even popped up during the wedding morning to check if there was anything we needed – which was so thoughtful and very appreciated! I had the best time getting ready with my bridesmaids and loved ones ahead of my special day and I highly recommend the Pretty Prep Studio for an enjoyable, calm and memorable wedding morning! The whole process was so easy and Sarah-Jane was so friendly and helpful as I had no idea what I was doing! I ordered my bouquet preservation and gifts for my mum, mother in-law and myself, all of it is perfect and I am so happy with all of it, I have my framed bouquet in my living room and love it so much! Sarah-Jane is so talented and I cannot recommend her enough!

We had some very specific requirements to provide space at our wedding for my stepson and my nephew who is autistic. Carlie was fabulous and took all of our needs on board to create a space for the boys where they could chill out right down to providing sensory toys for my nephew. It meant Phill and I could relax and enjoy our day knowing they were both happy

Ellie and Mai were fantastic! Would highly recommend them. Ellie kept in regular communication and organised a pre-meet with the dogs to get to know them ahead of the big day. The dogs were taken on lovely long walks around Lewes and then given some down time , chilling back at the room with the chaperones. They ensured both were fed and watered. They just got on with it and were in no way intrusive. The doggies were happy and it was a smooth handover back again at the end of the night! Thank you so much!

We cannot thank Rosie enough for the incredible service she provided as our wedding dog chaperone! From start to finish, she was warm, professional, and so thoughtful in every detail. Knowing that Poppy was in such safe and loving hands gave us complete peace of mind on our big day. Rosie made sure Poppy was well cared for, calm, and ready for her big moment. She handled everything—transport, walks, cuddles, water breaks—and even helped Poppy pose for some of our favorite wedding photos. So many of our guests commented on how lovely it was to see Poppy there, and it was all thanks to Rosie. Having our dog included in the wedding meant the world to us, and Rosie made it not only possible, but effortless. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I have known Nicki for many years in the wedding industry. Her new venture is so unique, Nicki is an extremely talented hair and make up artist but her first love is dogs. Wilf and Boris are a huge credit to her, she is very patient, calm and caring. Your pooch will be in very safe hands, she knows how a wedding schedule works with 30 years of experience! She has looked after my mad retriever and Chester sulks when Nicki brings him back home! Says it all!!! Kym xxxxx

We had the pleasure of having Kyra with us for our Halloween wedding this year and I can't rate her highly enough! It was clear how professional and thorough they are, there was a very comprehensive form to complete to make sure all possibilities were accounted for, we also got to meet Kyra some time before and introduce her to Flora to make sure she was okay. On the night, Flora was cared for beautifully, Kyra was ready and prepared with Flora at all the right parts, we felt Flora was truly included on our special day. Thank you again so so much, you really turned one of our main worries into an absolute dream ❤️
