we didn’t think we really needed a toastmaster but boy are we glad we hired one and so pleased we chose you . It felt like we had known you for years , you helped with things we hadn’t even factored in and made the day run unbelievably smoothly , you were so attentive and helped as to a achieve a really classy order to the day ! Thank you so so much we would highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

My husband and I hired David for our wedding on Saturday the 30th of May 2026. From the moment we hired him, he was incredible! He worked with my husband and I to create a full schedule for the day, with was complete with rest breaks for me which would allow me time to deal with my dress. David liaised with the wedding party (mainly our Best Woman and Maid of Honour) to ensure everything ran smoothly, as well as our venders, and he was in constant communication with my husband and I regarding any delays to the day. David even walked my mother down the aisle, which was such a lovely touch and she was thrilled about. Plus he looked amazing in the toastmaster outfit! Once married, David introduced us as Mr and Mrs, and got all our guests on their feet, waving their napkins, as we entered for our wedding breakfast. He also introduced the speakers for our speeches, taking care to thank them individually after each speech. He did a speech himself which was equally amazing, and he introduced us cutting our cake and our first dance. He even got involved in our first dance sweepstake, by giving the bottle of champagne to the winner. Our guests absolutely loved him, to the extent that they wish to book him when they get married. Thanks, David, you really helped to make our day!

We truly cannot recommend Bill highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic and such a key part of making our wedding day run so smoothly. From our very first conversation, Bill was professional, organized, and reassuring. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made sure every detail was covered. On the day itself, he brought the perfect balance of authority, warmth, and humor — keeping everything on track without it ever feeling formal or stiff. He coordinated seamlessly with our other suppliers, guided our guests effortlessly, and made sure we were always in the right place at the right time (which is no small task on a wedding day!). Because of him, we were able to fully relax and enjoy ourselves knowing everything was under control. Bill’s presence added such a polished and special touch to the day. He kept the energy up, handled transitions smoothly, and made the whole event feel cohesive and stress-free. If you’re considering booking Bill — do it. He’s worth his weight in gold, and we honestly couldn’t imagine our day without him ❤️
