Nestled in an idyllic valley in the heart of Kent's High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, every detail of this exclusive Grade II listed venue has been designed to make the perfect setting for your special day.
When it comes to your wedding, it's not just about finding a venue, it's about discovering somewhere to create memories that will stay with you forever. Frame Farm has a series of stunning buildings dating from 1607, which include three reception barns, The Oak Barn, The Byre and the Pole Barn, as well as six luxurious Weaver's Cottages for you and your guests.
The awe-inspiring Oak Barn has a magnificent high vaulted roof, glass frontage overlooking the courtyard, hidden state-of-the-art technology, underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burning stove; every modern convenience in a breathtaking old threshing barn yet with an intimate feel.
With classic elegance and tranquil views, The Byre offers a graceful space perfectly suited for ceremonies or more intimate receptions, or it can be transformed into an entertainment room for the children. The romantic terrace, waterfall and lily pond are a wildlife haven and perfect for a celebratory toast or photographs.
The Pole Barn, our large open-fronted barn offers a more rustic style and comes complete with fairy lights and power. Used as our wood store and home to a working 1956 Fordson Major tractor, the chopped wood, original oak door from The Oak Barn, and decorative rusted-screens make this another unique location for nuptial vows, photographs and games within our farmyard.
And at the end of your wonderful day, curl up and enjoy a celebratory glass of bubbles with your spouse in our sumptuous Wedding Cottage. With views across the surrounding sheep pasture, you will love the magic of this romantic rural setting whatever the season. Combined with a warm welcome and personal service, we are confident that your wedding will exceed all expectations.

The most magical day, the most magical venue.
Chrystelle, Deana and Tim are amazing and became our new best friends over the year before our big day. They are fully invested in making your day perfect. Nothing was too much for them.
We were lucky enough to have the venue for 3 days (which we highly recommend!) The setting, the weather the different options for spaces was incredible. We loved every single moment and now its over we miss them all! We will be returning for a stay to enjoy those beautiful grounds again.

Fantastic venue
Not only is it a beautiful, tranquil setting with lots of great spots for photos (including many sheep!), it offers so much flexibility. There are many different spaces you can make your own, allowing guests to move about the venue trhoughout the day, and it's possible to quickly adapt depending on the weather.
Critically for us, unlike many venues we visited, which felt like conveyor belts, the Oak Barn enabled such a personal wedding. From decorating it our way, to bringing in our own wine without corkage, to having goats on site for the day, there was so much scope to make this our own very special time.
That said, it's worth noting the flexibility means more work for you- you'll need to liase with lots of suppliers for things like tables and chairs, food and drink, and the DJ, which might be part of the package at other venues. But the work was so worth it, and made much smoother by the brilliant venue team. Chrystelle and colleagues were so helpful throughout the year of planning, super quick to respond to emails, willing to accomodate our ideas wherever they could, and always very friendly.
Finally, having the venue for the whole weekend (Fri noon - Sunday noon) was such an added bonus, allowing us to enjoy even more quality time with our wedding party.

What really stood out was the personal touch they added throughout the planning process. We truly felt at home and well looked after. The on-site accommodation was both comfortable and convenient, making everything even more relaxed for us and our guests.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, a perfect countryside setting that matched everything we had hoped for in a wedding. On the big day, everything ran smoothly thanks to the amazing team. They coordinated seamlessly with our suppliers and took a lot of the stress off our shoulders. Chrystelle helped to create our day with site visits and emails and then was there on the day helping everything to run smoothly- she was so kind and helpful and we were so lucky to have her!
We were so impressed and grateful for all their hard work and support. We’ll definitely be revisiting to relive and remember our very special day.

The spaces were all beautiful and a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor in case of rain! We had so many compliments on the venue throughout the day.
We loved how much we were able to personalise the venue - from setting up the wedding breakfast decorations from scratch to bottling up our own homemade cocktails to serve throughout the day. The onsite accommodation was spotless and felt so luxurious. It was fab for all our nearest and dearest to be so close and turned it from a day to a weekend of celebrations! Thank you so much to the oak barn for making it all so special!

From the moment we first laid eyes upon Frame Farm, we were immediately captivated by its rustic charm, its derelict buildings and its idyllic location, and in that moment, we glimpsed its extraordinary potential. Ever since, our hearts have been set on breakthing new life into the then-neglected farmstead, embarking on a three-year jouney with our commitment to sustainability guilding every meticulous step of the restoration process.
Fun fact: We love adventure travel and are often on expeditions in remote regions or diving in the tropics. Deana is an accomplished sailor and sculptor, and Tim is a Guiness World Record holder, and has travelled overland from UK to Cape Town, Kathmandu and Timbuktu.
Best memory at the farm: Waking up to a gorgeous blanket of snow on the morning of our first wedding!
