I just wanted to extend my thanks to Diana who was the most helpful, and supportive member of staff that helped me at my very first bridal appointment. It was such a lovely experience and her expertise and knowledge of what dresses would suit my body shape was greatly appreciated. This really helped me narrow down what dress to go for! She was on hand, so friendly, and made me feel calm and excited all at the same time! Dress Dreams were also very flexible. I had originally booked an appointment for 2pm, but I called to see if I could come in a little earlier, and they made that happen. Although I didn’t go for my final dress at Dress Dreams, I just wanted to express my thanks to the service that was given on the day of my first bridal appointment. I would definitely recommend visiting the store to anyone who is looking to buy their wedding dress. They have such a great collection of different style dresses. Beautiful veils and accessories that were also given to me to try on so that I could encapture what the final image will look like on the day! Such a lovely space within Tunbridge Wells which stood out from the rest of the stores visited.

It's strange looking back now at how nervous I was about shopping for my wedding dress. As a curvy girl, I had a lot of anxieties about what the experience would hold for me. I'd seen a dress online which drew me to Isabella Grace so they were naturally the first shop I made an appointment with. My first interation was before my appointment when store manager Nicky called me to reassure me about trying on dresses as a curvier girl and how wedding dress sizes are ridiculous! This instantly made me feel like I'd made the right decision. When I arrived, fairly nervous, with my bridesmaids, we were treated like VIP guests. From a selection of 6 dresses prior to the visit, Sharon the assistant handed me 'Sally' by Stella York, the dress that drew me to the shop. I was nervous about trying it on first but Sharon said if it's what I'm drawn to, we should go for it first - what a coincidence she handed me the dress first! The emotions came flooding out, I didn't know you could get 'the feeling' with a dress but both myself and my bridesmaids were in floods of tears and it's genuinely the most beautiful I had felt (before my wedding day of course). Deal done, first dress and I said yes. Isabella Grace were amazing working with the order of dress, helping me understand measurements and how I wanted the dress to fit. I can't recommend Isabella Grace highly enough. I've never felt more beautiful (and comfortable) than I did on my wedding day. They made an experience that I thought would be horrific into one of the best.

I booked an appointment at the Briderie after seeing they stocked the Unbridled collection. I had been searching for bridal separates for ages and had tried on hundreds of styles and just couldn't find what I was looking for. I was starting to lose hope! As soon as I met Fiona, I felt completely at ease. Her bridal shop is so lovely and the bridal gowns, separates and accessories are beautiful. I had already purchased a slip dress and was looking for pieces to go with it. Fiona was more than happy to let me try on pieces with the dress I had (a lot of designers I went to wouldn't allow this). Overall, it was a really personalised experience and I found exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend Fiona - the best experience I had (my mum agrees too!).
