I cannot express how happy I was with Serena Bridal. I was dealt with by Fran who worked there and she was the loveliest lady with so much knowledge and kindness throughout my wedding journey. I picked a gorgeous dress and she altered it beautifully. My one downside was that the strap of the dress broke off after the ceremony but that was not Serena's fault but the style of dress which did not completely allow for my arms to go straight up quickly (one strap popped off when my husband raised our arms in celebration.

Fran and the team at Serena Bridal have been so supportive and helpful right from the very start of my search. I was looking for a specific dress which I hadn’t been able to find at any other boutique, and the team managed to bring one in specifically for me to try on. Their boutique is in a great location and is beautiful, with so many options of dresses to look at, and plenty of space to try on. The fittings and adjustments process was great, my dress fit like a glove by the end of the process and I was so happy with the result! I’m just sad that I can’t wear it again! Thank you to you all for your help with my dress, I couldn’t recommend this boutique and the team enough.

Serena bridals has a warm and welcoming feel. The staff are helpful and supportive. They helped to pick different dresses so I was able to find the style that suited me. They also did all the fittings and my dress fit me perfectly.

As a bride who had absolutely no idea what kind of dress I wanted, Serena Bridal was a godsend.
I was so nervous about trying to find a dress, I’m a perfectionist, I’m indecisive and I am incredibly self critical so to me finding a dress I would love seemed like an almost impossible task.
I had already been to other bridal boutique and left feeling even more confused about what I wanted, and dejected about the whole experience.
Then I came to Serena, my appointment was with Lyn who seemed to immediately understand I was apprehensive and she took the lead.
I picked out a few dresses I thought I might like, she picked some she thought might suit me, and she pushed me on the logic not to get dejected if I don’t like something, just use it to know what it is you don’t want, which is still one step closer to finding a dress!

She also had a strict but amazing rule, only 3 dresses make it to the ‘maybe’ rail, and if you want to put a new dress up there, you have to like it more than something that’s already there. This was so helpful for me because it literally forced me to make a decision.
The dress I chose was the one that stayed there from the start, almost like the decision just made itself for me.

I left the shop feeling so much lighter, and so much more confident that maybe on my wedding day I just might love my dress more that I ever expected I could.

For all my follow up fittings etc I saw Fran, who is honestly just a lovely person.
So often in the wedding industry, people are just another number, they see brides all day everyday, but she still took an interest and made me feel like my wedding mattered and put me at total ease.

The girls at Serena Bridal looked after me from start to finish. I was recommended to go here by a colleague at work and I can see why! It was easy to book an appointment online and the appointment itself was lovely. I brought my mum and sister along and we were offered a glass of prosecco and the stylist who helped us at the appointment was so patient as I tried on many different dresses in every style you could think of! I did not feel rushed or any pressure to buy.
After saying 'yes to the dress!' the great service continued. I chose some accessories at my next fitting and they helped me order the dress in the right special length to suit my shoes to help save on additional alteration costs later.
All the ladies I encountered throughout my various appointments were all so friendly, kind, and you could tell that they enjoyed their job and really wanted to ensure you were 100% happy with your dress.

I can’t recommend this bridal shop enough! I went with my mum to try on dresses and it was a really lovely experience from start to finish. We went around the shop with the consultant choosing a couple of dresses in various styles so I could see what suited me, and I got a sense of what I thought I might like. I was allowed to try on as many dresses as I wanted, and didn’t feel any pressure to buy. None of the dresses I tried on were out of budget. Super friendly and attentive staff. My dress is taking approx 5 months to come in
