Patricia Melgar is a Haute - Couture Fashion Designer.
With over 36 years experience designing, bridal and any Special Occasion - Made to Measure Service, Based in North London who creates avant-garde and refined wedding dresses. Patricia's love for this craft began in her early teens, as she watched and helped her mother, then went on to explore Haute - Couture and collaborated with over 40 top reputable Fashion Designers, such as Victor Edelstein, Bruce Oldfield, Alice Temperly, Jenny Packham, Vivienne Westwood and many more. Patricia Melgar found a passion for working with fine fabrics and transforming these into art pieces with which to decorate her own clientele.
Services Offered
Patricia Melgar offers a variety of services for nearly-weds, primarily bespoke, made-to-measure bridal wear. She can also provide ready-to-wear wedding occasion wear, including lingerie and veils, as well as wedding party alterations and modernising garments. Patricia works by appointment only, with orders four months in advance.

Amazing quality and design - with stunning result
She had a challenge as she only had 10 weeks but did the whole thing including fitting and design tweaks within the time frame.
Her attention to detail was phenomenal - she added in several clever touches that helped the overall design and fit, from clips to hide bra straps to satin trims on the sleeves. A true perfectionist, nothing was too much effort for her and she went out of her way to make the dress the best it could possibly be.
She helped to choose the best fabric, provided her ample expertise when it came to technical and design decisions and ultimately made sure my vision for the dress came to life in the best possible way.
The final result was stunning and better than my wildest dreams.
A true pleasure to work with, I’d recommend again and again!
