Long, but worth the read....
In short: sure this is a lovely shop- but don't ever ask for things to be posted/shipped to you.
I was charged £50 for shipping of a once £3000 wedding dress (FD, I paid £500 for a sample- I'm anti fast fashion). I agreed to pay £50 for it to be posted (to the other side of London) as I thought that this would provide for the dress to be properly packaged, arrive next day, in a sturdy and suitable box, with acid free paper, tightly sealed to make sure the dress was not damaged in transit and to maintain the long term longevity of the dress. This dress is my dream wedding dress and when it arrived like this (see photos), three days late (my mum had to stay in for two full days), in a plastic bag with holes in it, a box that was damp and falling apart, with no acid free paper, and scrunched into a ball with a wooden hanger in there (?! can you believe there is a wooden hanger in that package), my family and I were really concerned about it having been damaged in transit. We have checked it (it's very intricate, and delicate, with mesh panels everywhere) and apart from a few loose threads can't find any obvious damage. However, we don't know if it is stretched out (by the hanger) or there is something we have missed that a professional seamstress would find.

I tried to contact the seller to contest this through the website, expressing my disappointment in the delivery and requesting a refund for the delivery part (it did not cost £50 to ship like that and may have compromised the long term longevity of the dress). The seller sent a rude reply and wouldn't entertain a refund. My only option then was then to escalate through PayPal to contest the charge and after some back and forth (with a lot of gaslighting from this merchant) I accepted a partial refund of £25. However, the next thing I know, the merchant has escalated this to a claim saying I could return the dress and they would issue a £50 refund- not the full £550 I paid. So I would lose the £500 for the dress plus the postage to return the item (this is because I was only seeking a partial refund of £50 of the total sum- weird PayPal loophole). What a nightmare.
