Hall Farm Events is a wedding venue immersed in the rural beauty of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Bordering Kings Forest, with stunning grounds of its own, we offer a flexible and historic venue that offers charm in abundance.

Facilities and Capacity

Couples who choose to celebrate here will have exclusive use of Hall Farm across three days. We offer a combination of historic barn and traditional pole marquee, meaning lots of flexible space to create various options and layouts for your day.

Our hire options are split in to two (although these are also flexible!)

Marquee & Barn hire (capacity 50 - 150 guests

Meadow hire for your own marquee hire (Capacity 50-250 guests)

We also offer a beautiful oak spinney adjacent to our barn, which can be utilised for an outdoor humanist ceremony or blessing.

As we are a dry-hire venue, you have full flexibility in terms of choosing your own suppliers such as bar companies, caterers and entertainment.

Services Offered

The venue offers full wedding packages that will take care of everything for the day, or you can opt for basic hire and plan the day as you wish. Sarah, the venue owner and your point of contact, will be on-hand should you have any questions or need any assistance during the planning process.

We are pleased to offer bridal accomodation as part of our hire packages. Our on-site accomodation THE HIDE is a short walk from the venue along a private track, and is the perfect space for bridal prep and honeymooning.

Guests are also welcome to pitch a tent, or bring their caravan/campervan and stay on our well-appointed private campsite adjacent to this.
