From the start the communication was great, we had to postpone twice due to Covid-19 and the team at The Village were so accommodating. We were able to make small tweaks to our packages such as swapping items in the buffet etc at no extra cost and the attention to detail was great. Roxana was a brilliant co-ordinator, considering she 'inherited' our wedding which had been through 2 colleagues previously over the years she went through everything with fine tooth comb and it was excellent. On the day Rob hosted our wedding brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble and he even helped me and my husband up to our room at the end of the night with all our cards and gifts which was a nice touch. I would 100% recommend The Village North Leeds for a wedding.

Weetwood Hall was perfect for what we were looking for. We went with the Tawny Owl package for our wedding and it was spot on. The fact that we had unique, dedicated rooms for the Ceremony, Wedding breakfast and evening reception was amazing and made it feel even more special. The planning and organisation was on-point with the team being very flexible and adapting well to some of the unforeseen situations that through timings off. They made everything work and flow so smoothly (Shout out to Jason!). The food and drink were amazing for both the wedding breakfast and the evening reception, and the bedroom for us as newly-weds was stunning! If we could do it all again at Weetwood, we would. 100% recommend!

We got married at Crowne Plaza Leeds on the 17th of October 2025, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. We looked at a few venues before booking, but as soon as we walked into the Crowne Plaza, we knew it was the one. The stunning staircase as you enter, the beautiful ceiling light in the ceremony room, and the spacious room upstairs for our wedding breakfast and reception completely took our breath away. Harriet was amazing throughout the planning process — so knowledgeable, organised, and always happy to help with our endless questions. On the day itself, everything went exactly to plan thanks to the brilliant wedding organiser. She kept us calm and on time, even bringing me a glass of water just before I walked down the aisle (which I definitely needed!). She made sure everything ran smoothly, from start to finish. I had packed everything in boxes for each table — runners, centrepieces, name places, favours, etc. — with photos showing how I wanted them set up. The team followed this perfectly. Walking into the room and seeing it look exactly how I’d imagined was such a special moment. The evening reception was just as incredible. The DJ did a fantastic job, worked seamlessly with the Saxophonist we’d hired, and kept the dance floor full all night. We danced until the very end and loved every minute. Thank you, Crowne Plaza Leeds, for helping us have one of the best days of our lives. We honestly wish we could do it all over again! 💕 — Emma & Jimmy

The food was exquisite (thank you Will for being so accommodating, particularly with multiple allergies, our guest was super impressed and grateful), Josh was super helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, especially when we had last minute drop outs, the waiting staff were friendly and professional. Despite the rain throughout the whole day…it was perfect, I can’t fault anything. The venue gave a very cosy and calming feel, with how beautiful the venue, you do not need many decorations in my opinion. Thank you!

The venue is stunning and so well maintained, I love that each couple can style it to their own taste. Communication is fantastic, Charlotte is always just a WhatsApp away which is so assuring when trying to plan a wedding! She recommended some amazing suppliers which we used and loved. Charlotte and Jason also communicated with most suppliers leading up to the wedding which was so helpful, they do all they can to minimise wedding related stress! We received so many compliments on the venue, our guests loved it just as much as we did! Also, the photos taken there look unbelievable 😍 Myself and my husband are so grateful for everything Charlotte and Jase did for us, what a team! Highly recommend x
