Dear all,

Thanks for making our wedding party run very smoothly, the food was fabulous and care and attention to us and our guests was wonderful.

Please pass on our thanks to Yelato and team their professionalism and attention to detail was very impressive.

Thanks Matt for a great performance - I think enough people danced :) I had a lot of feedback about how much people enjoyed the band.
And thanks Nick for playing the playlist a lot of people were dancing to their tunes . Thanks for talking to me prior to the event about the what we wanted.

All in all the whole event was fantastically organised and meant we could just enjoy ourselves!

The location, service & building is a huge 5 out 5

We can't thank the team at The Leeds Club enough for their hard work in making our wedding day so special. We wanted our wedding to be intimate & romantic and from the moment we stepped into this wonderful building, we knew we had chosen the right place. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team, it was a real breath of fresh air to be able to plan our day as we wanted it and not have to adhere to any "packages" as so many other wedding venues seem to want. Karen made the planning enjoyable and the day ran like clockwork thanks to Karen, Nathan and the team.
The Leeds Club itself is magnificent and is unlike any venue we had seen before, we had done plenty of searching and the perfect venue was right under our noses all along!

A unique and special building in a great location,

We held our wedding ceremony in 3 Albion Place in October 2009. We saw the possibilities of all the rooms as soon as we first entered the building. From our main ceremony in the Leeds room to photos out on the front steps while a string quartet played to guests as they sipped prosecco in the lobby, watching our embarrassing photos looping through on the flat panel TVs. Then later, with a tapas-style dinner (hence no need for a seating plan!) to the band in the bar, later followed by the DJ while the oldies sang around the piano - and multiple group photos on the magnificent staircase, with women sneaking down into the men's toilets to get a glimpse of the listed fixtures and fittings, to babies sleeping peacefully up stairs. All thanks to staff who offered personable yet professionable, unintrusive service. It was all a perfect day!

Service is second to none.

All of the staff provided a fantastic service from the moment we booked the venue to the day of our wedding! We were guided through the process by Karen who helped us to organise the day. The Head Barman ensured that we were happy with all details the day before the wedding. On the day, all of the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The level of service that my husband and I, our family and friends received was professional whilst still being able to approach staff for any questions or requests.
I would recommend The Leeds Club if you would like a wedding day that you can enjoy. A day that you and your guests will remember for all of the right reasons.

Amazing setting, outstanding service, great food!

We held our wedding reception at the Leeds Club this year, and to echo the other outstanding reviews on here, we really couldn't rate the venue and the team highly enough. Karen really helped us through the planning stages, making things simple and straightforward, with one of the main benefits of this venue being the ability to flex the arrangements and packages to fit exactly what we wanted. The team set the venue up exactly as we asked, whilst also making some really useful suggestions, removing one of my worries about not being to take care of it personally. On the day, Ellie, Ryan and the rest of the team made us feel so special, and couldn't have done more to make sure us and our guests had the best time! Several guests have subsequently commented on how good the team were on the day, and they personally appreciated efforts from them to help make things run smoothly. The venue itself is spacious yet intimate, exactly what attracted us in the first place, with space for guests to escape the dancefloor (and noise). The food is outstanding, again echoed by feedback from all of our guests. If you haven't seen it already, take a look and make sure you see the gents loos!!

Everything was truly amazing!

From the very first email we were looked after, never ignored and the answer was always yes. I cannot put into words how special they made the day and the planning upto the day. They made me very proud to be from Leeds and use the Leeds Club when our guests arrived from around the country to see its splendor!
I am trying to think of another reason to be able to use the club again!

We chose The Leeds Club for our wedding reception and couldn't have been more pleased. The location, building, and staff, led by Karen, were all amazing and it went a long way towards making the day one we will never forget.

Our wedding photos from the evening look stunning and we're still getting comments now about what a special place it was. We honestly couldn't recommend the place highly enough

Luxury venue and bespoke 5 star treatment at a

From our initial enquiry through to the big day itself, we were thoroughly looked after by Karen and the team – no request was too small, questions were answered straight away, and the team really couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything exactly as we wanted it.

What attracted us to The Leeds Club was that we could tailor the day to suit us and our budget, rather than being restricted by the generic package deals that most other venues seem to offer, and the fact that we had exclusive use of the building for the day. On the day itself, the attention to detail was second-to-none – the room was laid out exactly as we’d requested, and last-minute changes to table plans and the order of speeches were handled immediately by Nathan and Laura without them batting an eyelid. What particularly impressed us was that we had organised a table quiz that my husband and I had planned to mark later in the evening, but when it became obvious that we wouldn’t have time to do so, the team (unprompted) marked the quizzes themselves and handed us a sheet of results when they were finished. It was those little extra touches that really made the day extra special.

The food on the day was stunning – several of our guests commented that it was the best meal they’d ever had – and the venue itself is beautiful, especially when dressed up for the wedding. The majority of our guests had travelled from outside Yorkshire and they really appreciated the convenience of being in the city centre.

It really was a fantastic day and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Leeds Club to anyone looking for an elegant, luxury venue and bespoke, five-star treatment at an affordable price.

Great venue complimented by fantastic staff who go

Our overall experience of The Leeds Club has been first class and
exceeded our expectations. From first viewing the venue we were both
impressed by the fantastic service and would highly recommend the
Leeds Club as a wedding venue. The flexibility of the venue in terms
of food and rooms really suited us- we definitely didn't feel we were
on a wedding conveyor belt!

We had a wonderful stress-free day thanks to the superb staff team.
Karen was particularly attentive and helpful in planning the day and
was always on hand to answer any questions. Before the wedding we were
introduced to Nathan, the events manager, who was present on the day
and ensured everything ran perfectly. The professionalism of all staff
ensured the day run smoothly and exactly the way we wanted. Many
guests commented on how approachable, helpful and attentive every
staff member was.

The venue is beautiful and retains all original features, which meant
we didn't have to worry at all about dressing the rooms. The food was
fantastic and excellent value for money. We really couldn't have asked
for more!

It was easy to get everyone to the venue, the venu

Our wedding reception at Albion Place was absolutely superb. The food was fab, and the setting was just as beautiful as we hoped. Each member of staff provided excellent service, and our friends an family are still raving about our day now.
The team at Albion Place were really accommodating, and I would recommend anyone to have their reception there. Thank you Albion place, we will never forget our excellent day.

fantastic period building allowing a grand setting

From start to finish our experience with The Leeds Club was first class, from the advice we received, assitance along the way to the day itself. The food was out of this world, the service was excellent and very professional and the attention to detail was great, the room was just how i wanted it. We received a warm and friendly atmosphere which set the tone for a memorable day. The staff were brillient and very attentive and the feed back we have had from guests was that it was an execllent venue. We would have no hesitation in recommending this venue to anyone. ideal, city centre location, fantastic period building allowing a grand setting for any occasion. Ist class facilities.

Highly recommended, book now!

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The location was perfect, it is a 5 minute walk from Leeds City station, the building oozes character and has plenty of interesting history behind it, particularly the original, grandiose gentlemen’s restrooms. All our guests were so impressed to find themselves in this secret gem right in the centre of Leeds. We had a very small wedding in France and wanted a place to have a relaxed party rather than a formal reception.3 Albion Place can cater for both and made our night perfect, we loved the eclectic mix of a historic, grand building with modern furnishing and relaxed, efficient staff. Katie Smith was so generous with her time and attention to detail. Not being the most organised people in the world, we would often just make a surprise visit; if Katie wasn’t available someone else would always attend to our needs; make us a lovely fresh coffee and listen to our wedding demands/ramblings with great patience. We didn’t eat much on the night (I think the adrenalin of the occasion won’t allow you to), but a lot of our guests said it was the best buffet food they had ever eaten. We had Pimms and a pianist in the reception area, then a band and the buffet in the Leeds room, we then closed this room off as it got later and families were departing and had a 2 man acoustic set and DJ in the bar area where the late-stayers partied the night away, the movement of people was just how we wanted it, Steve Brown the event manager on the day, articulated it perfectly. All our guests just felt so at home and well looked after, as did we – highly recommended, book now!

An elegant and original venue, all to yourself

My husband and I were both delighted with our decision to host our
wedding reception at Three Albion Place in January 2010.

When we started our search we knew we wanted to avoid the cliched
reception venues with formulaic wedding packages. Katie and the team at
Three Albion Place were able to offer us a wedding reception tailored
precisely to our requirements - a breath of fresh air after looking at
venues who had strict lists of their own requirements, such as having to
book a set number of bedrooms in hotel venues, or being restricted to using
certain suppliers.

The venue is elegant, original, and filled with character which meant our
wedding photographs look fabulous; the staff present on the day were
attentive, unflappable, and it was clear that nothing was too much trouble.


We loved having the whole venue to ourselves, having enough space to allow
us to allocate a room for children to play in, and to give our evening
guests the choice over whether they wanted to be upstairs on the noisy
dance floor or downstairs in the more relaxed (and beautiful) bar area.

Having married in our local church, heading into Leeds City Centre
afterwards meant our guests would have a wide choice of hotels in which to
spend the night and no problems with taxis.

We loved being in a venue that despite holding around 150 of our guests in
the evening still felt intimate and cosy. Our guests particularly raved
about the quality of the evening buffet food and the gents toilets (a
listed feature)!"

A unique city centre venue with helpful staff and

3 Albion Place is an elegant and atmospheric building inside and out with a unique city centre location, which can be a good or bad thing but certainly suited the wedding that we wanted to have. The staff were excellent and really helpful with dealing with our requests and making sure that everything went smoothly on the day. The food was very good too and several of our guests especially commented on the quality of
the food.

It was the perfect venue for our perfect day!

We chose The Leeds Club for our wedding reception and couldn't have been happier.

Central city centre location only five minutes from Leeds Town Hall; beautiful building that looks fantastic in the photographs; exquisite food; fantastic service; friendly and helpful staff. All our guests were extremely impressed.
